He also helped us with an order we wanted to place and provided information on other services we might be interested in. I went in after my iPhone X just up and stopped working, expecting to spend a bunch of money to upgrade. Instead, thanks to amazing customer service from Ashlee U. At the Covington store, I was able to upgrade my phone, get a new Apple Watch with Data, and still leave with a better (AND cheaper) plan!! She provided exceptional service by doing everything she could to save money where we could while also getting us unlimited data among many other new features for our plan. When I did this same thing a year ago, my bill cost went up and I spent a few hundred out of pocket, only leaving with a phone. Thanks to her friendly and knowledgeable service I am confident I got the most for my money and will be returning to AT&T.

Avoid this place. Go to other AT&T store. Somehow this kid named Rafael attached all add-ons including Phone Protection even though I DO NOT user a cell service through AT&T. Youll get a SURPRISE add-on on your bill.If the owner is asking me it shouldnt happen, well it happened. I came in and signed up for LTE Home Internet. Additionally, I knew more about AT&T plans than Rafael did.

NO customer service. Staff blames their manager for all problems. They are full of excuses. Tried to work with them for 3 months. I was promised call backs that NEVER happened. When i went in to check, i heard my manager is at fault, let me check into it, I will call you back. When i was there for two hours the representative kept going to the back room im checking i heard. Then finally my manager will let me know. I will call you back.Next upgrade ill drive to Federal Way

Amazing customer service... April was awesome!! Spend so much time patiently explaining all my concerns and questions.... she had a very positive attitude... she defines what customer service should be... Also noticed other employees were having nice attitude.. If you are considering switching phone carriers or just want to see your options, stop by and talk to April. I never felt pressure to switch carriers.. I can’t speak enough about the customer service I received from this store...Thank you April!!

I am easily frustrated when my phone or tech things dont work the way I want them too. Holly at the Covington store, is my favorite face when this happens. She is as cool as a cucumber and always willing to help. Sometimes I want to just hug her which is hard when its covid time. This is my favorite store and Holly is a big part of why.

I really like these stores. This particular one is not quite as busy as the others. So take a trip to lovely Covington and get your phone needs taken care of pretty quickly. They do a good job of it, too.

They refused to add the $50 monthly government credit and said I had to go online to do it. When I went online it would not take a PO box when all the addresses in our city only use PO boxes. Very bad customer service! They would rather me move my phone to another carrier then to bother with the $50 credit.

For AT&T being the 6th biggest company in the us as manager Kevin pointed out to me. Their staff did me completely wrong with misinformation causing a huge headache for a simple upgrade fix!! I will be switching my service as soon as my contract is over!! The staff here at this store is a joke this is my 3rd bad bad experience with this location!!

I don’t know where to start, It could not be any worse. I called 5 times they don’t answer. I drove out, they wait on 1 person every 1/2 hour. Slow has a new level. I am the 4th person still waiting after 90 minutes.

Visited this AT&T store with my aging mother, who has difficulties with her memory. Will was the most patient and helpful staff I have ever met. He recognized her immediately from her many previous visits and did not rush or interrupt my mothers unrelated comments, but patiently assisted, giving her the highest respect. When we finished our business, he graciously walked her to the door and held it, thanking her for visiting.

The salesman was unimpressive. He did not know answers to several questions about the plan and had to ask his manager in another room leaving me for nearly 10 minutes at a time twice!!! He also seem disinterested in my business or maybe he was ill, I dont know. I felt as a loyal AT&T customer for nearly 15 yrs or maybe more that there would have been more of an effort to keep my business. Maybe its time to talk to Verizon?

Have been at&t wireless customers for 10+ years. We needed new phones in the fall of 2017, and responded to a BOGO promotion. The store agent and their manager said we qualified for the promo. Now 11 months and two phone calls later, I was told that we didn’t qualify and have to pay full price for both phones. They should spend more time training agents.

Poor customer service. I opened the phone and when I realized it, it was the wrong phone. I called them and they told me I would have to pay a restocking fee because I shouldve checked it before opening it. Since they ordered the wrong phone its my fault!? Dont shop at this location they arent there to help you and they dont make sure they ordered you the correct item.... very disappointing..

