Ive been going here for years for oil changes and maintenance to several vehicles. I always feel like I am getting straight forward service without the push to spend money on services I dont need. The technicians tell it like it is and that is a quality that I hold in high standard.

Highly recommend the team over at Precision in Crestview. I pulled up at there shop at 12:30pm sweating because my AC wasn’t working. I got lucky and the local parts shop had all the part needed so they immediately got the parts there and worked on my vehicle straight through until complete. Keep in mind, this was an entire A/C system swap they completed in about 4 hours time and changed my oil in the process. I will use again for all my vehicle needs and highly recommend.

Walked in today with my ac not working they got me in quick and out fast! ac works great now and they are great people. would recommend to any one.

Got the tail light done quickly and didnt charge anything.two other places couldnt do it until next week and one even dismissed a tail light ticket as inconsequential whereas actually cared whether you got one or not and fixed it right away.10/10

We called them on Friday to advise that we were towing our vehicle there, and we believed the fuel pump was failing. They said they were busy, but should be able to get to it Saturday. Saturday came and I called to check the status.. they said “we were wondering what this vehicle was for.” He said again that they were busy and it would probably be Monday. I asked if he took down our information to call us back.. and he said no. I was transferred to a manger who was nice, but they still didn’t look at the vehicle until Tuesday. They called and said they jumped it and had it running. (We already tried to jump it.) They did no other testing or diagnosing .. just assumed we were too ignorant to jump a battery off. They had my husband come pick it up, and the next morning (again) it would not turn over. We had it towed to the Ford dealer.. who explained it was the fuel pump fuse (a known issued with these trucks.) They relocated the fuel pump fuse and we have had no problems. Really didn’t appreciate them failing to find the issue, wasting our time, and wasting money on another tow. Won’t be back.

I had been using this place ever since we moved to Crestview due to being a military family. My husband and I were very happy with the service and staff was very helpful. Last couple of months service has not been great and not as nice as they used to be. I called twice to see if I needed an appointment to get my car checked both times I was told that I could just bring my car and it would be taken care of. I brought my car two separate times left it all day and never received a call until I called 1 hr prior to closing hours. All I was told was that they didn’t get to it but could get done the following week. Very disappointed since I called both times and was told that it would be taken care of if I just dropped of my car. Never coming back

They did amazing and fast work for an emergency repair. The local parts are a bit expensive, however they are great on prompt and quality work with a guarantee hard to beat.

These guys have been fantastic to work with and more than accommodating! I was leaving destin on my way back to Oklahoma when I started seeing smoke from under my 4Runner. Upon them checking it out they found that the previous precision tune I went to in OKC had messed up a ton of stuff and almost left me with a seized engine. These guys went through the underside of the 4Runner very methodically and fixed every problem they saw. Along the way they explained everything to me and showed me what was going on instead of expecting me to believe whatever they say. At the end they didn’t charge me for the other Precision Tunes mistakes and only for what work these guys did. This is very easily the best automotive shop I’ve ever taken a vehicle to in my life. A HUGE THANK YOU TO THESE GUYS!!!!

I stopped in today (Saturday at lunch) with an almost flat tire. The man at the front stopped what he was doing to fill all of my tires up for free. I had been trying to find somewhere to get air in my tires all week and hadnt had any luck. Im pregnant with a toddler and was really nervous about running errands and having a flat tire but I finally had my nerves put to ease. Thank you!

Lets be honest, you can go about anywhere and get an oil change these days. But what makes me pass by every other place to go to precision every single time is the people. They take a moment and show me whats going on with my car. The mechanics make me aware but allow me to decide. I never feel pushed for extra services or repairs which is exactly why I will get all my services and repairs done here. The pricing is fair, the people are honest and I can turn my car over to them with complete confidence.

First time going here. This place was awesome. I went in expecting the worst in repairs. My check engine light was on and the codes pulled at an auto parts store eluded to catalytic converter. It wasnt that. 😁 They then went over my truck with a fine tooth comb for me (I paid cash at a local dealer) as I requested. Found out my brakes were bad to my surprise and got them taken care of. Got a list of other things to take care of over time. The list and quotes were not near as bad as I imagined they would be. They answered all my questions about each item and helped me figure out where each repair would fall in respect to importance. The guys there are awesome. Super nice. Professional. And quick. They do right by veterans too. I found my new auto shop.

