I’ve always had a easy buying, question asking, great customer service experience here. All the employees here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I work on my car sometimes, and products have always been in stock or easily ordered here with same day or next day pickup depending on your time of order.I’ve had batteries replaced here, and the employees install it themselves. I’ve bought my car here to get codes read, and saved thousands of dollars in expensive diagnostics cost from the local dealership.Recently brought my wife’s care here to have a check engine code read, and needed a new EGR valve. Ordered here for $200 bucks and swapped out part myself. Saved me hundreds of dollars that I would of been charged in parts, labor and shop parts from the dealership.I wish there was a higher than 5 star rating here, because I would this autozone above all other nearby stores.

Wifes car wouldnt start so I jumped it and drove to the nearby AutoZone. They confirmed my suspicions of a dead battery in seconds. The technician had the old one pulled and the new one installed in a matter of minutes. Picked up some really nice smelling Little Trees air freshener in Peachy Peach scent too.

I’ve been around cars and trucks and really anything mechanical under the sun but recently I had an incident that was really awesome and I just wanted to share it with all who wants to take the time to read this review. So My truck broke down and low and behold the hydraulic clutch master cylinder and the slave cylinder went out and I bought the parts from Autozone and installed them myself. I primed, bled the best I could being an army of one but it just would not work. So being strapped for time I decided to take it to a local repair shop to have them pressure bleed the system.well long story short, they had the truck for 5 minutes, charged me $87 to tell me I had a bad part. So I took the faulty part back to Autozone and to my surprise, they not only replaced the part but also refunded me the big fat bogus repair bill as well. The reason for this review is because they weren’t liable to absorb the expense of the shop bill of $87. But they did and not just because of the money part of it you just don’t realize how many times you’re done wrong in life there is still good people and good businesses that go the extra mile to do the right thing. So my hat is off to the guys at Autozone, because they really didn’t have to do it but they did. Kudos Autozone, MAGA. Sincerely, John Q. Public, proud red blooded American. You guys rock 👍

Great manager and employees. They helped me get all my parts and ordered what I needed to change out my motor. Very nice and personable people behind the counter. They need to pave one part of the entrance to the right side of their parking lot. They had most of my parts in stock. Its not everyday you change out your engine. So not having some of the parts was understandable. All the employees were great and very helpful.

My Dad doesnt listen to me when I say there is something wrong with my car and usually blames the check engine light on oil. Even when the codes were read and Mass Air Flow sensor was going out. Thanks you so much for printing what it was so I had proof to show so he couldnt just say I was lying and reset the codes again. You guys at this store have helped me countless times

AutoZone is always incredibly clean and in order. The Duralast brand of parts have been high quality in my experience. The employees are always willing to help with locating a part or tool. Prices are average with market. Overall 4 stars, as a five star rating is reserved for the perfect auto parts store.

This is a good, fair and well-stocked auto parts store, and open 7 days a week!

They got plenty of good products, but every time I go there seems to be multiple customers taking up the employees time over stuff that takes forever. More of a complaint about customers trying to fix stuff on their crummy cars that the employees have to try and deal with. But since its just products I need, Im now more inclined just to get it off of Amazon. Sorry guys

Great store atmosphere but the quality of the economy parts are very poor and maybe dangerous. For example, $20 brake pads will not panic stop from 80 mph. By the time youve braked down to 20 mph your pads will be glazed and finishing that stop just got dangerous. Then youll have to change your pads and rotors to use your vehicle again. Just buy the $40 pads to solve this but you see my point of responsibility for sellng dangerous parts.

The guys was nice one of them put my new stearing wheel cover on my stearing wheel for me they are a little bit hard to get on when they are a New one and they had the light bulbs for my over Head console i had to pull the over head console down to change the light in my Ford F-150 the way it was made it wasnt really that hard to pull down you just have to be careful you dont break any of plastic clips that hold it up

On our way home from Mexico and our alternator took a dump, the guys at the AutoZone in Crestview, FL had the part transferred from another location that arrived right on the time they stated. John Collins the store manager provided the necessary tools for a couple of shade tree (literally under the parking lot shade tree) mechanics to perform the surgery. All went well and we are on our way home. Thanks again to John and his staff Jimmy for the professional help and courtesy!!!!

No matter the day or time, there is always enough employees to take of of the customers. I like the fact that if windshield wipers need replacing, an employee will take care of the task. You can also ask for help taking out the battery n installing a new one (should a quick charge not help current battery plus a quick engine checkup can be preformed.

Even quoted. $25ish price per part.So I drive down there, even bringing the cores with me. Once there, Im then told you DO NOT have the part(s) in stock.You store would only be able to order for the caliper for one side only (I mean come on, you cant even get BOTH sides?) for $134 plus shipping.I went down to OReillys, which had one side in stock, order the other side for free shipping to arrive the next morning, both for $25. When I explained the waste of a to to your P.S.M, he could have cared less.Ill give my business to your competitor.

Check engine light came on, stopped by here to have them check the code. They were sure it was the battery. Sold me a battery. They did install it for me. It wasnt the battery. Took vehicle to usual repair shop where they diagnosed & repaired the actual problem. It wasnt the battery...😒
