This is a FANTASTIC facility...very clean, organized & inviting! I want to specifically thank Genie for being such a wonderful, funny, knowledgeable person, who was eager to help make my experience there as pleasant & easy as possible! Thanks again, Genie...you made a difficult situation for me (putting all my personal effects in storage AGAIN...lol), much easier to handle this time around...that means more to me than you know! ATTENTION!!!!!!! ATTENTION!!!I paid for climate control and look what happened! My whole house has mold all over everything!! I really cant believe this.. Then when I come in the building the A/C wasnt working! It was so much mold my head hurt and I kept coughing! I called and talked with Louis and he couldnt even apologize.. This is so unprofessional as much money I spend a month on one of the biggest units there.. I am a single mother who started over with everything after my marriage of 13yrs! I dont get child support or help! I do this and its not easy!!

We have had our things in storage at this location for a couple years. We have a outside unit, which is available 24/7. We first got a unit the prices were great. Then the facility was bought and prices went up 10.00 bc insurance. Then 6 months later it went up again. We were told its randomly done. Well to start off the index card we got in the mail showed a price that we wasnt even paying, it was higher with a raise. Management called and she didnt understand that even though improvement was made to the front of facility, it was not made to the ground units. Gate was always open. no lights and no cameras for units in the back. We still paid higher price, but the gate stays closed and there are some lights, still no camera for the back units. Guess what, 6 months later we are still there and our price is being raised again.. they are cameras in the front and maybe for the climate control, but none in the back for ground units.. now my monthly price is still being raised and its definitely not customer satisfaction guarantee.If I was to recommend this place, it be to someone that only needs storage for short period.I cant blame the women at the office bc its out of their control, and they are very nice. But management needs to get off her a** and check out the units on ground in back for cameras that are not there.The view they have on camera is going in gate and at front.. Im not the only one that rent went up on either..

Rented a unit last December and was very happy until I received notice this December that my rent is going up by 32%! I expected an increase but not a 32% increase. I would recommend them for their courteous staff and cleanliness but would not recommend them for price. Also, I emailed them and have not heard anything back from them.

Ive used several different storage facilities over the years for both business and personal. This facility has been the best that Ive used. They are very clean and the customer service is top notch. I would recommend to anyone.

I rented my unit for half a month thankfully I only paid the prorated rate. The staff were nice. I rate 3 stars for cleanliness maybe if I had used a unit inside my things wouldn’t have had so much dust from the roof and walls of the unit all over my new sofa and bins.

Initially thought this was a good place but their bait and switch price tatics are questionable. Would not recommend for storage as they will increase pricing on a whim. Integrity to rental agreement means nothing. Not even 9mo in and raising prices. What a way to take advantage during a pandemic.

I placed a bid online for a locker and I won. Anyways I went there to get the contents from the locker.

Easiest move! Im a single mother and just moved a whole 3bedroom by myself and it was definitely hard but they made it so much easier just because where my unit was and having an cart to put my things in made it so much easier! Thank you!

Theyre pretty friendly but their prices will start increase in dramatically after 6 months but from what I hear thats the industry standard so dont be food and thinking that the special price that you get is permanent because of price goes up tremendously about every 3 to 6 months

I had a storage unit with space shop self storage in Covington for a long time and always had a great experience with them. Kim the property manager has always been very helpful and came in once on her day off to cut off my lock when I lost my key. Kim was also helpful when we moved out with getting a U-haul vehicle as well. I will always use them for any storage needs. I highly recommend them for any storage space or U-haul rentals.

I have had a unit (sometimes two) and been a great customer at this place for about 8 years. Everything was going well until the new owners took over. Since then, theyve torn the place up, theres no gate or security, Ive picked up nails in my tires when there, the place was closed twice during business hours when I went to pay my monthly rent (I dont trust their auto-pay). Now, to top it off, Ive just received notice that my rent is increasting by $22 a month. Great way to lose a good customer. I promise Ill be leaving!

People who work on-site are great, but the price keeps going up, even if you dont upgrade your unit. The rent has gone up 70% in 3 years or so.
