I brought my iPad in to get the screen fixed and there is literally dust underneath the new screen so my screen always looks dirty. As well as I had to bring my iPad in, an additional 2 times because the screen was glitching in certain spots and dead spots to where I couldn’t open an app or letters on a keyboard. Super nice people just not happy with how my iPad looks especially bc I wipe my screen and it still looks dirty bc there is dirt and dust underneath the new screen.

Cant say enough good things about Tech Castle and their staff. After spending 45 minutes on the phone with Apple Support and getting no fix for my MacBook issue, she wanted to set me up with an appointment at the Apple Store. I declined and took my Mac to Tech Castle. They changed a setting and it was good to go in minutes at no charge!!! I have used them previously for my other computer and phones. Always pleased with service and price. Not to mention the convenient location with ample parking and no hassle.

Despite living around the corner from this place for years I never went to it as a computer store. Once I started looking for gaming computers for my kids and saw how ridiculously expensive they were I checked them out. Even after what I had them add storage and processor wise I got these PCS half the price I would if I went anywhere else. They have a great showroom, the people are very nice and knowledgeable. I had such a good experience that when I unfortunately shattered my 26 day old phone screen, I knew I could take it to them.The prices are reasonable, turn around is fast, people are knowledgeable. What more could you ask for!

I love that they have the birthday castle here! That was one of my favorite things growing up! You would get a key in the mail(which when you are a kid, getting mail is always cool) and you take it in and open the magical castle and get to select whatever fun birthday gift you want! It is so amazing! We missed out on the bday castle last year because of covid restrictions, so we are even more excited about this year

I had to find myself a laptop computer at a great price after mine decided to give out mid-workday. My father recommended this place so I headed down. Well...I not only left with a great laptop that is SO much better than my last, but it came with a great warranty and even better customer service. Tech Castle. Yes. This is the place. If you have any computer or phone or tech questions at all. This is your place. The staff is so super helpful and knowledgable. Chris patiently answered every one of my basic questions. He spend about an hour helping us decide which PC to get for my son. They go above and beyond for sure. 10 stars.

Went in yesterday to have computer re-Imaged and I couldn’t be happier. Staff was super friendly and something that typically would take a day or so was done and returned to me in a matter of 2 hours.I’m not one to go into repair places as I usually take care of this stuff myself but since I didn’t have a copy of windows on a bootable drive this was easier and also less expensive than actually getting a copy of windows.

This business is moving to the old Value City bldg in the Latonia Plaza. If you need a great working computer, they have legitimate deals. If you are building your own computer 💻 they have parts. Good place to shop for a beginners PC or an old Pro PC. Prices are very good.

This place has gotten worse and worse over the years. Started off with fairly competitive prices, now just overpriced dated business hardware available in their storefront.Relative of mine came in looking for a capable machine for a new job position with a budget of $350. They recommended a $270 laptop, a device from 2011 with an i3 2350m and a hard drive that couldnt boot within 2 minutes, was sluggish even attempting to browse the internet, as well as missing drivers.Returned that, went to Walmart down the street and got a 2021 Ryzen 3 laptop with an SSD for $300.This place capitalizes on the elderly and ill informed. I would make the 45 minute trip to Microcenter before ever visiting this place, even for a phone charger.Feel free to check out Blair Technology Group on Yelp, 1.5 stars and a laundry list of malpractice, just covered up by a cute store-front.

Have gone in several times with phone and tablet troubles, and the staff is always super nice and helpful! Once, when the problem was an easyish fix, they didnt even charge me! I havent bought any of their retail items, but when it comes to diagnosing and fixing problems theyre fantastic. Great customer service.(Also, staff I saw were all wearing their masks CORRECTLY, so thats a big plus!)

My daughter turned 2 yesterday so we went to Tech Castle to redeem her key for a prize. It was so fun to take her to the old Johnnys Toys building and to the prize castle! The staff was so friendly; they greeted us right away and made small talk with the birthday girl. It was so nice. Their decor was so cute; all their tags are little towers. It was very clean and tidy, the prices looked competitive. I think next time we need something well pass on Best Buy and go to tech Castle!

I very much enjoyed going to Tech Castle. They were very quick to fix my computer correctly the price was wonderful. I even bought a tablet while I was there. I had to take it back a couple of days later to get a new update. They completed it fast and charge me nothing for doing it. The young lady at the front desk was wonderful to work with and I will go back time and time again.

Simple fix to them impossible to me! I needed a quick connection to the mother board on my laptop, figured it would require me to leave it. Boy was I wrong they gave it back to me 17 minutes later cleaned amazing service and friendly staff too. Will be going there alot more. I took my newly built computer in for an install of a hyper 212 evo cooler, which if you research will see is one of the more difficult coolers to install. It did take the tech over half an hour, increasing the price, but he was able to install it correctly and it lowered my temps by over 30 degrees. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend anyone going here. And it is nice to support a local business.

The team at Tech Castle are professional, friendly and they stand behind their work. I took my phone in to get a headphone jack replaced, It was an Samsung Galaxy S7 which has glass on the front and rear of the phone, I got a call that there had been some complications and that they were going to take care of everything, I came in and spoke with them and they told me they were replacing my phone with a like kind replacement, They took full responsibility and got me a replacement phone very quickly and are even helping to pull my data off of my old phone. I will most definitely be back to Tech Castle should I need anything else, mainly due to their professional and honest and helpful staff like Dave, Its very hard to find those qualities in a business but rest assured... You will find it at Tech Castle.

I was so disappointed with the service of this place. After I dropped my electronics off, they said they would contact me in a couple days to let me know what they recommend. After a week goes by, I call and they said they are ready for pickup and theres nothing they can do to help. Then when I go to pick them up, the guy didnt seem very attentive and went and got my electronics and says nothing to me. Wow thanks for the help! Also got my ipod back missing the case I had on it. And of course they dont have it. What a waste of time!

I needed a laptop but didnt want to buy a brand new one, because I appreciate the value of a refurb... I told the rep I needed a basic machine to do some work from home stuff...no gamin nothing crazy...he pointed me to a Dell refurb for $250 and I have been totally satisfied. Highly recommend!

A little clarification for anyone thats wondered what Tech Castle is. Lower end-mid level hardware, PCs, laptops, etc. Not a large retail establishment, like MicroCenter. Employees were friendly and helpful. Good place to swing in, if your mouse/keyboard just went out, etc.

Horrible refurbished computers. Charged me over $400 and computer crashed less than a year later with very minimal use. They also lied about the specs of the computer, I took it to another repair place when it crashed and they opened it up and laughed about what was put into the frame for the price was paid. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!

I called they said free quote. I came in with my lap top told the tech I was not able to get the internet and I do not know the password. He plugged it In as i walked around about maybe an hour. He called me over and said well your not getting the internet you have to hook it into your modem and put in the password...in what world does that make him smarter then what I told him when I walked In the door. Then had to tell me I owed him 18 dollars for labor. I would not go back or recommend anyone go.
