Ive only used them as a towing service. As far as that is concerned they were prompt and courteous. The driver was completely professional. They did not treat me like just another ticket. I am truly impressed.
They are very nice people and we had no problems with them. They did a very fine job on my wifes car. I would recommend them to anyone. Be blessed everyone!
Had work done on my car replacing the driver door and respective front panel, which turned out great. However, the stripe that was on the door was ordered in the wrong color, and later in the day after picking up the car I found empty cans of chewing tobacco and bits of chew in the car, and noticed spray paint on the side mirror. Was HUNG UP on and called a liar when trying to work with them... You get what you get with these guys..

I went in to get my car bumper fixed and was helped in a timely manner. They were very professional and were able to explain exactly what was wrong and how they fixed it. 10/10 I would recommend!
I grew up in the auto industry due to my family working for Ford. I’ve seen so many places take advantage of people just because they can. Honestly, I was prepared to go to multiple body shops looking for a place who would help without putting my finances in the gutter. I showed up for an appraisal and they were so wonderful. They talked me through possibilities and took my car in to be looked at while I was there. I left and the work was already done in less than an hour. It wasn’t too bad (damage to my bumper) but, just the fact that they took the time to help and even fixed it in less than an hour was incredible. I’m so thankful for these individuals and their dedication to help a stranger and now, a customer. They have earned my business when I need some body work done on my vehicles. Thank you to everybody. You really helped relieve some stress in my life and have made my day so much better.
Note Accident occurred Jun 1 2020.My car actually started and ran before it got to the shop but not when they got through with it.If there was an award for incompetence they are the clear winners.Delay after delay they even used the Covid defense claiming that Korean car parts were not available because of US auto makers retooling for respirators!Waiting a month for them to diagnose seat belt tensioners then after not being able to restart the car sent it off to someone who knows how to fix carsAvoid this place unless you have time and money and care nothing about either one.Edit Update: Car still not fixed was finally sent to the dealer but even though it was known weeks ago that it would have to go to the dealer they did not make an appointment so maybe in another week the dealer will get around to looking at the car. Two months headed into month three and still no car.Mike thinks I am too harsh in my review and I am not being fair. Mike if you do good work, dont lie, cheat or steal you get good reviews fail to provide good service you get bad reviews and your score of 2 stars out of 5 is a good refection of what your customers (victims) think of your business skills.Edit update and rebuttal: August and still no car. They can not give any sort of estimate when it will be done. It is still at the dealer now because they can not complete the work themselves.I called Wayne the supervisor (supposedly a grown man but hard to tell from the way he acts) a snowflake because he was offended by the words I used to describe his execrable lack of job performance. By any measure this entire shop excels at nothing except shoddy work, communication skills that are non existent and deceit.Every insurance company I have had to deal with on this has nothing but contempt for them because of their pathetic performance finding them difficult to work with. They are not trusted but some local Law Enforcement agencies to be on a fair rotation list because of the bad practices and if you ask why did I get the work done there? It is because they would have charged me a extortion fee (I should have just paid it) to let another shop do the work.
Pay attention to the one star reviews they are all similar. Years later and I am still fixing things on my car that this body shop said they repaired or replaced. Turning away as many costumers as I was able was the best thing for them!
Great people. They went way above and beyond for us. They gave us a ride back to our hotel and even pulled my wifes wheelchair back on a trailer when we couldnt find a handicap taxi. The rate to tow our jeep back to tallahassee was phenomenal. Super friendly service. You really get that small down home service with these guys.

Accident happened on June 1. car was towed here. Car was not returned, complete until August 18th. for almost 3 months, I heard how it was everyone elses fault but theirs that the car was not done. Covid, ins adjuster, dealer. They took no responsibility. Cost me $1400. In out of pocket rental fees because ins would not cover rental past 30 days. They didnt realize the seat beat was broke until day 28 when yet another supplemental was submitted. But its not their fault (sarcasm). I will never, ever have any car repair done here again.
My sons truck broke down on the interstate on the way up here for a visit. They responded quickly and for a reasonable price. It felt like calling on a family member for help instead of a business, thank you, jon

We have no experience with the body work here but strongly recommend their towing service. As a AAA provider, Joe showed up ahead of estimated time, did the work neccessary to get our SUV onto his truck safely and quickly. Joe got our vehicle to a credible repair shop and us to our condo, with only a short delay to our trip. He was very helpful and patient, as we gathered what we needed for our first nights stay. Saved our trip! Thank you, Joe!

