Great experience! I was so upset about my car being wrecked and desperate to get it fixed. Literally all the collision shops in the county were booked up including Gerber but the woman at the front desk was super kind and helped squeeze me in. The mechanic Josh was so cool and knowledgeable and my car was ready in two weeks! Awesome shop, I refuse to go anywhere else while I live here!

I had the greatest experience using Gerber in Crestview. They kept me updated constantly with the status of my vehicle. Also our Durango had a fuse go out. When we picked it up we noticed something was off with the dash controls. We weren’t sure what was going on so we called and they let us bring it in right away with no hesitation. They ran a diagnostic test on it and it was a fuse that ended up needing replaced. I can’t thank them enough. They took the time out of their busy to schedule to fix the issue. It wasn’t even related to the body work we had done. They go above and beyond and it was much appreciated. We’ll definitely recommend them to our friends and use them in the future. Also the body work and paint they did looked wonderful, I was very pleased.

We called to have our windshield replaced, the lady on the phone scheduled our appointment and said we just needs to call back with VIN and license plate number. The day of our “appointment” no one showed up, I called and they said they never even had an appointment scheduled. I didn’t have any vehicle I could use since the vehicle they were supposed to repair the glass on is a manual. This was a very frustrating experience and I didn’t enjoy working with them the first time and now for the second time!

No one ever wants to need a collision center, and being without your vehicle is a very unpleasant experience. Tammy made sure that everything was as easy and seamless as possible. This was my second choice as the first one my insurance company provided was closer to me. It should have been my first! These folks were incredible, with excellent customer service, kept me well posted on the status of my vehicle and provide a lifetime guarantee as long as I own my car! The first vendor I was sent to in town was too busy talking on the phone with a personal call. Not only did I get immediate attention here at Gerber but they made sure I was happy. My vehicle looks brand new and they even detailed it in and outside. Now the icing on the cake was they found my diamond pearl earring that I thought was long lost. There it was in my cup holder.Wowzer! Very nice indeed!

My vehicle has been around 4 to 5 times back because of all the stuff that I found wrong in my vehicle. First, the repair was delayed for almost two weeks and they only notified me the very last moment and day that I was supposed to pick up my vehicle. They installed the wrong front grille, after they installed the correct one found out that the grill and fog light was loose and possibly missing hardware when my wife was washing the vehicle. Took it back and they fixed that and there were gaps that looked crooked, sent it back and they said that it was the parts they installed were flawed. Now I just noticed in the hood that there is like a drip over paint in a section. Overall I dont want to bring my vehicle back to here again but I have no option to keep doing it until they do a proper job. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

The staff was quick and accommodating. So far, so good. They were quick and efficient. Very pricy for a few scratches on the bumper. I doubt theyll replace the bumper at all. They charged me for paint supplies and paint labour, parts, body labour, and mechanical labour PER HOUR? Why do paint supplies have an hourly rate of $30/hr for 3.9 hours? Ive never been in an accident before with results like these for bumper scratches... I guess Ill be making phone calls right now....

My car was in an accident in October. After 3 months at Gerber and countless pick up dates not met, I finally got my car last week to have two lug nuts fall off the two tires on the reconstructed part of my vehicle within a week. The employees here lie, lie, and lie to cover their poor workmanship and planning. Not to mention my brand new car was completely trashed while in the shop(black handprints all in the interior, dust all in my air vents, etc.) It has been the worst customer experience of my life. I will never again make the mistake of trusting Gerber and others should BEWARE.

Had several issues with the two visits we had there. IFirst is they left overspray on the windows and they didnt mount the rear bumper properly. Then this time my wife saw what looked to be a drip and when they said oh it will buff out,the then tried to buff it out and it took the paint clean off. They had to keep it several more days to repaint it again. Now you can clearly see where they repainted. I looks completely different than the paint around it. After all that they did try to make it right by bring our car to us.

Vehicle took almost 2 months to get out of the shop. Original tech was fired and our belongings were left out on a shelf collecting dust and debris. Wife’s glasses were in the glasses compartment before we took it in. When we got them back out they were extremely dusty and the frames were broken. Every week they called to tell us why they were pushing it back another week or two. The outside of the car looked fine after the repair, everything else was very very dusty. Would not recommend

It just keeps getting worse. Its been a saga since October. I allowed my car to go here because it was a state farm trusted agent. 2 weeks turned into 6, every week they would call and ask for another week. I finally got the car, more damage they missed on suspension could have gotten some one killed. Another $1,800 in damage later. The rear bumper of the car still doesnt line up correctly. They put the wrong color pin stripe on the car, different shade of gray left vs right. My 2 year old car was ruined by the accident, molested by Gerber and it will never be right again. Dont go here, you will be worse off than before. I played nice, and tried to be patient but in the end my car still isnt right. I cant take it back, this all happened in the middle of a move, so now Im SOL.

