I am very pleased with my recent experience at the Verizon Store in Garden City, especially with Tom who helped me decide on which new upgrade would suite me. However, on top of all that, Tom educated me how to lower my bill by looking into my service contract and what needs to be changed/upgraded. Once my new phone came in, Tom called and I was in and out. Very pleasant and down to earth, and most importantly very knowledgeable.

I went in to store in Warwick on Post Rd, because my Phone died after saying moisture moisture was detected is it over and over during the week. They said they could not help me unless I had an appointment. He then sent me to the Garden City Verizon and thats when Michael assisted me. He had a very nice demeanor, explained to me in simple terms that I understood and was most sympathetic to my angst over my phone. I was overdue for a trade in and he got me an $800 refund which I was essatic. He went through all the different ways I could save more money like switching to 5G. I will be sure to go back to him if I have any further needs in the future.P.S. it was 98 degrees that day and it had been several hours trying to get this done and my dog was out of groomers BUT my air-conditioning went in the car and I couldnt leave my dog in there. I asked if I could bring him in and he accommodated. I was relieved I had such a thoughtful person.

Im so happy with my new phone and thanks to Michael I know of some perks that come with my line upgrades as well!! Ready for a replacement phone? Visit David! Walked us through all the plans and special offers, explained everything in detail. We bought two phones and it took 15 minutes. He’s extremely knowledgeable and doesn’t waste time. We got exactly what we were looking for and he saved us some money! A 10 ⭐️ experience!

We all know that purchasing or contracting a cell phone nowadays can be a long annoying process with bumps in the road. I made up my mind on what I wanted. A new line with Verizon and a IPhone 12. I traded in my iPhone 11 as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by 2 friendly staff members. One was Richard I believe his name was, and the other was Zann I believe her name was, my apologies if I misplaced the name. Both very friendly and professional. Took the whole process less than a hour. And that was with no appointment. just a random walk in and a last minute decision I made. Traded in my phone, bought a new phone outright with a new line and I am pleased thus far.

DO NOT GET YOUR IPHONE SCREEN REPLACED AT THIS STORE. The guy replaced my screen and completely broke my phone on the inside. The touch screen is not responsive at all. Charged me 250 bucks just to break my phone even further and then when I asked for my money back he told me sure but he would have to put the broken screen back on

My experience with this store, specifically with Ashley Gilday, was OUTSTANDING! I went in to get a new phone and transfer a number. I usually dread going into any phone store because there are long lines and pushy sales people. Not here! I didnt have to wait at all and Ashley was honest, friendly, and took the time to answer my 1,001 questions. She explained my options and after reviewing my familys accounts, found a way to save me money! She was so knowledgeable about the phones, plans, accessories, everything! I wish I could give her more starts because my experience was truly superb!

I came in to inquire about replacing a cracked screen on my phone through the insurance I pay for from Verizon. The employee asked for my phone without explanation and downloaded an app called Tech Coach without my permission. I was then told the process I had to do which is fine, but dont take it upon yourself to download an app to peoples phones without consent first.After thinking about my experience at this store I researched this location and figured out it is not corporate run and it is an Authorized Retailer. Usually authorized retailers will have some sort of signage saying so but this store seems to have forgotten to do so, or if it does it is not easily seen. Had I known this I wouldnt have bothered walking into the store and wasting my time.

Ashley at the Cranston Rhode Island retail Verizon store was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We purchased a new iPhone as an upgrade and she assisted with the transfer of all of our information and data, did appropriate back ups, and demonstrated very professional, courteous, and patient style of work. This, in spite of people coming into The store, phone calls, and other interruptions. She was fantastic at multitasking, and taking care of more than one person at the same time without any glitches! She is the best Verizon person we have ever dealt with, and we commend her performance today as she assisted us in our purchase. She has restored our confidence in dealing with Verizon wireless!!!!!

I went in to switchmy existing carrier connections ( 2 lines) to verizon PrePaid. Asked Matt to verify if the phones are compatible with Verizon,. He tried to take the sim out from one of my phone and he just used pullers and the sim got stuck. He tried with lot of equipments and finally took the sim out. In the process the sim panel got damaged . Now my phone sim slot is not at all working. I have to buy a new phone. Please be responsible enough in handling customers phones.--- Dave have contacted me and promised me that he will resolve the issue, which he did . I am happy with that. The techie Richard was awesome and was very patient till the issue is resolved. Thank you Dave and Richard !!

