The girl working there told me the case was included I even asked the phone comes with a case she says yes and a screen protector I get home and looked at the receipt they took 5 dollars off the case but not free I would never buy those cheap over priced cases from those stores Poetic cases are the best and that is why after 14 months my phone looks like I just bought it as for service I would stay far away way to many dead spots I have to go outside to make a call 👎👎

Hey my phone had got stuck on some text to talk app they have in accessibility well Im here to tell you that that app absolutely took over my phone would not let me answer it was dialing anybody that wanted to and would not shut the phone off wouldnt let me shut the phone off! This app had me so mad I actually threw my phone I took it into Cricket at that location and told the guy what was going on and he somehow managed it get into the accessibility and fix that phone for me I thanked the man tipped him He gets 5 stars Cricket 3

I was at this location just to make a payment waiting for Half hour, was only one register so I ended up living and making the payment over the phone

Paul is by far the best Manager I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He is definitely the best he had me in and out within 10 minutes tops. Extremely efficient and not to mention easy on the eyes! 5/5 come to this cricket!

Im sorry gave a rating, the only reason I didnt write about experience is because I went to the store in olneyville in Providence and when I left the store my phone had no volume . The girl that worked there was taking all things out of my phone and it took me 2 days to fix it, your Store I heard was very nice. My son told me because I sent him to see if someone could help with the phone . Im sorry for not responding back sooner . Donna
