We were there waiting before they opened. The gentlemen who was working was GREAT! Very friendly, fast I knew what I wanted & he took care of all my questions & activating a new phone all in 15 mins. Thats why Ive stayed with this company now for over 2 years & left Verizon.
1st off let me say I have never reviewed anything at all.. but with this company I felt like I had too.. Absolutely the worst phone carrier you could possibly have. Not alone is the service bad. They have faulty equipment. Within a 6-8 week time I have went through two brand new iPhones. Both worked perfectly for a few weeks then nothing.. the charging cord was being physically rejected out of the phones. No charger wouldnt fit anymore, kinda like the port just zapped all of the sudden. The workers were nice but no help.. I got told to take it to Apple Store it was out of their hands.. I went through two phones in less than two month... nothing but a hassle and a waste of time.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! These guys need TRAINING!! My grandparents came down here to get two new phones and they had a horrible experience and basically were rushed to hurry and get them out the door. They set my grandpas phone up only half way and then told them my grandmas can do hers at home on her own. Thankfully I was able to learn through google but they should have been able to set everything up for an elderly couple. What if I wasn’t there to help? On top of this, it was supposed to be $90 for two phones with new numbers. We’ve been coming to metro for many years and once again, it ended up being way more than the guy told us it would be on the phone. It wasn’t $90… it was $180 plus tax!!! I’m so fed up with this place they need to do their job, stop rushing to get the customer in and out the door. Another thing they do is sell refurbished phones that they swear is brand new so BEWARE of that too. Metro pcs needs to investigate this place. Not only that but TRAIN them how to do their job right. Now my grandparents have two new numbers and their getting back to back texts and calls because the numbers are recycled numbers so the guy told us it was nothing he could do about it. Something’s got to give. My poor grandparents don’t deserve this!! Do better latonia metro!!!*** NEED HELP? —-> If you need help from metro the best way to get help is over the phone on their customer service line, or one of my favorite ways to talk to metro is through Facebook messenger! Yes! They help you more through there then at latonia in person!
