PC After Dark is the best Computer repair shop around!!! We have been taking our Computers and laptops here for years!!! The pricing for repair is very reasonable and they fix the problems quickly. Even when our son dropped his brand new Laptop on the floor of his dorm when he was away at College, PC After Dark came to the rescue. They are the best!!!

Kind and courteous employees. Had two laptops needing repair Acer & Asus, it took about 5 days total with ordering parts and repairs because I brought them in on a Thursday.I needed my Acer because I was using it for work, so I kept it until the part arrived.I like they kept me posted on when parts came in, and also helped me resolve a issue where it would have cost more to get my Asus (old laptop fixed) motherboard and charging port.I needed my Asus because it had valuable data and I liked that it had a CD rom/DVD which newer laptops dont have and I didnt want the hassle of a external.Per their suggestion I purchased a laptop from then and they transferred the motherboard and all my data from the Asus to a Dell.The Dell had compatible storage, DVD-rw, and a touchscreen; which came out cheaper than getting my Asus repaired.I appreciate you all. I’ve visit this place twice with both instances being me having to get my phone screen repaired. Back in 2018 I had to get my iPhone 6s Plus screen repaired & it took them no time to get it fixed up & the price was crazy affordable!Yesterday, 5/11/2021 I had to get my iPhone 11 screed fixed. It took them about 30 mins & once again the price was affordable.I definitely recommend them!

Great people I took my laptop in with a cracked screen, the price of a new screen was more than the computer was worth as it was 5 years old, however he was able to git it up and going so I could still use it by turning of the touch screen, only charged me $25 fee for the estimate on repair.

They fixed my computer but they didnt communicate well. They fixed before discussing with me how much it would cost.

Dropped off my wifes laptop with a bad hard drive. Less than a week later we got it back with an upgraded solid state drive, all her files moved over, and an additional backup on our external drive. The guys were very helpful and the price was great.

My small Revolt 2 was dead since I lived in Florida and theres a lot of thunderstorms that might of short circuit my PC and since I cant find a decent PC repair shop over where I use to live in Miami plus that small PC is a pain to get into so I needed professionals. In Florida its over thrown by Apple stores and my only option is Best Buy but they charge you like 150 just to check it and left my PC dead for almost a year. When I moved here in Georgia, I gave PC After Dark a shot and they do leave messages of whats going on with your PC which is good customer service. They told me I have to get a new motherboard and processor. I bite the bullet since this built is from Feb 2016 and wanted my small PC back to life. I bought the part they even told me which parts are good for my budget. I dont get that type of service in Miami. Very honest people that work here. They do great service and when my PC is fixed all my files are still in my hard drive so no factory clean. I thank them a lot and when I have a new Graphics card upgrade I know where to go to.

We have driven all the way to Covington twice now to have a screen repair done. The first time we called and was told they could do it. We drove all the way there (40 mins) and was told they didnt have the parts. No big deal we would try again some other day. I called today to see if they have the parts to fix my cell phone screen. The guy checked and I was told they have a couple. Then we drove there and they told us to give them 30 or 40 minutes. We ate lunch and went back to get it and they said they didnt have the parts. We wont be using them for any other services ever again.

I called them on a very short notice, literally called and asked if they would look at my computer right now and help me fix it. They said sure and told me to bring it on down, very nice man I think his name was Hunter helped me diligently nonstop for almost 2 hours and helped me fix a computer issue Id been struggling with for a week. Really nice people and I appreciated them helping me despite me calling on a whim.

PC AfterDark has grown to become a very capable and competent source for buying, repairing and upgrading your computer. They are very knowledge in these areas. I give them high marks on customer service as well.

Great place for PC repairs. Had an inexperienced cashier that would not sell me an hp laptop at the sale price of $800, so I left. The owner called me a few minutes later to say that the price was $800 if I came back. I didnt have time to go back that day. A deer hit my van the next week, so good thing I did not buy the laptop.

My first visit today, unfortunately wasnt a good one. Went in to get a charger for my laptop. The gentleman helping me looked like a deer in headlights. He wasnt too interested in helping me find the right charger. Needless to say, I left without one.