I manage a store. Because of that, I have a great appreciation of customer service that goes the extra mile. I’m also very critical of poor service when it happens (unfortunately, that is the norm).I feel that it’s important to point out the incredible service my wife and I received at the AT&T store in Covington, WA from Jessica Corington.Our holiday tradition is that I get the latest iphone for my wife each Christmas. It’s a plus for me too because I get her previous phone. I got her the iphone 11. A few days after Christmas, my wife Sheila visited the AT&T store closest to our home, which is the Covington location. It’s important to note that this is not the same AT&T store where the phone was purchased because it makes the service we received even more outstanding.Sheila went to the Covington store for help in activating her new iphone 11 and also with deleting everything that was on the iphone 8 she was currently using. The plan was that I would then get her 8. Sheila was fortunate enough to be helped by Jessica. Keep in mind that Jessica didn’t get the credit for selling me the 11, but she was incredibly helpful for Sheila anyway.The next step was one I was dreading. I was still using Sheila’s previous iphone 5s from years ago because I didn’t want to deal with the process of transferring information from that phone to another of her hand me downs. We had two iphone 6 Plus phones still in a drawer that I hadn’t “upgraded” to yet. The time had come and I couldn’t avoid it any longer. Sheila and I went back to the Covington AT&T store and I met Jessica. She not only remembered Sheila’s name from a few days before, but she even remembered my name from Sheila mentioning it. I’m in my early 60’s and I’m pretty comfortable with technology. I’m certainly not computer illiterate. Even so, I was not looking forward to the process of taking over Sheila’s previous iphone 8 and everything involved in it. To make it more involved, I had received an Apple Watch for Christmas and we were hoping that Jessica could also help us with activating that even though it wasn’t purchased from AT&T.My story is too long already, but I can say that Jessica Corington not only made this whole experience painless, but it was also actually enjoyable! I simply couldn’t believe the level of service Jessica provided even though there was really nothing in it for her financially. I was amazed at how wonderful she was. Getting exceptional customer service is unfortunately very rare these days and I have to say that Jessica exceeded every expectation that we had!She deserves every internal recognition that AT&T does. We will not purchase from any other AT&T location in the future. Jessica completely blew us away and I hope AT&T realizes what a true asset they have in her.Thank you again Jessica! We are HUGE fans!PS: Jessica even remembered the name of our cat after her first meeting with Sheila. Truly amazing!

After walking in and saying we want two new phones and one of them had a broken screen. He drug us on for a half an hour trying to upsale everything then says we couldn’t trade in the cracked screen phone. Would’ve been nice not to waste our half hour of time and told us that in the beginning.

I have been helped 4 times at this location so far. I have always been very happy with the service. The most recent time was 12/1/2012. I was helped by some kid named Cory. He didnt know anything about what he was selling, and was giving bad recommendations. I had done some research before hand, and had to correct him on the specs of phones. When I corrected him he would just lie about how it might of changed blah blah blah. He was also very unprofessional. If he starts helping you, ask to deal with someone else, I know I will.

We walked in to upgrade our phone. There were 5 people working and every one was busy. In the 15 minutes we spent waiting, no one came up to sign us in. It took setting off a phone alarm to get some attention and even then, it took a few minutes for someone to walk over, turn it off, and immediately walk away from us. First off, you lost a customer of 14 years. Me and my family have been with AT&T since they were cingular. But the passed 2 years we have been getting horrible customer care. We would be promised a phone bill price and every time it would be jacked up for some reason or another, but that wasnt what tipped us off. My fathers phone just stopped working on him. (plugged it in and it never came back on). So we visited this store here in covington, keep in mind we have never been treated like we matter here so it was not a big suprise. After speaking with one of the associates she informed us we are all eligable for upgrades exept for mine, she said it would be 90 dollars to upgrade mine. That was not a problem. We then left to go pick up my dad and bring him back to the store to pick out our phones after getting everything set with the workers there. As we get there the manager comes out to help, they brought out 3 phones we had picked out and they said those would work for us. As they set the phones on the table and we get ready to transfer, the manager is being super rude in the first place. Interupting all our questions and whenever we would try to talk to her she would cut us off and have off work topic conversations with her employees. She then piped up and said we will need to pay over 300 dollars to upgrade everything. We all looked at eachother and were very confused. My mother explained to her what was talked about with the associate and the manager said her employee does not know what shes doing nor what shes talking about (you could tell it hurt her feelings as she was standing there). She then continued to tell my mom to pay 50 dollars to upgrade her phone and that she could just give her phone to me(it also had issues) so now im looking at her in shock. She looked my dad stern in the eye and demanded the money without blinking. They lied for one, and tried to set everything up then charging my dad big bucks after we had been told over and over it was 90 dollars. My mother then looks at the manager and said we were told it was 90 dollars multiple times i dont understand.. She just looked at my mom with no concern and said well sorry. My father grabbed his card off the table and demanded we cancel the service and that we are done. We are tired of spending so much money on you guys every month just to be treated like dirt. The manager never even smiled once. This has not been the first time we have ran into issues. Ive had insurance cover a refurbished phone before that when i got it had a human hair in the protective film over the screen and it wasnt even over the screen it was just laying on top! It was gross!! We have been loyal customers for so long, its unfortunate AT&T has people in managment that are so rude! We have switched to t-mobile and since have had great service with a stable bill that does not change. I hope you guys get your employees under control because they had not a care in the world for our well being. 14 years is a long time and this is infuriating.