Definitely read the reviews before considering this place. I had a bad experience from the beginning. From the start of it all I was told one thing and then another. They said it would take a week to fix, then it went from over a month. At the end of the day I got my car back and my front windshield fluid would not, when turning it on, it comes on on the back windshield. I refuse to take my car back to this place, so to fix my windshield, I took it to another shop instead. I had over 6 people telling me their bad experience with this place. I recommend to seek another auto shop or you will be waiting months for your car. I explained to them several times how I have no relatives here and I need to have a car. They did not care. They gave my husband and I so many run around that it took him having to come from Fort Bragg NC to speak to these people. A waste of time and money.
Let me start by first stating quality takes time. That said, I am very happy with the work done on my 2003 BMW. I was a little skeptical thinking the shop would not match the Jet Black color or make it look like it was originally but I was wrong. It s perfect. It did take longer then I wanted, but as I said earlier quality takes time. Also, they had to wait for the parts to arrive which caused a longer delivery time than expected. Ms. Gwen kept me posted of the situation so I was not worried. Thank you all. I recommended my friend take his car there. The shop picked it up at his house this morning. Time will tell. Ed Lowe is the most honest person and everyone who has negative things to say about him doesnt know that he makes sure that your vehicle is done the right way. If you drop your vehicle off you cant just call the next day and expect it to be done the next day when there are other peoples cars are in front of yours. This guy who pays the first $500 of YOUR deductible should have some respect because he doesnt have to do it but he does. He keeps everything professional and does a good job doing it.
My husband hit a deer and we had the car taken here. The car never moved from where it had been paced off the wrecker for at least 2 months. Got several calls from insurance saying he had been by there and nothing was done with the vehicle. Countless times of talking with Wayne and gaining a headache from the repeativness. Each time all I would get was oh the car will be ready about a week or so we had to order a part but it come in today. The very next week it was the same excuse on the same part. The car sat with them a total of 5 and a half months resulting in my husband losing his job and my school work falling behind. And all we got was attitude and treated like we were the illiterate ones.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOLKS. They kept my car for a whole month and every time I called, they got nastier and nastier. When I got my car back, it had 300 miles more than when I dropped it off.
I have had my Kia Soul worked on here after 3 different accidents. Each time I have been satisfied with the work. Communication was ok, if I called inquiring I never got the runaround. The work did take a bit longer than quoted but then again its an estimate. I was super thrilled to get in my car and find out it had been cleaned. Not sure if they just vacuumed but it was cleaned and smelled great too!
With the recent passing of owner and boss Ed Lowe. We are under new leadership... still family owned and operated but a different Outlook on overall workmenship. Were striving to make customer service better and scheduling much better. So some odd years ago i paid 3k to have my truck painted and went to pick it up and the whole top of the cab paint had been pressured washed off....so they quickly fixed that ...and years down the road now everything is peeling off and they told me i had a lifetime warranty ...so i call them and they say they dont have any records of me or the truck or the warranty and what do i expect the truck paint is 10 years old ...mind you garage kept for 10 years driven maybe 40k miles in ten years
Havent lived in Crestview for too long. Needed a little repairs done to my wifes 2015 Honda Civic. Went to one body shop and they estimated the job at $700. Was going to just give up after hearing that price, but decided to stop at CPB and see what they could do. Spoke with Michael and he gave me a price that was beyond fair and wayyyy below the previous estimate I received. The job was done quickly, the service was extremely friendly, and the completed work was better than I could have anticipated. Thanks Michael!
I am a retired vet and Christian man. During the middle of October 2018, my 2015 Toyota Tundra with low mileage was hit by a deer damaging the front of my vehicle. I called for tow truck service at the accident site in Baker. I called Crestview Paint and Body Inc. Little did I know that they had a bad reputation and bad reviews on their site from previous customers. I work overseas and was just needing good service. The Tow truck driver came and had me sign a paper without my knowledge stating I would have them do the work on my vehicle and the insurance company must pay the money upfront. My insurance company is Allstate. Once I discovered this I called and talked with Wayne the Auto body shop manager to move my vehicle to a different body shop. He said they had already taken my car apart in so many pieces it would be impossible to move. He personally promised me he would do a good repair job and have my vehicle would be back to me in 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. I called the shop several times after 2 1/2 weeks to speak to Wayne but he was always to busy to take my call. The secretary answering the call acted on the phone as if she was upset that I was calling about my truck. I kept calling until I talked with Wayne. He finally answered. I asked if my truck was ready