Used this shop as the repair shop for our 2016 Ford fusion and all I can say is so far so good. The car looked brand spanking new, inside and out. Customer service was also outstanding, especially from the lady at the counter. Another plus is that there is limited lifetime warranty!

Fenders Collision did an amazing repair job on my wifes Acadia! They were very professional and helpful from the start all the way until getting the vehicle back. The were 2 minor tiny things that needed additional attention the day we came to pick the car up and they quickly corrected the discrepancies on the spot! The car looks just as good as the day we bought it.

If you want a quality job done by honest and professional people, you have found the right place! I took my car here for repair after being hit on the rear left tire. From start to finish, they were honest about fees, great at communicating updates on my car, and easy to get in touch with. Everyone at Fenders Collision was polite, professional, and really cared about their jobs (Kasey the receptionist was so kind and I wish I remembered the name of who did the car estimate- he was very knowledgeable and had a lot of integrity in his job). The job required repairing a scratched rim, scratched rear left siding, and suspension issues. The paint job looks top notch (NO bubbling or defects), rim looks brand new, and I trust that all suspension issues are resolved. They even took my car to another alignment shop to confirm suspension issues and ensure nothing was overlooked! Upon picking up my car, it was obvious they had detailed my car and left careful instructions about how to properly wash my car for the next few months until the paint fully cures. Overall, I am really pleased with the efficiency and quality! I will return here as needed in the future and highly recommend Fenders Collision!

Professional service. The body work looks great. The only complaint was I got my car at end of the day (15 minutes before close going into a weekend). There was a small problem I had to wait to talk to them about Monday morning. They listened to my concern and totally made it right on that same day.

Redid back bumper and sensors. The service was fast and convenient. Made sure the vehicle was in great condition before turning it over to me. Would recommend to all on area. 5star service.

4 days and my truck was done. These guys take pride in their work, and fixed another minor dent and scratch for no extra charge. I wouldnt take it anywhere else! The only con, I did have to book a couple weeks out. But that should tell you something. Very satisfied!

This is the before and after I got rear ended hard enough to where my entire hitch and mounting brackets for it got bent down like 1 1/4 inches and I drive a 1994 F-250 Turbo Diesel and the rear end looks like brand new when I picked it up as you can see and it was a decent price labor wasn’t bad at all mostly just parts I highly recommend this place for body work

Had to change my rating of this place. My first impression was that they did qualify work however, I have since found from personal experience that they cut way too many corners for me to recommend them. Now I see that they are changing their name. Could be from the bad reviews! Youre been warned!

I called there to see about a vehicle and then called back later to make sure it was inside cause a storm was coming in and the vechile didnt and have doors on it (cause they can come off) both times I called the guy that answered the phone was very rude. I hope I never have to deal with them again.This is for the impound part

Called just to get a ball park estimate of the most basic cheapest paint job and the lady wasnt able to say anything except to bring the car in. I have called multiple places and all were able to give me prices. She was not friendly at all.

Even though I hadnt been a customer before, when my minivan door wouldnt close while it was raining, they sent the wrecker for it so they could keep my van in the garage over the weekend and the inside wouldnt get wetter. Thats not just great customer service; thats great NON customer service!

This body shop used to be a great quality Body Shop I even had a family member who was a employee 4-over 15 years after 12 years needing to use them again from somebody hitting me they claim they have lifetime warranty satisfaction this is a lie I am now beginning litigation against this body shop due to damage done to my vehicle while trying to repair it their workmanship is poor they do not stand behind their work. After being a loyal customer of this body shop for over 20 years I am sad to say this body shop is no longer the quality that used to be. Do not bring your vehicle here if you need it repaired properly or you want quality repair quality paint or quality workmanship you have been warned. Something terrible has happened to this company in the last five to six years, I got back my new truck with pieces missing Kama bolts missing Kama pieces falling off, things that were not damaged on my vehicle before they received it are now broken and damaged . The new paint job has ripples in the paint, its much darker then the original paint they tried to match, there are dents in both of my vendors including the new ones from stress that they put on the vehicle while working on it. The owner has refused to fix the damage they did while working on the vehicle and blamed the insurance company for the damage. I am a retired law enforcement officer in the state of Florida and I would not recommend anyone bringing their vehicle here if they need quality or want their vehicle restored.