8/10/15Ive been a Verizon customer for a few years and have never been to such an awful store before. The girl working the night shift was extremely rude and not customer friendly at all.First, she was talking to another customer and seems annoyed that the customer had questions. Meanwhile I walked around the store (because there was no place to sit and wait) and waited for her to be done with the customer. To my surprise she stop the customer mid sentence and asked me what I needed (she had a tone right there and there was no smile or welcome to Verizon, how can I help you today).I told her that I was thinking about upgrading my phone and also had a few questions about my current plan. She asked me what kind of questions (her other customer now is watching this with an I cant believe this face. I told her that I rather wait for her to be done with her other customer so we could talk. She then told me well, I close at 8 pm so I am not sure if well have time. Mind you that I got to the store at 7:15 pm.Are you kidding me? What a lousy customer service and attitude. She should quit her job if she is not happy.I was so stressed out and couldnt take it. I just walked to the Sprint store next door and signed up with them. They also closed at 8 pm but when I walked in they were friendly and helpful. We did not finish until 8:50 pm and at no time I feel rushed.I was never a big fan of Sprint and would rather to have Verizon, but because of one disgruntled clerk, you lost a customer.Also I was very surprised when no one from Verizon contacted me to inquiry why I was switching carriers. That makes you feel like your loyalty to the company is worth nothing.

This is by far the worst Verizon store in RI after previously having issues with the stores personnel over guaranteed refunds (we had to call corporate to finally resolve the issue, BBB complaint filed), my wife spent 3 hrs. there today while they ran diagnostic checks, I will not put the respective employees name who wasted her entire Sunday and as far as I know still nothing resolved with her faulty phone (and yes have this phone insured)I would stay far...........far away from this Verizon store, will be filing a formal complaint with corporate first thing Monday AM!!Happy to say corporate warranty is sending out a new phone overnight, should have gone this route from the beginning and never stepped back into that store!

I am officially done with Verizon and this particular independent retailer. I have been having a lot of issues with the tempered glass for my iPhone. I went to this location on April 19 and Andrew helped me. It is constantly PEELING on its own and after it peels it cracks. I just left the store completely appalled. Jake waited on me. He was rude from the beginning and with an answer and a comment for everything and was taking what I said extremely literally. Andrew told me I could come in within 30 days with the receipt and they would replace glass at NO COST.... Big surprise that was a lie as well. Jake stated he would call manager and went into the backroom he came out and stated that my options were to deal with the tempered glass company or to pay 5 dollars this one time again and then go back to paying 10! I think not. When I asked for the managers name he then informed me he was talking to the owner DAVID MOON. When I stated that he was hard up for money Jake responded no he’s not and rushed me out of the store. Also Jake stated I drop my phone and where I store it is why it’s doing it. I don’t drop my phone however Jake did today and Andrew did on the 19th. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED AT HOW YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEES WORK. Once Jake realized I was recorded our conversation he stopped helping me and stated it’s not like I can use the recording for anything..... little does he know

My girlfriend and I decided to get iPhones on a plan of our own. We went around 5 yesterday. On top of the 1 hour wait in line it took another 4 to get everything up and running on the new plan because of technical issues in store and issues with the core employees. Stephanie M was awesome enough to stay almost 2 hours after close to get everything working and was a HUGE help.

Dear Mr Moon, ( it to whom ever the owner of the store is) I’m writing thisAs a concerned daughter who has a mother in her seventies that stoped in your store mid day on the 19 this month. On this said day my mother was looking for help and was lost . She was having issues with her smart phone ( and not being real savvy on how to use it she stoped to asked for directions) now mind you she understood it was a sprint phone and she couldn’t find the sprint store. She stoped in because she is a Verizon customer with the full Fios bundle at home with every bell whistle and extra movie channel available she thought she could ask for directions at least and be treated with at least some kindness . So she she asked said “ lady” that works for you if she could give her directions to which the reply was “ No, I’m not going to do that” again my mother said that she couldn’t figure out how to look it up on her phone and was flustered .Mindyou there was no other customer in the store and she did say she was a Verizon customer and she asked “Would you have even been nice enough to look it up for your mother ?“ because said” lady” was really not nice about it . Your employees reply was “ Lady, my mother is dead so forget it I’m not helping you.” at that point my mother left .May I say Mr Moon I’m appalled that anyone would hire anyone that would treat anyone that way much less someone’s mother much l less mine... to which I add your store and your name are now MUDD at Barrington Books (Thankfully they helped her find the sprint store and she didn’t buy a thing there), The Sprint Store that helped her and fixed her problem and couldn’t have been nicer even though it took two hours of hard work to fix it and any person that will listen here out. Also I’m reporting you to Verizon ... because you don’t mess with my mother. All of you that are reading reviews please go anyplace else because I’m sure you wouldn’t want anyone to treat your mom like mine was treated .