and he stated he got in the wrong bumper and would have a new one in a day. He said the truck would be ready then. He also complained to me about the money Allstate paid them to get the parts and work done on my vehicle. I didnt want to hear that I just wanted my truck fixed. Another week went by and no call from Wayne about my truck. I called again and the disgruntled secretary answered and got him on the phone. Wayne stated again that he received another wrong part for the radiator or cooler. He stated that everything else was done, the part would come that next day and my truck would be ready. Another week went by and I called to pickup my truck to see if it was ready. No response or call was given to me to let me know it was ready. I went by the shop to pick up my truck and was shocked at the results. Wayne drove my vehicle to the front of the building with yellow paint on my rearview mirrors. My truck sounded like a jet engine. The bumpers was a different color from the trucks main body and the front grill was not the same one replaced, I talked to Wayne about this at that moment and about the paint on my mirrors. He said my truck was fixed perfectly. He then turned his back to me and walked inside the building without an explanation. I later discovered my clutch fan did not work. My lights were not new and a bracket was held in place with glue. I also discovered that water was in my radiator. To my shock I realized that I drove off the lot with my airbags turned off by Crestview Paint and Body Inc. I could have been killed or my grand kids who I was going to pickup. I was very upset and immediately drove from the Auto body shop to a more reputable auto body repair shop. I knew I could never trust this shop to do work again on my vehicle. They had no regard for my life and put me and the ones I love in danger. Precision Auto Body Repair Crestview noted all the problems and more on the vehicle as well. The payment was over $6000 from Allstate to Crestview Paint and Body Inc. There is no way possible the few good ratings on their website could be true. There are not many. Im sure if research was done you will probably find out that the statements are from good friends, co-workers or relatives. I am recommending do not use this shop or trust them. If you had a bad experience with them report them to the better business bureau and local media.
I went to Crestview Paint and Body and they did an amazing job on my car.The paint work was pristine.They did a wonderful job and I got my car back on time.My car is beautiful.They fixed me all up.Crestview Paint and Body is number 1 in my book!!! I I defiantly recommend them.
Had such an awesome experience with these guys. Got my vehicle stolen... told it wouldnt be released until the next day after it was recovered. Went to pick it up and only got charged the low low price of almost $300 to get it back. Really guys, thank you so much for screwing people over after they are already having a horrible week. You guys cost me more than the damn people who stole my vehicle in the first place.
Have had many places work on my cars this is by far the worst!! I got in a minor wreck they kept my bmw for almost two months making excuses on why it wasnt ready then totaled out my car and stole parts from my motor before returning. Very unprofessional and I will never refer them to anyone. I honestly feel as thought they ran a scam on my insurance, I do not know this for a fact.
We understand our car needed major surgery.However, the way we received our car back was a disappointment.Due to my husbands excitement in getting our car back he failed to look it over.I drove our vehicle and my husband drove the rental car.After getting in the car I first noticed all the greasy finger prints all over the interior,and floor.Also stains on the seats, like water marks and again more grease.After dropping off the rental, we stopped to get groceries. Much to our surprise we press the lever on the lift gait to put them in. Blam, the whole back piece fell off in my husbands hand. WE PUT IT BACK IN PLACE CAREFULLY to get home. It was being held in place by the license plate wire and a prayer.Then after we got home, we started our careful assessment of the our car.1. The license plate light was just that, a wire. The other parts were just thrown in a corner in the back. Also, more dirt and grease.2. No pin stripes on passenger side back door and panel3. Sanding and paint job in and around lift gate looks done in a hurry4. No rubber seals/stripping around lift gate, tail lights or roof5. Scratches on back bumper that were not there before6.The lift gate will not shut properly( as described above)7. Scratches on taillight covers8. It was there for 2 months baking in the sun, which faded all parts of the interior and the seats9. There was actually a putty like substance holding parts of the interior together10. No receipt was provided, therefore we have no proof of the work done. And we had no recourse.Last but not least, after calling many times. We were put on hold, hung up on or just told they would call back. They never did. The lady at the time was dismissive and rude. I feel like she just didn’t care either way. It’s seven years now...Our car leaks through the replaced roof, the paint has worn off as well.We’ve never posted a negative review after our vehicle was returned to us. We had hoped it would have been resolved. Sadly, it never was. We were defeated. I will tell you this, they never asked for any payment, and they never produced a receipt.
Minor repairs...working on 6 weeks in shop. When I call all I receive is mixed information. Left messages for manager/owner. No return call. I live in PCB so obviously not practical for me to drive over. I would/will never recommend this body shop. Catchy commercial on radio gained my business. But never again. Still waiting on my truck.....

