Had used the U-haul office thats located inside this business. So 5 stars for the female that seems to cover both areas. Stayed late on a holiday weekend to get me going. Shes great!

Me and my husband wants to thank the wonderful team at Budget Self Storage in Covington Ga. this Team made our storage experience the best it could possibly be. We put our home up for sale and we were not expecting to sell the home so fast so we were totally unprepared with where are we going to put our things while we found another place to live so we checked in with Tanika at Budget and she did not have anything at that moment but she told me that she would keep a eye open and let me know the moment she had a opening and she absolutely kept her word and we will be forever grateful to her for her kindness and thoughtfulness toward us during a very stressful time in our life.If you want a great place with good and honest people, we recommend Budget Storage in Covington Ga for your storage needs!!!!Thanks again.The Millers

They have great customer service here. But, the trucks we rented (2 of them) BOTH leaked on the inside. The walls of the inside of the back of the truck were soaking wet and they charged us for extra moving blankets without even telling us the truck came with blankets already. But, none of our stuff got damaged and we were treated with respect.

Love this place!!! Clean, safe and efficient. Tanika (manager) was so very helpful over the phone, I decided to use this storage company rather than my 1 month free at Uhaul. I highly recommend.

As always facility was clean and secureI felt very safe while I was there. My only complaint was not being able to get the gate open. Also I noticed the trash receptical has been move. I am cleaning out a bunch of stuff in a month and will really need that. As I am no longer in the county I cant use the county dump or land field.

The ladies at Budget were incredible. I never had to rent a space before and they were so helpful and patient with me in setting everything up.

Great price and great service, my daughter was moving across country and we needed immediate storage. My reservation for storage was taken over the phone, knowing the office would be closed when we arrived the staff worked with us the make the transition smooth.

The price was right! The customer service was awesome!!! I reserved the wrong size truck, needed bigger. They took care of me with no problem at all!!! If ever I need a moving truck again, this is the place Im going to!!!

The customer service is subpar. No one ever answers the phone, all calls are routed to an answering service and maybe, if you’re lucky, you’ll get a return call. They will “suspiciously” add charges to your account and it’s an act of Congress getting them removed. The lock on my unit has “suspiciously” came off by itself. Go figure. Make this place your last resort.

My office experience was awesome with Sheila and Regina very courteous and professional. Units are clean and well kept. I just wish they had more lighting in the back at night.
