They do a great job. It helps to arrive when they open. Arriving mid morning or later means youll spend some time there. They do a good job of finding issues that may require attention but there is no hard upsell.

These men work very hard, we were so appreciative they could fit us in at last minute. There was such a rude customer before us giving the cashier such a hard time. But when it was our turn he treated us like royalty, as though nothing had just happened. Support this business. We really need customer service like this....

Went in bought 2 new tires $360 asked for my oil to be checked and tire pressure and stuff.I got in at 5 he said they were to busy and gave me 2 quarts of oil. great customer service NOT

Cheap prices for quick small things (e.g. oil changes, simple resets, etc...), however, they always diagnose a litany of other issues; which dont exist because we routinely take our car into our local dealership for regular inspections.

Im disappointed, but its to be expected. Not many places are different, but I was definitely treated like a woman here. My only options presented were replacing all 4 tires and heavily implying I was making a massive mistake by not doing so. I was told my tire was too old to patch. I did need new tires, but theres a difference between being scared into your options and being given your options. I was also presented with a cheaper option and a more expensive option. Thats it. No tire names were thrown around, nothing about the quality,etc. Just your cheaper option is this and your more expensive option is this. I was then told if I didnt get an alignment, Id be ruining the new tires I was pressured into buying. The salesman could see my physical response and backed off slightly and then proceeded to joke and laugh to lighten the situation. When I was trying to laugh and joke in the beginning, he made it seem like I was nuts for joking about a situation. All part of the scare tactic to get the sale. Dont worry, you got your sale, because youre right I didnt have many other options and its the day before Thanksgiving. Got to get back to the kitchen, like any good little woman ;) but dont worry. I wont be back.I would put this right under the guy who tried to sell me 25 gallons of transmission fluid. GALLONS, not quarts. Treat women with the slightest amount of respect please, were not idiots.If you do choose to go here, be on guard because they will pressure you into tires and if youre a female, youll be talked to like youre an idiot.*The older gentleman at the counter was very nice and I feel I would have gotten a different experience if he had helped me.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! They are crooks! It cost me $125 for a basic oil change. And it took 3 hours to get it done. Never bring your car here. NEVER NEVER NEVER!!!

John was very helpful and courteous. He explained what would be done to my car and how the tires get out of balance. He was friendly and a how all automotive store representatives should be. The work was done in a timely manner and Im very happy with the alignment and tire balancing and rotation. I will be going back for further needs on my SUV.

Dont let the name fool you. Big O Tires can do pretty much anything. I have another mechanic I trust for trickier things, but it takes a while to get an appointment. Big O is a great place to get stuff done quickly. The Corona location is especially good. Honest and not pushy when it comes to non critical items.

Bob went above and beyond and took care of me and my familys unexpected situation. He was very professional, and not once did he ever make us feel that we were asking to much of him. I only bring my families cars here for tires and maintenance. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. The get us in and out, but also do check ups on the cars and let us know what needs attention, but dont get pushy to have to do it right now unless unsafe.

I just came in there to have my tire fixed. since I have boughton Big O tires and it should have been a simple and quick fix. instead I was told it would be an hour to and hour and half before they could even help me. even I had called right before I drove over and was told there wasnt a long wait time. also when i got ther . one of the workers wasnt even doing anything other cleaning his area. disappointed. Ill be going back to the Yorba Linda location where I know Ill get better service.

Great customer service, speedy workmanship, and great staff! The manager, Mishonda is very friendly and informative about her products, and if she doesnt have what you need, she will make the effort to get it, if possible within a few hours. The older gentleman is very knowledgeable as well, but hes a little too serious, maybe hes a combat veteran that has seen too much. He gives off a bit of a frosty vibe, but hes overall a cool dude.

Wow, so impressed. We are driving from Arizona headed to Long Beach to jump on a Cruise and noticed our tire tread was not safe. We called Big-O Tires and spoke to Kevin Gensel who insured us we could get in and out quick allowing us to not miss our trip. He was correct, we got in and out even faster than promised. Not only was service fast but now we have four new great quality tires and a car alignment completed . Plus AMAZING customer service. Well done, now off to start our vacation!

The best part was getting my car fixed in a timely matter. Understandably when under pressure in a stressful state emotions should be left outside of work. The car is great but as far as guest services from the cashier or intake lady, she proceeded to tell me that there is drama going on right now with just an overall bad attitude. This is the worst place to check your car, it is more expensive than a dealer, and they try to sell and change every part of your car, when it is no necessary yet, I said this because I know something of car mechanics. Please no caming here any time. For example for a oil change is 108 dollars and in Honda dealer is 44.95 dollars, it is a big difference an in the dealer have a better service. Definitely I made a big mistake.

This is a great place to go if you like to be lied to and pressured into work you dont want or need. Manager tried to add $30 per tire insurance without telling me the price, then asked three times if I wanted and alignment (said no three times) . He then called to say I needed front struts (car only 3.5 yrs old, ride is great and just had front breaks done and mech said NOTHING about needing struts. A dishonest lying salesman who will rip you off, epitomizes the worst of stereotypical car repair shops scamming their customers.As for me, wont be going back.

Had a great experience here today. It was just an oil change and tire rotation. The manager Mishonda was very helpful and even hooked me up with the coupon for a discount after I lost mine. Very nice store.

My issue is i am a customer for more than 20 years. All locations and any prior managers gave me the foupon price without asking as a courtesy for all my business. Your current manager tried to charge me 42.00 for an oil change. When i challenged the price because i knew what the coupon was, he told me he doesnt give it unless you produce it. He even kept trying to get me to spend more money on getting some upgraded oil change which no one has ever tried to do. I am going to change locations. He has no customer manners in my oponion. This is not the first experience with him but your store is no longer going to be mine.