I give them NO STARS. I wouldnt let these people work on my Tonka truck. They are rude, dishonest, and thiefs. We took our company truck to them for evaluation after Hurricane Michael damaged it. They kept it for an extended period of time, called and told us that they felt the vehicle was a total loss. Imagine my surprise when we went to pick up the truck and had to pay $2560 for it... Listed on the invoice is a Admin fee of $80.00????? We used a credit card and had to pay a 3.2% processing fee, $1550 for storage. After reading ALL of the complaints on this company it appears that they make their money on Storage fees.
Just called this place up and laughed because I thought this place would do a touch up job on a buddys truck. The man that answered was a smart ass and thought I was making fun of them or something and then hung up, before giving me a chance to talk to him about my own trucks body work. To bad I didnt get to see the work they do. But if its anything like their customer service it will suck too. AVOID this place!

I was involved in an accident in Baker, FL on August 30th. I was traveling to Fort Walton for a Bachelorette weekend and live about 8 hours away from where the accident occurred. From the very moment I started to deal with Crestview Paint and Body - i was immediately taken back by how nice and accommodating they were - starting with getting my Jeep towed to the body shop. Being 8 hours away from where I live, I had no one that could come to pick me up, didnt have AAA to help so I had no idea how I was going to get to my destination. Insurance was a pain to deal with so I was very stressed - the man who came to tow my jeep, (I cant remember his name for the life of me) he was the sweetest man I have ever met in my entire life. He could tell I was stressed and freaking out - he offered to call his wife and have her pick me and my mother up to take us to VSP so we could get a rental. We get to the body shop, transfer all our vacation bags into this womans car, who owes us nothing and is doing this out of the kindness of her heart and she drives us to the airport. Fast forward a month later (Insurance was a nightmare to deal with) I had to drive back to Crestview to pick up my jeep. I called the Tuesday morning before the Friday we arrived to confirm my jeep would be ready to be picked up, one of the ladies, Jill or Sara, confirmed it would be ready. We get in about 9:00am Friday morning - they close at noon, I didnt want to make them stay later just for me so we got up extra early and drove the 8 hours to make sure we arrived before noon. Turns out my car wasnt ready but would be ready before noon. The ladies at the front desk recommended an AMAZING BBQ restaurant a couple miles down the road and called when my vehicle was ready. They fixed everything just how it was before the wreck and I could not have been happier. I would recommend Crestview to anyone if we lived closer, shoot ill still recommend it to anyone who asks! Jill/Sara, thank you for being so patient with me through my 89.300+ phone calls. You guys deserve raises!
DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS-My paint clear coat started peeling from the hood and fender that was repaired a few years ago. Not peeling on the entire truck. I was told this would not be covered by the lifetime warranty as paint wasnt converted in the warranty. Wait...what else do you warranty...all you do is paint. When I tried to clarify, Wayne, the shop manager actually hung up on me. Now Im dealing directly with my insurance company for the warranty. Id give zero stars if possible. Every person I interacted with was unnecessarily rude.
They had my car for over 2 months. They put the wrong parts on my car and scratched up my tint on windows. This is the worse place I have ever done business with. The people are not responsive and they lied about what they fixed on my car to insurance company. I will be reporting them for insurance fraud. Please Do NOT take you car there. No matter if they can save you money believe me in the long run it will cost you more.
Hillbilly, redneck RIPOFFS! I lived there in Crestview since 2001 to 2012. I had my car that was hit taken to them before I knew better, should have done my homework and taken it to S&L Body. They did crappy work and crappy paint job. Took bulbs out of my back lights and covered it up, didnt realize it till I opened my trunk and found used one just thrown in and covered up with carpet. Do yourself a favor and avoid this low 2 star junk pile and look at real reviews at a trustworthy, honest, and realiable collision shop.
I chose Crestview Paint & Body because they would waive my deductible. I dropped my car off and was not worried since I had rental car coverage. My insurance stopped paying for my rental after 8 days b/c a reasonable amount time had been allotted for my repair. I had to pay out of pocket from the 8th day on. I was given a multitude of excuse as to why my car was not ready. My insurance said they would continue to pay my rental car costs if the repair shop would submit an addendum showing the cause for the delay....they had zero documentation because the reason they sited was a big, fat lie. They finally said We dont have to prove anything to anybody. I thought I was saving $500 and ended up spending $579 in rental car fees and they had my car for a month. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! Buyer Beware!
They came and picked up vehicle and got started quickly. That is the only good thing I can say about this place. They had our vehicle for about 2 months and kept going back to our insurance company for more adjustments. Flat out crooks. Do not go to this place.
By far the worst experience I have ever had with any company. Not only did they lie to me over the phone about my owed price they also stole a custom made clip off my key chain and the manager had the nerve to bully myself and my fiancé when he got us out of the show room and into the back. The manager there was rude from the minute we walked into until I had to tell him if he didnt stop running his mouth Id call my lawyer that Id had enough. These people are thieves and dont deserve a business license. My personal advice is take your car somewhere else and let honest good mannered people take care of you. I would have had better luck with a crack head suffering from three day long withdrawals than these people.
Beware, Beware, Beware!!! I Do Not Recommend this business to anyone. Very bad experience with this company.The job was only to take 1 week, they kept my vehicle for 6 weeks. I kept calling every week and then twice a week and got the same answer every time. Kept telling me that they were behind and had lots of work they are back logged on but then turn around and find out they close early on Fridays.Kept my vehicle so long that the battery went dead and had to replace it myself.It is not worth the hassle for your deductible to be paid by them.I will not be going back to this place and i tell everyone i know not too also.

