This is possibly the best dealership I have dealt with and at 50 years old I have dealt with plenty of them. I reserved the vehicle and they held it for me for three weeks; even during the chip shortage. They gave me a rebate when other dealerships are charging thousands over MSRP. The salesmen Brock and Brad were awesome. They answered all of my questions and were extremely friendly. Hunter, the finance guy, was clear and concise. He showed me everything, answered my questions but did not pressure me at all. I still bought an extended warranty.I enjoyed my experience with Lee Buick GMC from start to finish. I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else again.

The most important part of the car buying process to me is how the sales and finance team interact with the customer and these two guys were top notch. The fact that Lee Buick GMC was not charging a market adjustment fee made the difference in where I purchased my truck.

Ive had my truck there for multiple problems that Ive tried to get resolved. It takes a few days to get diagnosed even with an appointment. Around the 5th time my truck being in the shop I was having a squeak in my suspension. (I bought the truck from them) They couldnt recreate the issue. So when I arrive to pick it up I drove the service guy around the building and It wasnt difficult to recreate. So it was in the shop for another week. But when I received the truck back it was still happening. Its difficult considering the dealer is one hour away and I cant just run up there to give it back. They gave me 2 free oil changes and Im hesitant to use them considering they have done such a bad job with my previous services.

I had the BEST experience at this dealership. I had reached out to Trevor on a specific car I was looking for that he had just received for a trade in that day,and he pushed for the car to get ready for me to test drive and look at by Friday. Just bought a 2500HD walked onto the lot and Scott came right out and was very polite and helpful. Justin Geoff meet me the next day and was very polite and positive! He help me through out the deal. The truck had to have all the dealer add-on put on since it had just came off the truck. Justin and Scott did a great job letting me know what was going on and when my truck was ready. When the truck was ready Justin walked me through the set up and a complete explanation of the truck and accessories. This is the second truck with them and the service is just wonderful!

Went in to test drive a used car and worked with Justin Goff. Justin was awesome to work with and made the whole experience simple, 10/10 would go back for my next purchase.Edit: 05/10/21Make sure you clean your trade-in of ANYTHING that may identify you! My trade-in was sold and the buyer used the registration that was left in the glove box to contact me. I know I should’ve cleared identifying info from the car, but who sells a car without cleaning it out? Apparently Lee GMC/Buick does!**reply to the dealership**Institute a MANDATORY check-list when taking vehicles in on trade that includes making sure anything identifying the previous owner is removed from the vehicle (including the navigation system). The form should be signed by the dealership and a copy provided to the previous owner. Do this and I have no problem giving y’all 5 stars as I was satisfied with everything else.

Great car buying experience . Found what I was looking for online and was able to get an out the door price over text. Showed up and truck was already in detailing. There was no BS and the price was what it was over text. No hidden fees. Total process took maybe an hour or so!

This was one of the best car buying experiences we have ever had. The attentiveness of the staff was amazing. Our salesperson, Maria, was absolutely incredible. From the moment we first talked to her on the phone until the day we picked up our vehicle she was wonderful. Our family had been dealing exclusively with another local dealer since the 70s, but they recently sold that dealership and as a result, they no longer have our business. Lee Buick GMC has our business now and they will have it for many years to come.

I was hesitant about stopping into Lee GMC based on their poor reviews on Yelp. I’m very happy that we chose to give them a try anyways. We went in looking for a new SUV, even with the chip shortage Justin managed to get us into the car we wanted. We went in on a Tuesday evening, Wednesday we stopped in once my husband got out of work and Justin had all of the paperwork done so all that we had to do was wait for the finance guy. The situation was basically seamless- from looking at cars on the lot, doing a trade in and driving our new car off the lot. 110% would recommend. If you’re in need of a new car, stop in and see Justin! We will be back if we are in need of a second car.

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Lee Buick GMC. I bought the first one nine years ago. The entire time I owned it, they treated me like I had purchased the finest car on the lot!! The service department always went out of their way to accommodate me by loaning me vehicles or giving me a ride home and delivering my car to me. For repairs or service, I never left unsatisfied.I always said I didn’t want to purchase from anyone else. Trevor Vaughn was the salesman for the second vehicle. I told him exactly what I was looking for. Of course I was offered a good deal on a new vehicle but I was not pressured. They did not have what I wanted on the lot. They found it though. It was good. Nothing came up, and they filled my DEF tank and windshield fluid without me asking! That was awesome! They let me and my dogs relax in the waiting area becasue it was hot.

The item needed for repair was back ordered and I have to take my car back again when the part arrives.I wish they wouldn’t have messed with my seat adjustments and and programmed radio stations. I know that it could have been necessary in order to complete the attempted repair

Form email to phone call - to appointment there was a disconnect.I answered the email asking for information on repair of alloy wheel.I spoke to a person on the phone about the same.I was advised Monday appointment at 10 AM. I arrived at service logged in. I also explained about the battery.Two hours later I paid for the battery, NO service Opps- and I was told that for alloy wheel repair check that is only done on Mondays at 7:30.Sure would have made my life easier it the system of service, write up and discussion with the customer on all aspects of my appointment were made clearer.
