MOST AMAZING PLACE TO EVER GO!! I grew up with this place and got it every chance I had and nothing has changed. They have so many amazing flavors and the service is amazing! Its a family owned business which is another thing I love.

Showed up at 6 and instead of actually doing their job they said they were closing because her help didnt show up. Very poorly managed.

Best shaved ice I have ever had. Grew up going here as a kid and still make the drive a few cities away just to get it. Plus there are so many flavors to choose from.

I used to rave about Snow Castle BUT the Last two times I have been I have waited OVER 30 min in line to wait another 20 min or more for actual sno cones. They have very young girls working who spend the whole time on their phones. They barely speak to you. It might be beneficial to have an adult with them to teach some job skills to them like customer service. The flavors are great but order a size up and you might get the size you actually ordered.

So many flavors to choose from! 😁 The kids enjoyed having the fun mixed flavors to choose from (Spiderman, etc) We did have to wait a bit as there was only one person working and they can only do so much at one time. We will definitely be going back!

These are the best snow cones in the tri state area! The servings are huge and super cheap and you can have gummy bears added for only 25 cents! Its my favorite and I wish they were open all year round!

Hands down the best shaved ice in the area. We used to count down until opening day in the spring and lined up after school days for some Sno-Castle. Dont drive through Latonia without stopping yourself.

This is the best place to get your summertime snow cone fix.

The snow cone was really good but the customer service was terrible. The lady working was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for me to be there. After we got our snow cones she was just standing at her friends car talking to her complaining that she wanted to go home and then was cussing as another customer came. Her friend also shouted “they’re closed” to try to get them to leave.

We live in Michigan and visit family once a month or so in Covington. Snow Castle is a MUST STOP. NO ONE makes snowcones like these and they are THE BEST. They always have plenth of syrup and they have gummibears available too! We wish they were open all year!THIS REVIEW WAS FOR SNOCASTLE WHICH HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER AND NOW CALLED SNOW PALACE. NOT THE SAME.

The staff was friendly and there are a bunch of flavors to choose from, One being redbull which i thought was original. However i wouldnt personally say this is the best place... They really should add sweetened condensed milk aka cream for the snow cones to the menu. Ive never been to a snow cone place that didnt serve this as an option but Snow Castle does not. Also they should look into a shaved ice machine insted of the blended ice they are using which makes a slushie type consistency/texture or has clumps of ice instead of the snowy type ice we all love so much. If they do have a shaved ice machine thats suppose to make the fluffy snowy ice then its broken and definitely time to do some mantainance on it. Anyway as far as a recommendation its ok if youre right there by it and dont feel like driving a bit further to Hawiian Ice in florence where I feel has the best snow cones in town.