Drop my car of in early January to fix a rear bumper, 2-3 trim pieces, one sensor and right rear light. Took 6 weeks and 3 days to get my car back. Worse part is that no one from their office ever makes and an effort to update me on anything. The first 3 times I called, I had to leave a message and never got a call back. The entire time my car was there... not one person made an attempt to reach out to me. Was always me calling to get details and updates. When I do speak to someone... they just play it off like no big deal. When I got my car, I noticed it had been driven over 8 miles (I know this b/c i reset the TRIP when I dropped it off b/c i had the same issue with a dealer once)... person helping me said thats not possible and just dismissed it. For some reason the Auto Park Brake Setting was turned on which you really have to go out of your way to SET, all of the A/C settings/adjustments had been changed (which again you have to use the computer to change). Disconnecting the battery would not change these settings... Not a huge deal but if the car is just staying on your lot... why would you even mess with mirrors and the A/C? Worse part of all this is the time frame and ZERO communication over a 45 day period.
Worst experience Ive ever had. Over 30 days to fix a rear bumper in a fender bender. The insurance company will not pay for a rental car for as long as these fools take. Youll end up losing more and it looks like a toddler put my bumper on. Paint scratched off in a month. This place shouldnt be allowed to conduct business. Crooks!
Should have listened to the reviews. Had our car towed there because they said it was free to store your car there and they would pay the deductible. Now they are telling us we are gonna be charged for storage because we didn’t have but liability coverage yet we told them that we only had liability coverage before we had it towed there. They were supposed to give us a written estimate of how much it would cost to get it fixed and never heard back from them until I called and he’s telling me it’s because the car is totaled yet no one bother to let us know this. Also the man I was talking to about this hung up the phone on me because I raised my voice to him when I found out they had lied to us. Do not go here!!!!

This has been an absolute nightmare they have had my car 5 weeks. Every time they claim it will be done they end up finding more work to keep it longer. If you have usaa insurance do not use this shop!!! You will end up with no transportation. The insurance company stopped paying for a rental car 9 days ago. I will update on the total start to finish time. Save your self do not use this shop.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! they will rob you. they charge $80 daily storage so you leave your car there for one day and you already owe them almost $100. in addition, the work they do is way over priced than any other body shop in the area. for ex. they charge almost a thousand dollars for just a teardown on a vehicle, when average they go for only half that price. there not good people here and have no remorse for there customers, do not go!!!!!

I am still mad at myself for not reading these reviews. Ive always read reviews when purchasing products. However, this time, I let my husband make this decision and he chose to use Crestview Paint and Body. He was certain they were a reputable business. Unfortunately, were learning otherwise. The service is HORRIBLE. After 3 weeks of them having my car, I call to check on it and was told by Wayne, the Manager, that he was going to light a fire under them....well, two weeks later, and again, two more times that he was going to light a fire under them, he finally turns the story around and says, we had to order the parts, the parts came in and your car is still torn apart BUT we cant take another car out of the shop that is ahead of yours, We are waiting to get to yours.Well, my car is still in the shop and I will provide an update as soon as i can concerning the quality of work.I did find it disturbing, during one of the phone conversations, I was told ...well you didnt have to pay for a deductible. I quickly responded by letting him know that their lengthy advertisement and assuming they were a reputable business is why they were chosen. Additionally, I plan to share my complaint with the radio station, since theyre promoting this type of business. Huge lesson learned....please read reviews ALWAYS.

