How bad the people are in the T- Moile store on fixing a phone.
Came in today to buy a new phone and was so impressed with the service I received. The sales manager Paul took the best care of me. He is knowledgeable and very personable. I cant say enough about him. Jamie was also a great help in making my purchase. I will definitely recommend this store in the future. Thank you Paul and Jamie!!!!
The staff of this location are great; sadly the T-Mobile customer service are inept. This in no way is due to the in store employees whove gone out if their way to try and help me with with a frustrating situation.
New to T-Mobile, However I have to say so far I’m impressed! Made a great appointment with the sales manager Paul for today. Due to poor experiences with Verizon I was skeptical at first but I have to admit that this experience was incredibly fast and painless. Paul definitely made me feel like I was in good hands. He certainly is by far the most skilled and knowledgeable person I’ve met in this industry! Lastly I overheard him thank his employee for her help putting on a case for another customer and I was just so humbled by it.
This is my first google review because I never had any time to do this type of thing. I however recently had the best customer service in my life here. Therefore this is the least I could do! Paul is incredible and a great manager! I recommend this T-Mobile store over any other I’ve ever been to! 5/5!

I stopped in dreading the experience do to poor service in the past. However I was pleasantly surprised that the location is under new management. I believe that the young mans name was Paul. He was unbelievably helpful and beyond pleasant and not to mention easy on the eyes! I recommend this store above every other T-Mobile in Rhode Island!

Love this store now! Apparently the store is under new management and trust me you can tell! I was in and out in under 5 minutes! The way Craig and Paul handled all my inquiries with ease was unbelievable! They are a great team and a great help!

I had a issue with a new phone & had to send it back. I had know idea how to back up everything & do a factory reset.I took it to the Tmobile store on Oaklawn ave. Carmen & Song helped me do everything. They were so courteous & knowledgeable. A totally awesome experience. I highly recommend going there.
Best customer service I have ever experienced in a T-Mobile store for a very long time. I have been a customer with T-Mobile since forever and any time I have issues with my bill, my device etc I know I can go to that store because they’re going to give me the correct information and not just try to sell me things like other stores. Today, I went into the store because of a billing issue I have been experiencing for over a year. The rep that I dealt with, Song, he went above and beyond to find out what was going on.

New to T Mobile and IPhone. Paul the manager was great! Provided excellent service and assisted with set up. He managed to get me the best plan I have encountered. Excellent experience and highly recommend Oaklawn location. Ask for Paul!!!UPDATE to previous review. I initially thought I received the best deal available. I left the store happy even though none of the advertised promotions were available or even offered. I was confident I received lowest price and I did for a couple months. After a couple months I started receiving bills for three times the amount of my agreement. The first time I called Paul and he said it was just showing up as full price and promotions had not kicked in. This only happen the day bill comes out. He then told me to log on. Sure enough the bill was back down to agreed amount. The next month same thing happened but bill never decreased. I called the store and Paul was no longer there and I was told those promotions did not exist. I called Tmobile and was told those promotions did not exist. Apparently Paul was selling plans that did not exist and manually taking off fees every month. I was initially stuck with The extra fees. Many people raved about Paul but he should have been arrested. Luckily the new manager was sympathetic, apologetic and understanding. She did manage to get my plan down to agreed amount by taking all the extras off. I am now locked in for two years with my IPhone 7. Lesson learned, do not listen to T-Mobile’s promotional commercials. If Tmobile offers a plan that seems too good to be true it is!!!
I am usually a customer of the bald hill tmoinle store. Paul at this store is very helpful, he went above and beyond to make our phone shopping experience go smoothly. I will come to this store for the rest of my tmobile needs. Thank you so much paul for all of your help.
Went in twice to switch from Verizon and get more information. The first time was fine, but I needed some more info so I returned later only to be completely ignored by the two employees. We sat for well over an hour and only once, after 30 minutes, were we asked why we were there. It felt like we were being asked to leave. After being told I would need to find out an account number, we were back to being ignored completely along with everyone else that was waiting.I finally left. Abysmal.

Horrible customer service, I highly recommend if you need a T-Mobile in Cranston dont go there! Their manager is terrible! I told him I called phone support, who recommended me to go in and get a sim card. It was noted on our account from phone support to do so I tried to tell him .He acted terrible, gave me attitude he didnt try to look up my account at all, worst T-Mobile Ive eve been to. He should be fired! How he got that position is beyond me? When youre in a customer service job such as this,you need to treat customers with respect or youll lose business! People beware of the Oaklawn T-mobile. The warwick mall store treated me alot better after I dealt with doom and gloom at oaklawn. My issue was handled immediately like phone support said. Go the Warwick mall. Forget this guy on Oaklawn Ave Cranston!
Horrified. Walked in to music blaring that was so inappropriate I questioned if I actually heard it. The man behind the counter lazily said ok Google play the next song which was of the same caliber and at my look of increduality got up and changed it. The woman who assisted us was well past due for a shower and shampoo, could barely keep her eyes open while trying to assist us and then while she was on hold sat there texting on her phone. Ive been in customer service for 30 years. Never seen anything like it.

Customer Support the lowest here. I had the complete opposite experience at the North Providence TMobile, the staff was very friendly,helpful and honest there unlike in Cranston.I went into the Cranston store knowing what I wanted already. I needed a cheep phone to replace my mothers phone that broke. I got the pre-paid flip phone for this. And I needed another smart phone to replaced another line. I got the lowest price Samsung droid for the smart phoneThe sales rep was awful and use un-ethical practices. During the whole time, the sale rep... she will not stop trying to sell me unless things. She asked if I wanted to changed my plan to unlimited, I said what better plan, I have the unlimited family plan already. She checked and was silent... Then she asked do you want insurance on your phone. No I do not want insurance on a $60 and $200 dollars phone. She went through a long speech about the benefits of the insurance plan which was non-positive for me. Oh TMobile will replace your phone for $10/month extra if it breaks but only in certain conditions applied*, and in 2 years you can upgrade to a new phone. If my phone break, Ill just come back and buy a new one. Why will I need to paid insurance for a cheep phone, its not like Im buying the latest model in stock. In 2 years, I will have paid more than double for the $200 phone, and why will I wait 2 years for an upgrade when I can could just buy a better phone anytime.She kept trying to sell me more junk like oh you need to buy a car charger and an adapter as the smart phone does not come with the USB adapter. Oh yes it does, it said so right on the box and we opened it and it does comes with one. Oh what about a new bluetooth headset, last day sale is today? Okay how about some speaker? It just keeps going and going. Now we get to the final, your new phone is now activated, have a nice day. No wait, lets test it to make sure it can call first. It was a good thing I knew how to export the old contacts.It all ending an hour later and I got my phone, I did login and check my account the next days and saw that she added insurance to both my new phones without my approval. So I had to called in to get this fixed. Stay away from the Cranston location!The worst part was that she peel off the plastic cover on the smart phone and threw it away. And as soon as I was out of the store getting into my car, she ran outside to smoke.

My experience was not that good every time I go in there with a problem the first thing they try to do is tell me I need a new phone Ive had a stroke I just put different settings in and cant remember I push the wrong buttons just going to correct my mistakes dont need this pressure of them jumping on you and no matter what you have they tell you you need a new phone disgusting