Great place for computer repairs

Took laptop in that suddenly quit receiving and sending emails and went beyond my Google research to fix....a first time customer, hesitant and signed voucher authorizing $60/hr labor....and going, how... how much, im at their mercy? . Just got my laptop back, fixed with just 1/2 hour, yea half hour, labor charged....that makes a happy customer that will come back. How would i know that ATT wanted a secure mail key?

I went in to see if they could replace the headphone jack on my Macbook Pro. I was told that my particular model would cost in excess of $300 due to the fact that the jack was connected to the motherboard. The tech then suggested a $15 headphone jack that would accomplish the same objective. I left with my problem solved, a smile on my face and money in my pocket.

Great locally owned computer store. Ive been using them for years. Their prices and warranty service is top notch and the people are great. If you need a custom cable, they can make it.If you need a new computer, they offer both pre-configured options for desktops or laptops or they can build you a custom computer. Not only will the price and performance be fantastic, the machine will come without all of the pre-loaded junk programs that youll find on a Dell or a Big Box store computer. Also your machine will be built with quality parts, not what the big manufacturer got cheapest that month but sold to you at top price.

Knowledgeable, down to earth, trustworthy staff. Fair prices and plenty of parts and accessories to complete a setup or start a new battlestation.

My family has used this store for years, there prices are a bit high, but they always guarantee that your problem will be solved... Well worth the premium for the quality of work that they do.

Theyve always been extremely helpful in fixing issues and very generous when it comes to cost I make a 30 minute drive to them and its worth it

If I could give zero stars I would I took my phone here to be fixed in the past and the speaker stopped working.The guy in the store tells me its the app not the phone well it was doing that on more than one lol but anywho...So yesterday I go back and try to get the phone fixed again and now the phone keeps shutting off and on and wont hold the charge.I wouldnt refer this place to anyone.

My husband took his phone in to have his screen replaced due to screen cracked from being dropped. My husband paid to have screen ordered April 3, was told it would be 3 days before it comes in. They called 5 days later and said the young guy ordered the wrong screen could I bring it in so they could see my phone, the guy said oh we got it your phone will be ready in one hour, I go back to pick up my phone and was told they dont have the right screen and they cant give me my phone back because I cant use it, its has been took apart at this point hes upset because its one of his business phone, heres when the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism comes in, the guy treated me as if its my fault I ordered the wrong part, even the owner was unprofessional there was no empathy or apology. It doesnt matter who put in the order every employee is the business. After my husband came out upset I went in to talk to them because Im the calm one, I was asking the young gentleman if maybe they had an replacement phone which he said no maam so the guy in the back said WE DONT DO THAT!!! Im looking like who is that and whats going on from his reaction because I didnt raise my voice at the young guy nor this man from the back, the man comes from the back speaking loud, aggressive and speaking aggressively with his hands now Im a woman Im looking at him as if hes crazy I say to him Im not talking to you in that tone nor manner you need to calm down so he does but puts the blame on the young guy who rarely works there and that the screen will be in by 10am Monday, so I ask for sim card thinking my husband can just get another phone. After talking about it we decided just get a new phone and ask for money back which they did agree to but still no apology. My husband decided Ill give them a chance to fix it (this was Friday) This morning he called to see if the screen came in, he was told no not yet, he called again this afternoon they said no not yet, he called again @ 4:15pm he was told I have bad news so my husband told him just put my phone back together and give me my money back. We go in to get phone back and refund which they did with no problem but still no empathy or apology from management or owner which he was in the store. Im sure the all talked about what was going on with the phone issues and the customer not being happy. I guess the business ethics stem from owner and management if the dont care about the customer being satisfied or happy with the service they provide why should the employee. The good thing about this is my husband upgraded and got a new phone, even though he ended up losing all his business contacts and documents saved to the phone, the information couldnt be transferred over because the old phone couldnt come on for Tmobile to port information over. Smh.....Lesson learned!!!!

I bought a Linksys N300 wireless receiver here yesterday. Got it home and it didnt work. Brought it back today for a refund. Spent 10 minutes at the counter while they tested it, then was told they would refund the money less a 20% restocking fee. I dont think so. I said I would just stop the charge from going through, and I could speak to a manager if needed. The clerk came back and said theyd waive the fee this time. Hmmm. I wont be back. PS: this item is available online for 50% less. Robbers.

The service is excellent, they dont try to sell you thi he you dont need and always give advice even if youre not a customer.