Fantastic service. Hit a wild hog going about 60mph and hurt my bumper pretty bad. Had Fords parts devision been smarter and gotten the parts in quicker my car wouldve only been there about a week. Once all the parts and paint were in, they were done in 4 days. Paint match is on point and the folks who work there are fantastic. Never had to call for an update, they always called me. Thanks a ton Misty!

I can not say enough about Factory Specs Collision Center and their commitment to exceptional customer service.I took my wifes car to them after a pretty good fender bender. The staff really went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.I am very picky about quality work. We initially had an issue because, apparently, our insurance company will not pay for quality parts. The parts fit good but not perfect so I mentioned this to the staff. Factory Specs staff simply said Sir, if you are not happy then we will make it right. and they did!!They even had a staff member stay past closing so that we could pick up the car.

We just had my husbands truck repaired at this body shop which was once factory spec. Our truck looks better now then it did before the wreck! Josh and Laura made sure that we understood the process, communicated while it was there getting fixed and reassured that the truck was going to be back to the was it was before the accident.When we picked up, the woman at the front desk which was always pleasant to speak with, laura. She had patience with all the questions I had when I came in for the estimate and dropped it off for the repair. She made sure we understood that we had a lifetime warranty on the work they did and to make sure we come back anytime if we had any concerns which made me feel better.My husband is active duty military and Im left here alone sometimes with our kids so it made us feel good that I know I have a body shop in town that makes me feel like I have an extension of family here if something was to happen again. The manager of the shop, was also very friendly and approachable, believe his name is Jeremy. Anyways, great communication, fast and quality work and a great staff, thank you!!Suggestion, it would be nice for a place in town to have an veteran and active duty appreciation. Would be very, very nice to show appreciation to them everyday, not just verterans day. Put up a nice flag pole and do something nice for them and their families all year around, not just Veterans Day.

Progressive claim. Didnt want to let me get personal stuff out of my truck cuz gate was closed already. So decided not to use them and thank God because window was down some and fixing to rain. Pretty sure the window control panel is like $250 so it doesnt need to get wet. They are highly unprofessional. Im a business owner.

I believe they are the worst repair shop in Crestview. I was t-boned by a car going about 5 mph, over 6 months ago. There was minimal body and minor electrical damage. Gerber has yet to complete the repairs to my car. They had my car in their shop for over two months straight, on top of the other weeks they had it to complete the repairs. Every time I get my car back from them, something else is broken. They ruined the tint on my car, put the wrong door panel on, failed to replace the screw covers, broke my window defroster, and routinely argued with me about damages. They tried to put a used/damage door panel on my car. When asked to repair the used door panel, they said they couldnt find anyone who could reupholster it and suggested I find someone for them. They also made me drive the car to a third party mechanic to diagnose and fix a problem they could not figure out. To top it all off several items were stolen out of my car while they were working on it. They did a good job on the body work, but that is it. If you are expecting a professional staff, I would not recommend using Gerber. I have delt with three different claims agents and each one blamed the previous one for not properly documenting the repair plan.

