I tried to make a return on an unopened Nintendo Switch. Nerd behind the desk was adamant I opened it, and stared at me for a long time with his cold dead eyes before giving me my money back. I mean I guess I would be miserable too working a minimum wage job restocking Funko Pops all day. But he treated me like a GD criminal and asked for my lD while processing the return! Sigh.. Place is full of pleebs.I hope this company goes out of business, which is really only wishful thinking since they’ve been bought out. I just wish there was a 0 star rating- very bad would not recommend. Go to Best Buy, or better yet just save your money and pay off some of your debts instead.

Finally picked up that gear 5 and extremely excited to jump on the sticks. Trade in a few games to get it, but hey you do what you got to do. Wished they werent so cheap when it comes to the trade ins value

We went in to spend hundreds of dollars on a nintendo switch and the associate behind the register did not have any customer service abilities whatsoever. He didnt greet or even smile once or ask if I needed anything else. I asked him 3 minutes later if he could help me remove a controller from the wall and he seemed disinterested in helping me. There was 2 associates in the store and it seemed like we were inconveniencing them. The female associate seemed more attentive than the gentleman who was doing my transaction. I always go to gamestop for all of my video game needs, however this interaction makes me want to go elsewhere. At the very least I will not go to this location ever again.

Best store in the area by far. Knowledable staff. Matt C. waited on me and he convinced me to try a Switch game I wouldnt have before. Awesome store!!!

Guy at the front is nice. Manager is extremely salty. Asked for a return and he said no get out you voided the return policy by opening the game case. Absolutely would give 0 stars

Been to this location a couple of times and the staff were always friendly. I recently moved so this location is now one of the closest to me. I was looking for a Collectors Edition copy of Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice and Arriel really went above and beyond trying to get me a copy to trade up to. 1 is left; pre-ordered and not yet picked up, so hes reaching out to that person to see if they still want it or not. Regardless of if I get the copy or not, Arriel really went out of his way to help and I greatly appreciate it! :)

Very friendly experience while buying a Nintendo Switch a few weeks ago. Matt C was extremely helpful while purchasing and provided me with great information.

Went there looking for a birthday gift. Manager and Assistant didnt even acknowledge me at all. Had to seek there attention hard when I needed an answer on a product. Was salty that I didnt love his response, completely unimpressive.

Small store, has a lot .. I give 4* because the employees are always very nice and friendly and happy to have you at the store..

Terrible experience . Bought a used game for 14.99 . Tried it out and didn’t work at all as the game was faulty and damaged . I lost my receipt and they would not help me at all . I wasn’t even trying to get money or a refund . Just some sort of credit and they wouldn’t even do that for me ! Imagine selling someone a damaged game and not being held accountable . Game stop has lost my business !

They pay ridiculously low prices for used games.

Bought a game from this location, the sales associate told me the disc was clean when I asked him about the condition of the game. It wasnt and I promptly returned it for a refund. This is a problem Ive had w/multiple Gamestop locations, their employees lie when I ask about the disc. Think Ill be buying games online from now on since their employees cant be trusted.

GameStop is a scam they make you pay extra money for scratch games and on top of that they try to make you get their card which is worthless unless you have premium account. Waste of time coming into this store...
