Rented a 10x15 unit. 15 from back wall puts us out onto the asphalt about 1 foot from where the door comes down at. Just be warned.

This was my first experience renting a storage unit, so I was apprehensive. However, given Extra Spaces location, I contacted them, and was happy to learn that their prices are very competitive. The friendly staff made it easy to complete my rental remotely, and I found the facility to be clean and easy to navigate.

Fantastic customer service. I picked out the unit that I wanted and I asked them to hold it for a couple of days while I made the final decision. Then obligations got in the way and they still extended the hold time until I could make it in. The rent was reasonable for what I was getting. The service was superior for what I expected. It was simple to pre-register for a space, and fairly simple to acquire the size of the unit you need. It is convenient to my home and access to unit is easy.

The manager here is fabulous! He knew what I was looking and and a couple days later, when it became available at another location that was more convenient for me, he called me and let me know. Talk about customer service, this was above and beyond what I was expecting. Two thumbs up for Brett!

The store manager, Rhea McAfee, of the Latonia location, is by far the most kind, understanding and helpful person Ive ever done business with. In comparison to the previous store manager, Rhea is an angel to say the least and honestly doesnt even compare to him.Rhea is always willing to go above and beyond to provide a friendly and pleasant experience. Always a pleasure to talk to over the phone.The previous manager, Brett, was disgustingly rude and disrespectful to an elderly Korean War Vet, who came into the store to ask for help regarding his billing. I have never in my life been so offended and taken back by his disrespecr and lack of compassion.This is why I was so excited to meet Rhea and to learn that he was no longer with the company and i no longer had to deal with him.. it was to the point where I almost despised coming here to talk with him just because I knew what type of experience it was going to be.Other than that, the office, grounds and units are ALWAYS the cleanest. I would highly recommend this facility to any of my friends or family, any day.

While this location is on a smaller scale than the one in Burlington it was just as clean and also had security gates. Very nice.

This facility is fantastic! I have been storing here for business purposes for over 2 years and have been extremely happy with my experience, I have used several different storage units across the country over the last 8 years and this has been the best. Yvette greets me by name, is always friendly, welcoming and helpful. She has even brought out water during a particularly hot summer day when I was cleaning up my unit, excellent customer service! The staff (always friendly) accepts packages on my behalf and the grounds are kept in great condition, clean and secure! Would highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

They have a nice selection of storage units for decent prices, first months fee was discounted for us and they offer an auto pay feature which made paying our bill easy. Friendly service. Access to your unit allowed till 10pm which is nice

This has been a great storage facility since I moved out of town. I have a few pieces of heirloom furniture and all of it has been and stayed safe and dry. The facility as a whole is well protected and the staff has been really helpful since this was my first time needing to rent storage. Highly recommend.

New in town and just storing until our place is ready, so their month to month option is great. Brett and Jamie were really helpful and fun, definitely made us feel at home. Only reason it wasnt 5 stars was that its not super convenient to find and seems like an older place. Otherwise it was top end

Worst place to ever keep your stuff was remodeling my house and me and my wife. One of the storage units headed there one day it was already paid for and when we got there we were going to put our stuff in our storage unit that was already supposed to be open and they accidentally put a log on ours by accident maintenance did and it ended up raining while we were there so we couldnt get our stuff in and got ruined and they dont want to cover it and the people have been rude this place is garbage I would never go there if I was you

This is the best self storage facility in the area...EXTREMELY helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Their rates are very competitive and saved me LOTS during a time that was financially strained. Yvette was so amazing and made the experience very quick and easy, which made moving (which I dreaded) quite pleasant. Customer service and cleanliness is top notch and I have been tremendously satisfied with the choice to store here at Extra Space....thanks again to Yvette for going above and beyond to make this such a nice transition!!!!

I was heading to another facility when I passed here and decided to stop in. The man behind the counter was very friendly. After a few short minutes of chatting with him I decided I didnt need to continue to the other facility. His attitude and character were the first signs I just needed to rent a unit here. Having the first free month was great also because Im moving from another facility and I just paid them yesterday so it was obvious I should move my property here.The attendant was great with showing me around and explained the alarm and gate system as well.I would recommend stopping here first before going anywhere else. . He asked if I would bring my own lock and once I told him that its was old and rusted he showed me a couple locks they sell on site and I did not have a problem with buying one there since I did get a free month.. great experience here. Cheers to the company and the guy that signed me up!

I had personally never heard about this place but with three children and large basement full of their belongings I am glad that I found them! I did just a bit of research and found out that not only were they close but that it was down hill from my home. I gave my children a deadline and pulled up their website and with a little push all jumped on board. The deadline came and so did my kids. We loaded their trucks and found that not only was this a very secure, clean and most importantly competent place but that we were offered a rebate for the first month. I won because I now have an empty basement. My children won because they found a nice,clean and competitively priced place where they could all store their stuff and the folks at Extra Space Storage won because they are now getting paid to store stuff that I had keep for years. That my friends is a happy ending! As always, Enjoy!

A fair price and a good place to store your stuff

I helped my friend to move stuff out of her storage. The whole process was fast and easy. Place was clean and well organized. Jamie (one of the employees) was especially very helpful.

Pretty good cust service. Cockroaches were everywhere. Every time I went there over a year I always saw roaches running in the halls and throughout my unit. I had to take everything out of boxed in my yard prior to moving into my house. This was all of 2019. Its a shame really. I mentioned it three different times too. Other than bugs, good place to rent locally.

Very professional and friendly service. I was worried my Jackson kayak and trailer with long tongue wouldnt fit in a storage unit being nearly 14 long. I was very pleased that it fit neatly in a 10x15 unit. Living in an apartment I have no place to keep my big toys. Extra Space Storage rocks!

The staff is friendly and helpful and the grounds are maintained nicely. The units are gate access only with a pin code that you make when you sign up at first. If you dont need climate control these work well for the price.