HORRIBLE!! About a week ago I hydroplaned my car and had some minor damage to the front right bumper of the car - fog light was hanging out and had a gash in the bumper. My insurance company set me up with repairs with them. I dropped my car off there on a Monday and picked up my rental car (luckily my rental car was covered under my premium). They called me a few hours later and told me the estimated repairs and time line. They said it should be done by either Wednesday or Thursday.Thursday comes around and I have yet to receive a call from Factory Spec, so I call them (called around 4:30; they close at 6pm). They informed me that they were waiting for a part to come in that should be in before they closed. Apparently they ordered the wrong fog light. They said I can schedule to come pick it up at 5:45 (again, they close at 6pm). I told them that was cutting it close and that I was driving from Destin, so I wanted to be reassured that it would be done so I wouldnt waste a trip there. They reassured me so I drove an hour to Crestview and get there and they say the part hasnt arrived. Dave informed me that everything else was finished with the car and that I could drive it until the part came in and just take it back to snap the fog light on. I told them I would not be driving the car anywhere until the car was fully done - I was not about to drive my car with a missing headlight after paying my deductible.Luckily I still had my rental, so I left and went about my business. They call me the next day and let me know that the part should be there by lunch time on Monday. Monday rolls around and Im waiting for a call from them. I get a call around 3pm - I was currently at work until 1 am - and Dave leaves me a very rude voicemail. In the voicemail, he says the part has arrived and my car would be ready in about 10 minutes and that I would have to pick it up by 5:30. He also told me that my rental would be cancelled today so that I would have to pick it up that day. Are you kidding me?! First of all, that is up my insurance, not you.I was livid. I call my insurance and they said I can keep the rental until the next day. I arrive at Factory Spec and pay my part and as I am putting my stuff from the rental to my car, I notice that on my driver door the child lock button is stuck and the finish has chipped off. So I go inside and ask to speak to someone about it. I show Dave what was wrong and says Oh, thats gonna happen eventually. Excuse me? Annoyed, I tell him that it wasnt like that when I dropped it off so it needs to be replaced. He told me there was nothing he can do. I told him I would be speaking to the manager and calling my insurance about it.I call Geico and they said to send them a picture of the damage and they would look in my file - they took pictures of the driver door panel because it had mud all over it and was scheduled to be detailed while being repaired. I send them a photo and they call me back about 30 minutes later saying that it was not like that in the photo, so Factory Spec was going to replace it.Youre probably wondering, Is he really making a fuss about a cover missing on the child lock button?. I wouldnt mind if it was an older car, but my car is almost brand new so I want to keep it like new.I have never had a worse experience at another repair shop in my life. This place need re-evaluate how they treat their customers. I will not be giving this shop another dime of my money. I will take my business elsewhere.

Where do i start... My car was backed into and needed to be fixed, i told the insurance company i wanted everything new..... was told a week after i left my car with factory spec the car was ready for pick up. Went to get my car and it looked horrible, paint already chipping off a new chip on the back of my car that wasnt even there before i left my car, paint runs and build up in places, and the rim that was supposed to be replaced with a new rim was the same rim, and the new tail light was already broken......they said they can only do what the insurance tells them to do (which the insurance tells me they paid for a new bumper) but took responsibility for the bad paint job and broken light. So i leave my car again to be fixed right like they promised and when its time to come back and get it the bumper is not lined up correctly and some other small things were wrong like trash on the bumper that needed to be buffed out and the rim was still the same rim. They told me since it was the weekend go ahead and drive it home and bring it back monday for the new bumper and rim. i then told them i would rather not drive it home just incase something happened they would try to blame it on me so they didnt have to fix it and they said no no no we wouldnt do that. Guess what Im told i cant bring my car till tuesday because the parts wont be in till tuesday. So between friday and tuesday something happened to the bumper and now there are scratches on it, but thats ok because i was told a new bumper would be on the car anyway... I also found scratches on the inside of my door from someone getting in and out of my car and something scratched the door. Mind you this car was only 2 weeks old when someone backed into it there was NOTHING wrong with it, I tell them about all the problems tuesday when i dropped it off they told me everything would be fixed. i was called that afternoon and told it would be done the next day. So i go to pick my car up for a third time and the only thing different is the rim. Then i asked why it had the same bumper on it and NOTHING was done to the bumper the manager says i never said i was giving you a new bumper.......... My husband and mother in law were both there and heard him say the same things i heard and he says of course they are going to agree with you they know you. So another manager takes over after the first one says Do you want it or not and when i say no he walks off and leaves me in the parking lot. He tells me he cant fix the bumper because the new scratches on it he cant send it back. Exactly why i didnt want to leave it in the first place. Now my husband is involved having to miss work because of all of this sending us around and around and we say we want to talk to the store owner monday morning when he is back and they say ok we told them not to touch the car because we want to show the store owner and tell him the things that have happened and the things we were promised that never happened. I get a phone call an hour later and he says he has talked to the store owner and the store owner told them to eat the money on that bumper and get me a new bumper and it will be done tomorrow, the only catch is they wont pay for me to have a rental car for one day. one day is fine i can find a ride for a day.well i call this morning to see when i can pock my car up and he says the bumper came in looking exactly the same as the other so they have to try to shape the sides and make it fit right and they dont think its going to be done today because they close at 12:00. And they cant pay for me a rental car. so now i have no way around with 3 kids and no way to get to work i missed work today to go get my car and i cant get it.... Absolutely ridiculous and bad customer service...