I took my vehicle in on January 5th for a regular oil change. Then had to take my vehicle back the 12th.. they failed to put oil in my car after draining the old oil. My motor then failed, they did nothing the warranty company asked and when the warranty company questioned them regarding the fact there was no oil in the vehicle they lied and covered the issue up. Would not recommend using them at all.

Greg and Jacob are always the most courteous and helpful people ive ever seen at a Mechanic shop! Typically mechanics are rushing you out the door but they ALWAYS take time to do the job RIGHT then take time to explain what they did and answer any questions. Couldnt ask for a better group of men!

Wow where to start! My children and I were traveling from Texas to Florida and had an emergency car situation. We got our vehicle towed to Precision Tune Auto Care and from the beginning everyone was extremely helpful and considerate. Knowing I was on the road, Cassie got our parts ordered as soon as possible. Cassie and Dalton were great with my kids and kept them in a cheerful mood with crayons and toy cars. As soon as the parts got there, Dalton went to work and diligently got everything put back together in no time flat! Greg, the manager went through and checked everything twice after a test drive to ensure we were safe to travel home. I am so impressed with this mechanic shop, I wish I lived near there because they are dependable, fast, honest, and overall it was an enjoyable experience despite the situation. Recommended my girlfriend to take her car here for an oil change because that’s where i had taken all my vehicles when i didn’t have the time to do it myself. that was a mistake. instead they put the car on the lift and sold her new brakes when she didn’t require them for atleast another 10-15k miles. when asked about the brake pads i was argued with that they absolutely had to be changed.

I called around 11 am and got there a quarter before noon. I asked if there was a line and I was told there wasnt but could manifest as soon as I hang up. In 15 minutes, the bays were full and there were 3 people before me in the waiting room (some were drop-offs). I told Cassie I had half an hour, 45 minutes tops. She said theyll try to accommodate me if Im willing to try. I gave them a chance. In about 30 minutes, I was checking my oil and theyve topped off my fluids. In less than 45 minutes I was driving away. Thank you guys for accommodating me! So far, so good!

Im giving one star because I have no choice, I took my car to this place and they lied to me about what the problem was.... wanting me to pay bunch of money, I took my car to a mechanic friend and he said it was a simple fix. It sucks theyre not honest and do whatever they can to take your money, so I recommend to AVOID this place if you dont want to get robbed.

Great place. Had an issue with my brake caliper and they solved the problem for a good price (did not rip me off). The auto mechanics are very talented and experienced, which I found out after spending some time in the garage with them while working on my car. Jerry did an amazing job. He definitely has tons of experience. Highly recommended.

My family was on their way to South Florida and were stopping by to visit when they started having car problems. Precision was able to take a look at the van and fix it the same day! With all companies there will be good and bad reviews given, but Ive got 4 cars and I take them to my local Precision Tune Auto Care, for any type of repairs before I go anywhere else. If these guys cant repair it, I get a complete diagnostic of the issue to take with me to a make/model specialist. Ive had an Engine/Tran change on a 19 year old SUV almost 2 years ago by my local Precision Tune Auto Care and it runs like a brand new vehicle. I like the fact that Precision Tune Auto Care stands behind their products parts and labor. Thats what counts to me.

I was lucky enough for these guys to be open on a Saturday afternoon to get me in and fixed up and back on the hwy in 2 hours. I live in Jacksonville fl and these guys did an amazing job with the amount of cars ahead of mine. the price was awesome and I have never gotten a check-up call after a visit to any shop, if I lived in the area I would be in there for every service.

This is by far the best automotive repair shop I have ever taken my car to. They are very respectful of your time and go above and beyond to make things right. I would highly recommend anyone wanting their car to get fixed correctly to get it serviced here.

I am not the type of person that enjoy giving bad reviews but I felt this needs to be addressed. I left my car in the care of the company to be looked at and was planning on paying them $1660 quote they gave me to fix my car but when I picked up my car from them it had been broken into. The people left my car unlocked in the back. The thieves trashed my car and stole a couple of stuff. I mostly feel violated and I cant trust them with my car again. I will never go back there and to be honest they wouldnt even care but I put this here for others to decide to the best place for their car.

