No masks, terrible service, days old cones that we had to break off with our hands

The employees here wear their masks under their chin, making them useless. Dont come here unless you want COVID-19!

The woman they had working this past Saturday (7/6) may have been the absolute worst customer service experience Ive had in my life. She looked visibly high and couldnt grasp any thing I said when asked what I wanted in my sundae. I repeated my simple request several times and she acted as if I were speaking Klingon. I gave up and left. I will not return.

The gentleman who served us was so nice. He gave each of my daughters a donut as an extra treat!

As soon as the clock stuck 9 we were kicked out. We didnt walk in at 9, we were already sitting and enjoying our rocky road ice cream. We were about finished when the worker continuously told us that they were closed and that we had to quickly leave. She apologized once and they had already shut off somr lights at 8:53. While we were still sitting at the table. I work in the food industry and I would have never shoved customers out. There is no reason to treat anyone like that.

I just had a warm stale cookie sundae with a cherry that tasted like cough syrup...awesone

Ordered a birthday cake and it was there on time great reception

Terrible place dont rely on them for a party
