If your look for great and fast service come to this store. Noah is amazing. I came in the store 2 mins before closing time hoping I can still get help. Noah could’ve turned me away but instead he was understanding and helped me add another line to my service. Communication skills were great. He explained everything as he set up my account. Literally the fastest service I’ve ever received. He had me out of the store in less than 7 mins with a new phone 🤯🤩 Noah you are an amazing employee and thank you for your service!

This place is the worst!! Ever since they became an independent ( not really ATT) store the service there has gone right down hill. Tried to pay a bill,they have 1 person working there and he was extremely rude. I asked him if he was the only one working there,he said he was. I can hear people talking in the back!! Screw this place go somewhere else.

Great experience at this store! Went in to get a new iPhone and the sales rep Noah S did a great job breaking down the features and pricing for me! He also got me to sign up for AT&T TV. I was amazed when he told me how much I’ll be saving from my cable provider. I signed up for 14 day free trial and absolutely loved it! I’m definitely going to keep it now!

Noah, Andrew, and David were excellent! I have my own start up business and was looking for a cellular provider that was going to be able to cater to my needs, these gentlemen were more than happy to help and assist! Couldnt have had a better experience. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a premier experience!

Wow! What can i say. I went in just looking for a better and cheaper cell phone service(which i got😀). An associate there by the name of Andrew let me know about AT&T TV. Half the price of cable and better!! Thank you so much you saved my a ton of money and i have better stuff!

My boyfriend and I visited the At&t store in Cranston to both set up first net accounts and purchase a new iPhone (not an easy agenda) and we had the grand pleasure of meeting Noah. He was EXCELLENT. Not only was he by far the most knowledgeable At&t retailer I have ever met but he was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be helping us out. It is not everyday that you meet someone who seems to love their job and be very good at it. We will always come back to this At&t store for service and I hope we have the fortune of meeting Noah again. He gave us so many tips and cost saving recommendations. Highly recommend seeking out his service !! You will not be disappointed. We certainly had not expected our trip to At&t to be such a pleasant experience.

During my fist visit I was told that when I upgraded my phone and changed to new service my bill would be cheaper AND as a promotion I could get free AirPod Pros. I didn’t really need them since I have AirPods but if they were free why not? Turns out they were not free, they were hidden in 12 month financing. When I returned to the store to return them the store rep had the balls to tell me I shouldn’t blindly sign anything. He also said there’s a difference between “free” and “included”. He was completely rehearsed so I know other people are getting screwed. When I asked about some other accessories I’d gotten, it turns out those were “free”. All in all it was incredibly shady and not at all reputable. I would never recommend going to this location. I’ve been a very happy customer of AT&T for almost 15 years and have never seen anything like this. I’d expect this from side yard hustle when visiting a tourist trap, not a reputable place like AT&T.

ATT TV is amazing!! So easy to use and much better than my old cable bill. I love how it’s no contract and requires no setup.

Avoid this att on reservoir avenue at all costs! Went in to simply get a new phone because I lost my old phone and just needed to buy a new phone. I called att customer service and they said the store could do that for me and I also mentioned to them that I lost my ID and wondered if that would be a problem. They said all I needed was some form of ID and I’d be okay. Got to the store and I was “helped” by one of the girls there. I forgot her name but not her lack of service. She didn’t even attempt to access my account because she said only managers can bypass into accounts. All I wanted to do was buy a phone and I had some identification with me but because I wasn’t viewed as a dollar sign in her eyes, she sent me away and told me to go to another nearby store, if possible, to go to a corporate store. I was literally so mad and I went to the Cranston store in garden city. I was warmly greeted right away and they were able to help me with a new phone and even set it up. The rep who helped me even told me that they get a lot of complaints from the store on reservoir avenue and how they send away people who don’t give them commission. The days of customer service are sadly dwindling away. Save yourself time and frustration by avoiding this location!

I went into the store with my family and the people were so kind. I have tablet which was really easy to switch them and the wifi is much faster because in my room the wifi is terrible but now the new tablet doesnt load as much as the old one. Also the camera is better one than my other one. The rest of my family got new phones and didnt have to change their number as I thought they would. Switching also saved my parents money. Andrew, Noah, and David were very helpful and the store was closed and they didnt make us leave. Also Andrew is funny, they did extra work for the new phones like to clean them. and I learned about Ninga Wariors which is a cool show show. I would definitely recommend this store.

I had the most awful experience at this store. I went in to get my son an iPhone 12. The clerk Janice offered me a new promotion with an unlimited plan. She stated that in order to do this, I would need to add an extra line but the extra line was just going to be a placeholder line or a “ghost” line as they call it. And that it wouldn’t cost anything extra and in fact be cheaper than my current bill even with installments on the new phone. I agreed because it sounded like a great deal. When I got home, I noticed in my my att app that it was showing that I was financing an apple ipad 2 and making installments on it and that my new bill be $330 which is over $100 more than what I normally pay. I went back to the store, and the clerk Janice told me she did not see the iPad on her end, and could not explain to me why my book was so high. Her reasoning was that they are just an authorized dealer and don’t have access to my account to view that. I called 611, and was on the phone for over 90 minutes with a very patient gentleman from 611 as he tried to figure out and fix what she did. Even he had a hard time deciphering exactly what she did. Apparently, the “ghost” line was made the line with the iPhone 12 (although it was still showing up as an iPad). After 90 minutes, he was able to somewhat fix it, but my bill is still very high for the month of March. Also, I want to note that when I was at the store waiting to be seen, there were 3 other people in front of me, and I overheard her tell them she could not help them with their issue either and they were turned away. Bottom line, I do not suggest going to this store. My account is a mess and even 611 was mind boggled at what had been doneJust so everyone knows, and I want to makeEveryone aware that as you can see, the company responded to me telling me email them. I did and they asked for my contact info to call me. They have not called me and it’s been we over a month. I emailed several times saying hey nobody called me...didn’t even get a response!!!!

I visited Cranston for a complicated issue and it was resolved super quick. I had a great experience and I was even told a way to save me money on my cable bill!!! Hopefully they can get my eligibility worked out so I can get it installed. I really loved how Andy (the manager) was present and empowered the reps to fix my problem!

Called to ask if they had iPhone 12 in stock so I wouldn’t have to drive over a hour for nothing and the associate refused to tell me what they have for inventory. Why would I want to go there if they didn’t have what I want? Obviously they just want to get you in the door and then when they don’t have what you want try to make you take something else. Horrible way to treat customers, too bad was going to switch to them but I guess I’ll stay with my current phone company.

Didnt want to help me. All they want to is sell you a new phone. All i needed was to have someone to show me my settings they didnt try my friend figured it out for me. Im going to switch over to Verizon the hell with them. I hope other people dont go threw what I did. This is how they treat Senior citizens not good business.

My Samsung galaxy air buds stop working I bought them around 10 days took them to this At&T store there was a lady saleswomen she told me At&T won’t exchange this item because you exchange the first pair told me I need to do manufacture warranty I took them to Johnston store salesman exchanged the product and because of that I ordered a Samsung z fold 2, If someone does not like the job needs to change the career she wasted my time I drove 20 miles extra and my 15 months old baby cried because she was so tired to be in the car

Employees SHOULD NOT look up their customers on social media. I went in there to pay my bill and make a change on my account. I had someone from the store look me up on social media(S). How dare you think its right to take business information for your personal uses. This is definitely a law suit somewhere!! To make matters worst I think he sent me some messages.

Excellent customer service as usual. Had to wait a bit, but worth it in the end. Just sucks because it couldve been done on the phone, but AT&T customer service more worried about selling than fixing problems.