Told me it would be about 300 for labor to fix my motor mount, charged me 1600 dollars because they had to “drill” the rusted piece off. If drilling something off is a 1300 increase I would’ve taken my car elseware, they said they took the part off and could not put back on so I had no choice but to just pay for the repair. Crooks!

Took an hour for an oil change. The person at the counter said 15 minutes to me and others getting an oil change. I know this because I was sitting there while she said this to two other customers. Advertisement showed $16.85 for standard oil change yet my bill came to $19.35. Subtracting taxes from the total gave me a $1.35 surplus. My bill shows this as shop supplies. Apparently $16.85 is false advertisement! Pay more at other locales but rest assured youll get honest service and the price quoted from the beginning.

They changed the oil in my truck, no issues until we decided to change it ourselves the next time. Couldnt get the filter off. Took it back to get them to take off the old filter and install a new one I provided. They refused starting that all the oil would come out. The oil pan is below the filter 🤔Took it to Express Oil Change down the street and they did it, no charge.

They saved me hundreds of dollars. They actually care about fixing the problem and not how much they can rip you off for. The automotive technicians who work there really know what theyre doing and not just guessing. As long as I live in Crestview they will always be the ones I take my car to. I feel safe to drive my car again thanks to them.

I bought a 2015 Ford Explorer in February. I love my new SUV! I am so afraid to take it to anyone because Ive heard such horror stories from people about oil change places doing crappy work, not putting the oil plug back in, etc. My father-in-law uses these guys and has for years. I took it there a couple of weeks ago & it was the best experience. Those guys are so friendly & helpful. They dont try to sell you what you dont want or need. They have 3 different oil change packages to choose from. I chose $29.99 & they check & top off all of its fluids. Mine is a 6 cyl., so it costs a little more, maybe $7 for 2 extra quarts. They showed me the clean oil was in it. My air filter was really dirty, it was just under $20, so I had them go ahead and replace it. Tax & all, it was about $57.00. They give you a punch card so your 5th oil change is free! I highly recommend them!!

The techs were very thorough with the service on both vehicles I brought in and let me know of up-coming maintenance issues or those that could be. Estimates of cost were also given thus, helping to set priority on any issues Identified. Id recommend Precision Tune to any friends that may need based on my experience.(Score 10 out of 10)

Ive taken my car here since relocating to Crestview. They are very knowledgable and have affordable pricing. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because the last oil change their sticker stated to return after 2500 miles. I always use Synthetic oil. This would be like flushing money down the drain.

I have been using Precision Tune since Feb 2000. Their staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I never had an experience where I was pressured into having something done to my vehicles. I highly recommend Precision Tune.

Incompetent and arrogant. I took my car there for an oil change. They told me my oil plug was stripped and they could not get it out. They said the plug just turned around and around but would not come out. They advised me I needed a new oil pan and said they could not change the oil or change the pan. I took it to a Firestone dealer in Valparaiso that I trust. The removed the plug with no problem, changed the oil and put it back in with no problem. It does not leak. I told them what Precision Tune had told me and they said they had no idea what they were talking about. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the plug or pan. Precision Tune is shady and dishonest. I should have been suspicious right from the beginning when they wont let you drive your own car into the bay. AVOID THIS PLACE.

No choice but to give 1 star. My AC wasn’t working, informed them I hit an embankment. They charged me $92 bucks for an evac, not $35 for AC test, but whatever. They told me I needed a new compressor but it’s unwise to get one, should get a new ac kit that they can warranty. All that would cost a little over $1900. I was just going to go buy a compressor and have them put it on, no one had the part in crestview. I drove to fort Walton to get it, they told me the same thing about a compressor being a bad decision if I don’t at least replace the condenser as well. Told them how I hit an embankment. They were like hold up!, go get a second opinion and sent me to Aamco in Fort Walton. At Aamco they found a faulty wire and replaced it free of charge. AC blowing beautifully. From $1900 to nothing. Precision blew up a friend of mines engine as well by forgetting to put oil in it. 🤦🏾‍♀️

They used 5W30 when the cap clearly says 10W30 this will not be that much of a problem if I did not use the car to get to work and back which does not allow oil to get hot so the oil will be running thinner than normal also they never even ask me what type of oil to use.

Staff is helpful, oil changes and other services are affordable.

I wouldn’t trust any other place to do my oil changes