I bought 2 front Mesa tires back in 12/18, 8k miles later they were worn below the legal limit, so i brought them in. The manager was not able to explain to me why this happened and the pro rated amount i would receive was horrible,even though i had purchased insurance (you would think they would be replaced for free due to manufactures defect) the Manager had a suspicious attitude about why my tires were worn as if i did it on purpose. Any way i ended up going with the buy 3 get one free deal. So now my original $500 i spent doubled because i had to purchase new tires again.In addition i would like to add that there was only one guy working and 10 people waiting, it took 45min for me to be helped and the phone was ringing every 2 minutes. There was also no where to park. I definitely will not be returning here. Once they wear out im just gonna toss the tires and go with someone else.

I got here at 7:30 am, there was one client in front of me and theyre barely starting to work on my car(2 hours later).Just getting new tires.9-14-2019Came back to get my tires aligned and the new manager is not honoring the 2 year alignment I was given by the previous manager,(as a result of them taking so long to provide me services before) instead, he only gave me 1 more alignment and cut it down to 1 year. Its really disappointing that the new manager doesnt see Big O Tires as an entity, he sees it as old manager new manager rules. Ill be going to a different franchise to be getting my work done since if you have a manager change at this shop they will not be honoring promises made in the past. 2 stars for at least giving me the alignment 1 more time.

Very bad customer service; all they think is how to rip off customers. I took in my car with a flat tire; they just fixed the flat tire charged me $ 25 dollors at the end. While, other tire services store have done the same service for free many times in the past.Never will go there again

This place use to service one of my vehicles, and persuaded me to let them do a coolant flush on my Magnum for simple maintenance purposes with a good price to get my business. A week later my cars quickly overheating in the red, has no coolant in the reservoir but had no leakage...they tell me I need a new thermostat and radiator cap, so I pay to get the work done...couple days later its over heating in the red again, no coolant in the reservoir, and no leakage...I have my car towed in and arrive about 20 minutes after my car, and Im told my cars leaking all over the place! BS!! Takes them a few days to decide I need a water pump which would cost almost $1000, but I dont have that kind of money, so they eventually agree to do it for what I have left on my Big O credit card, $531! I took my car elsewhere and will never return to that shop! Their rude and arrogant mechanic Jaime Campos claims you never run the engine while bleeding air pockets from a vehicle, and my serpentine belt was halfway off one of the pulleys when my car was returned to me, but...they are experts and my car just fell apart on its own after they worked on it! Yeah Right! Very disappointed in a shop I poured a lot of money into and once trusted and had faith in!

The service writer I saw on my first visit wanted to charge me $25 more per tire for tires I could have ordered on Tire Rack, which is a lot, but came down on the price when I showed him the Tire Rack page with the same tire. Your store also wanted to charge $20 for putting nitrogen in the tires instead of compressed air. That is ridiculous; most people not actively racing their cars dont need nitrogen in their tires. Aggressive sales tactics are always a turn-off and may discourage me from shopping at your tire stores in future.

I have been going this big o tire store for years. I have always had a good experience with all the staff. Sometimes the wait is a little long because they are super busy. Read some of the other reviews and feel they are a little harsh. If you have never gone here and are judging by the reviews give them a try before you let the negative reviews sway you. I think you will be happy and get a good deal. I have to add that Mishonda went out her way to be helpful to me...so thank you Mishonda:)

THEYRE hustlers and will attempt to take advantage of women & a guy that they could. Im pretty car savie so they didnt come up on me. Theyre service is slow two men to one tire.... only one guy who is allowed to cashier but also helps customers pick out the perfect tire. It took the guy an hour to swap a tire from one rim to otherand put it back on my car. I wouldnt suggest this place to someone I dont like.

They are very slow. Need more workers. But cant beat the price I called 5 other stores places including Walmart and big o had the best rate. So if your on a budget I would reccomend

Years ago I had Big O tires on my previous truck and they were the best tires I ever had. My new truck needed tires and the first place I thought of was Big O. As soon as I walked in Mishonda greeted me and took care of everything. Tires nowadays can be pricey (especially for a truck) but Mishonda took care of everything and even gave me discounts all over the place. Love the BIg O tires on my truck and love the service at Big O. I highly recommend this place and Big O tires!!!!

OK... so i walked in and there is a line and it takes the woman about five minutes to get to me. i tell her that my tire in the trunk and was punctured and wanted to get it fixed and mounted. AAA put doughnut on night before. She takes my keys and says she will have one of her guys look at it. total time there is about 20 minutes...poor woman. i found out she is the manager and just opened in her name. She apologized for the wait as she was arranging for an older woman to get a ride back home to Norco and figuring out a way to lower her charge. she managed all that, and a few other things...but in the end she said but here are your keys...its all done...tire mounted...NO CHARGE! would i go there again? ABSOLUTELY. Mishonda Kruls is the manager with the sweet smile and angelic eyes. Stop in and see for yourself! Thank You!

HORRIBLE customer service. Ask Mishonda about replacing my tires under warranty... after that she maid me wait 30 minutes just to tell me they dont have it. When I told her she could have told me that in the beginning, she just walked away. I also need new brakes and an oil change, but I wont get it done here. THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE.

Been trying to squeeze time to get an oil change here for a month. Finally got here at 745am on Tuesday and theyre not open with a big line of people waiting for them to open. Website clearly says they open at 7am!