You cant tell at all it had the front end of a motorhome in the side of it. Wish they had a 10 star rating! Thanks for the gard work, care, and awesome job!
Had a great experience after a nasty wreck. Crestview P&B came and picked up my vehicle. It is very cranky to fix as under the hood everything is jammed and technically not many except the dealership have been able to connect the dots. The car came home with me driving - perfect responses and it looked like new after repair work - they even cleaned up the dirty inside of the car! The shop itself is a good experience from the decor to the service during pickup and their interface with Enterprise which I would not recommend using anywhere but there in Crestview. The pickup process went quickly and smoothly. I am soooooo happy with them, and I am a perfectionist!!!!
Man this place didnt disappoint me at all. I dont know why people are speaking negitive. Not only did i get my car back super fast but the paint job done by that guy Austin was amazing! Flawless work guys i would recommend you guys to any of my friends!!!!👏👏👏👏
I would not even give this place one star. Absoloute worst experience ever. Have had my car for 2 1/2 months.... for a 3-5 day job. The owner, Wayne, has lied to me for over a month. EVERY week, he has told me my car would be ready on Wednesday... it has gotten New Tires on it EVERY Monday for the last Month. DO NOT, I MEAN DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE!!!! IT IS NOT WORTH WAIVING YOUR DEDUCTABLE!!!!
My experience with this company is horrible. They received my vehicle on 9/16/13. On 9/18/13 my adjuster provided an agreed to estimate and I was told that my vehicle would be ready on 9/27/13. On 9/27/13 I called to arrange to pick up my vehicle. I was told that it would go into the paint shop that afternoon and it would be ready on 9/30/13.This process has gone on everyday. I am now put on hold forever when I call about my vehicle. Scott, the only person who will deal with me refers to me as Dude or Bro and is exceedingly rude. It is impossible to speak with the owner, Ed.Notwithstanding their guarantee for not paying the deductible I strongly suggest that anyone avoids using this company. It is now 10/5/13 and I have no idea when I will get my vehicle back.
They will rip you and your insurance company for all they can. The worst service ever. No apologies, just excuses. A less than a month job else where took over 3 months. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

I will never bring anything to this shop again. Poor customer service. Delay after delay. Took 5 day job and made it a 35 day job and car still not finished. Worst expierence ever. Funny Geico paid them for the work the 2day in the shop. Work not done check cashed but never endorsed over to the shop. Bad bank practices. Dont deserve a star.

They will Prolong the Work to EXCEED the Maximum Limit of Car Rental allowed on The Insurance Police or POLICIES....The Work is LESS than Satisfactory and if You try and bring it to the Owners attention he becomes LOUD, UNPROFESSIONAL and DEMEANING. Once he gets the Insurance Money He is DONE...STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE if You are Expecting Quality & Professional Service!!!.

Can never get ahold of the owner. Have been waiting on news about my vehicle and nothing. Was told it would be done this Friday on the 15th qnd apparently it is still in repair and still hasnt gone to be painted. RIP off. I hope this place closes the hell down.
They did a good job fixing my Jeep. Took about a week and they were informative about the process.
I wrecked my jeep and cpb towed my vehical to the shop. This jeep is my baby and ill admit I was skeptical at first. How is it free? Where is the catch? Well before I knew it they had my jeep looking like the wreck never happened. They picked up they fixed it and then delivered it to me cause I turned in the rental and never cost me a dime.
I dunno why people keep saying they have problems with this place. theyre quick, convienent, and affordable. i assume the people who give this place bad reviews arent from around town. but theyve never done me wrong.

My car wreck happened on May 31,2017. It was towed to Crestview Paint and body. No one asked where I wanted it to be towed. It automatically went there. I have been lied to, ignored, and put off by this place. I had to inspect the work AND test drive it, to find a broken fan blade that could of caused more damage to my car. It went back in the shop again. Total of 54 days went by. Today, July 24, 2017, I finally got my car. Ridiculous!!!!! I wouldnt recommend this place to fix a toy car. Spread the word. Best way to lower the scams from this place. Very disappointed!!!!!!! My rating is actually 0 stars, but that wasnt an option.
This place is a ripoff and should be closed down. They have had my car for three months supposedly fixing it and ripping off insurance companies. They need to be closed down permanently and I will probably be get a lawyer and taking legal action, which I will also be talking to the insurance company into to doing as well for insurance fraud.

