Im stuck in Crestview with steering issues looking for a mechanic. Stopped in here but they were backed up badly so couldnt work in it today. While sitjng in their lot looking through different places the owner (actually says boss in his shirt) walked out and said hed look at it to see what could be done. Quick visual inspection and he found the issue....didnt ch a rge ne a dine for the few minutes of work. Sadly he couldnt help me, again backed waaay up but his attitude and willingness to help does him and his business credit.

Was ordering parts for my van. I was in a hurry and waited patiently to hand over my keys and she went to go install a uhaul. I said I couldn’t waited anymore and put my keys on the desk and drove up and told her the keys were on the desk and I had to go work. What does she do? She tells her dad I yelled and screamed and cussed at her when she wasn’t even around me. So unless you like drama because of Daddy’s little girl, I suggest you stay away from them.

We had to return a uhaul truck here and the service and professionalism was impecable!! I will surely use this place again.

Called Doug on a Sunday afternoon and explained my vehicle’s problem. He basically told me what he thought it was. Informed me that his business was open until 7:00pm everyday and was available to work on my vehicle when I was able to get it there. I had my vehicle towed to his establishment by 4:00pm on Sunday.. On Monday Doug called me to tell me what the problem was, which is what he initially stated, Wednesday morning he texted me that my vehicle had been repaired and was ready for pickup. Not only was this great customer service but Doug also saved me money by finding an alternate place to get the needed part that was much cheaper. I would highly recommend this establishment, Doug and Frank (Lead mechanic) are friendly people and I appreciate their service.