The worst auto shop that myself and other people I know have experienced. The owner, manager, and other employees are very unprofessional, rude, and not proficient in what they do. They lure you telling that they will pay your deductible and give give 10% back of the total cost, regardless whos paying for the repairs i.e. You or the insurance. My truck sat there for way over 30+ days and it went from there straight to another shop. At no point they called me or informed me of any status. after the car was returned to me with many deficiencies, they also refused to pay me the %10 cash back they offered me for having my business. I would NEVER take my vehicle nor I would advise my friends and family to take their vehicles to that place. Not worth the headache and all of the stress. Please do your research before taking your vehicle there.
I wish I could give 0 stars. This is an absolutely crooked business. Solicitation from the owner lures you in and then they sit on your car for months on end. I tried to contact a lawyer but they said there isnt a case thats worth taking. Their employee Wayne is a disrespectful S.O.B who dances around any question asked of him and talks to you like youre stupid. When asked if i could speak to the owner I was denied. Unfortunately there is no justice for the innocent and the company will continue to get service regardless of their worthless practices and two faced staff. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD all day ladies and gentlemen. I would recommend any body shop but this one.
Dont get lured in by the no deductible out of pocket gimmick. The girl who referred me got her truck back with wavy body work. My car sat on their lot for 24 days and they havent even touched it yet. Not ONCE did they ever call to tell me there were any delays. EVERY time i called to enquire about my status they put me on hold for up to 15 minutes and told me they would call back. Out of 15 something calls they returned a call once and just to tell me they were waiting on parts. Now my rental is no longer covered under insurance (they said it was a four day job and were nice enough to extend my rental for the 24 days due to the excuses). Im taking my car out of their shop and cutting my losses. All this time and its looks exactly the same. Sad.
HORRIBLE SERIVCE, FALSE PICK UP DATES. Dont let the nice customer service fool you. Im moving from this state in a few days theyve had my car for a good time now and everytime I call in its always Oh I thought you were leaving on this date, we havent even began working on your car yet, we didnt order this that yada yada I let them know from the start when I was leaving and they said it would be no problem. Now they are beginning to piss me off with their lies.
Worst body shop on the planet. They had my car for 4 months to do minor front end repairs. Never got an update or call from them. I called every week and their response was simply that the parts werent in. Easy to see why they have such pathetic ratings online.

Def avoid this place. they say they will cover your deductible but in the end you will come out of pocket paying for your rent a car through the insurance. they had my car for 2 friggin weeks and didnt even touch it. the day prior they told me that the paint needed to dry, so i went up the next day and they told me that they havent even worked on it. after being furious i told them to give me my car. according to the horror stories i seemed to have gotten off lucky. i had a 13 Camaro and if they wouldve ruined it in any way i wouldve pitched a fit. These people are crooks.

*NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO CRESTVIEW PAINT AND BODY*3 Nov 2015 my 4 month old daughter and I were involved in an automobile accident where I was T-boned. My husband was a frequent listener to the SCOTT MCKINNEY radio show, who broadcasts from CPB regularly. Since I had just been in an auto accident my husband was trying to be helpful, so he called and arranged for CPB to pick up the vehicle from the holding lot the following morning. I personally met the tow truck driver BURL TEBOE at the lot and asked to get my belongings from the car. Seeming like a nice enough guy we exchanged casual conversation while I got my belongings.After some discussion about what CPB process was, I was assured by Burl that I would be notified prior to any repairs. To sum up the lengthy details of this story I was never contacted by CPB in regards to my repair, estimate or authorization. The receptionist JILL either never knew what was going on or just blatantly lied to your face. Magically this towing release became a legal document giving CPB power of attorney over my vehicle and any parts or repairs made. SCOTT HARRISON ( the manager) did take the time to listen to my concerns after being ignored for 3 days by Jill and then driving to Crestview from Fort Walton and sitting in the lobby for an hour, which may I add Ed Lowes office is a 2 way mirror with the lobby Scott, however; made excuses for why my car wasnt ready, why I wasnt getting the proper documentation for the repairs made, and why every day when I had to call to see if I could pick up my car something else happened to come up. Scott H. even called me and told me that my car would be left outside of the gate with the keys in the gas tank for me to pickup.Worst of all after keeping my car for 3 months the owner ED LOWE got mad when I questioned why he had my car towed to Crestview Tire and Wheel for an alignment without my authorization and said he was just trying to do me a favor and he would not be having it towed back to his facility. Thats right ladies and gentleman I had to pick up my vehicle from a third party vendor. I have since had to have some of the repairs done by CPB finished and/or fix. Some things my insurance wouldnt pay to have redone and so I am left to fix on my own. I am not an unreasonable person and I know that repairs take time. I was very patience and understanding with CPB and its staff because I do understand when situations arise. The non existent customer service, and the horrific body work that was done on my vehicle is just a shame and give repair services a bad name. I have always been one to support local business but this has left a bad taste in my mouth. I know this review isnt much but if I can save one hard working military family, individual, or citizen the strife from dealing with this company then I have done my diligence.
Got in a fender bender late Friday, CPB tows my wifes car to their yard (since Factory Spec was closed) and kept it over the weekend. That part I was fine with. What bothered me is the fact that we (my insurance agent and I) called them Monday morning and told them to take it over now. The receptionist said she only needed a verbal ok from the insurance agent to take it which my agent did while I was on the phone listening in. Called Factory Spec Tuesday morning and they still dont have my car. Called CPB and after being on hold for quite a long time, I was told that they had to wait for a P.O. because USAA never told them where to take it. Seriously? I was on the phone listening in when he told you where to take it and you said you only needed a verbal authorization. If I can help it, theyll never touch any of my vehicles ever again.
First, let me say that anyone who has not used Crestview Paint and Body for any reason, you really are missing the boat! My husband is deployed and I have ZERO local help and have two children. The people at CPB came and picked up my car and had Enterprise come to my house with the rental car. Thats awesome customer service.The repair took a little longer than I hoped but it was not CPBs fault. My insurance company tried some very unethical practices of putting plastic parts back on my mini-van. Do they think it is safe for my children (and me) driving around in unauthorized and plastic parts?!?!?!?!I am changing insurance companies this week! But, I will say I strongly recommend CPB. Great service, I saved my $500 from not having to pay my deductible, and I am proud I was able to get something done that my husband would normally do!You wont be disappointed in CPB ... believe me! I love them!
Id like to start off by first saying that a one star review isnt low enough for this company. My car has been in and out of this business for 1 year... Allstate supplement says 7 days for repairs to be done.. My vehicle was there the first time March 2, 2012 to April 6, 2012... picked up the car and the car wasnt finished... the work was done poorly and it looked like a child had worked on my car. The tailights did not match and things were falling apart. January 2013 my car went back to Crestview Paint and Body because of a busted weld in the rear.. so my car flooded during heavy rain... also, the upholstery in the car had fallen because of the moisture inside of the vehicle from the flooding... my car was picked up from CP&B on Friday, March 1, 2013 and the car was worse than it was whenever I dropped it off for the flooding... All the trim on the inside of the vehicle had either been broken, busted, or just not put back correctly and the upholstery had fingerprints all in it... where the workers took off my rear right tailight there are screwdriver indentions in the bumper... also a sheet metal screw in my tire.. the upholstery doesnt even match the original upholstery that was previously in the vehicle... So here it is March 6, 2013 and my car is still at CP&B and they say they are ordering all the correct parts and my car should be finished soon.. so they say. My fiance has tried to contact Ed or Scott several times and they are ALWAYS busy or out of office and they never call you back.. You always get put on hold for several minutes as well... RIDICULOUS! This place will be reported to the BBB. I cant even sell my car for what it was originally worth anymore. I dont see how this place is still in business.. BUT I will do everything in my power to let people know that this place is the worst body shop in the Okaloosa county area. I will put this review on EVERY review website in surrounding areas!

NEVER EVER go to Crestview Paint and Body. They are by far the worst body shop in all of America. The main guy you will have to work with, Wayne, is an arrogant, ignorant fool. He treats you like a child and mocks you at the same time. When you go to ask questions, he gets offended and threatens you with legal action. After having my car for almost three months, they finally called and said they were finished. Once I got home, I noticed there was a dent in the hood already and the paint was ALREADY chipping. I hadnt even had the car for 3 hours. What Im trying to say is, if you dont want to have criminals and shysters work on your car, I would recommend ANYWHERE else in the entire world.

I was told I would get my truck back in 3 weeks. Well here it is 4 month later . got my f150 back paint is already chiping off. The put a explorer grill on it and my bumper is scraping my tires. I would not send any vehicle. To these people and if you do expect to get it back with problems
