My 2 boys & myself had haircuts today. I had Liz. She was so nice & informative. she gave me exactly what I wanted & I never felt nervous about trusting her with my hair. my 2 boys had Theri & my youngest hadnt had a haircut in over 3 years. this was heartbreaking for me but she did EXACTLY what my little guy wanted and he just keeps smiling. he LOVES it & he looks so handsome! I am very happy with this visit & will definitely be going again. ask for Liz or Theri! 💕

I came in looking to get my roots done and my ends lightened. I booked an appointment with Vanessa and she came through like nobody else. Great service, great price, and great employee. I did a walk-in and got Liz. The wait time was not bad. She was friendly, easy to talk to and did a great job! Also, the military/veteran discount helped out too! Will definitely be back to see her.The owner (I think) was also friendly and engaging. I saw him outside washing down the window ledges. Watching him do that made me feel good because I like to see people take pride in their business. It sends the message that they care and it gives me more of an eagerness to visit Fantastic Sams again.My only complaint is the chair was a tight squeeze and didnt have much of a leg rest. It was uncomfortable BUT Im also 345 pounds so I dont think its the chairs fault. lol

I just want to say that Vanessa is amazing! I called the salon in advance to make an appointment, and scheduled with someone (I was not provided with a name) for the following day at noon. When I arrived, I was informed that the appointment had not been recorded on the schedule. Vanessa did not hesitate to work me in however! She paid careful attention to my requests, and gave me a great wash, cut and blowout. Also, she is also such a joy to be around! If I were still in the area, I would definitely return.

Our stylist was kind, professional and did exactly the cut my son was asking for! She explained things as she went, asked questions to be sure she was giving us the cut he wanted and even showed him how to style it himself so he could get it to look that way every day! It was a wonderful experience and, icing on the cake...it was a great price! Well be back! Thank yall so much!

I go there to get my hair washed and braided. Ebonee (Im sure I misspelled her name). Is amazing and takes care of me. Its always a great experience with laughs and stories and good times.

Erica did my hair shes nice and understanding I had got my ear pierced few weeks ago I asked her to be careful and she did. The hair turned out great I really like it.

Every time Ive been Ive had a fantastic experience. I usually go to Liz and shes amazing, but on the few occasions Ive had an appointment with someone else, theyve been just as great.

I spent over $300 on my hair and they ruined it. I had to fix it and the color took just fine for me. 10/10 would not recommend. Wasted money.

I like the girls there they are all sweet friendly and the service is great. I am glad I found a salon I can count on and havent been dissatisfied with any of the work always do what I ask, great service.

I received a hair cut last week and it was great. It was a fun/relaxing experience. The salon was quiet and clean. The stylist (Erica) was very understanding of what I was looking for without having to have a picture of exactly the cut I wanted. She was able to make my hair more lively, and bring back a lot of my curl by giving me layers. She also wasn’t afraid to give me honest feedback about suggestions for another cut or going with an even shorter style- which I really appreciated. I have received so many nice comments on this haircut, and I love how I look in the mirror now!! Thank you Erica!!

1/5 stars because Crystal is a home wrecker. 5/5 stars for going above and beyond to make her client happy, never heard of a stylist that goes home with her clientele. Hide your husbands!

Go here!! They’re clean, smell nice, and it’s such a calm environment. They do amazing work. They’re all so nice and let me get in a little earlier than my appointment. They’re also cheaper than most places around here while doing amazing work!

Twice we have booked online with a certain stylist and both times when we arrived she was too busy and tried to pass us on to someone else, the first time we let another stylist try and my son left in tears. Never returning here again.

Vanessa is so kind. We had problems with communication on both ends and she literally called to fix everything. She was very sincere and offered to help me get what I wanted.

I went there for a body perm and that is exactly what I received. I will definitely be going back to see Mai. No sure if I spelled her name correctly. She was great 👍

Vanessa is AMAZING! I have curly hair and she was hair stylist that understood my hair and knew how to cut and style it perfectly. She also did amazing on my color service and took the time to listen to what I wanted and my concerns and the outcome was amazing. She has also cut my kids hair and it always looks great. Plus she has an amazing personality and makes the experience enjoyable. (As well as the other stylist)

My daughter had the best ombré hair color. And after many years looking for someone to cut my hair I finally found an amazing hair salon that knew what and how to cut and style my hair! Thank you! Walked in and was able to get a cut, color, and my eyebrows waxed with no appt. Vanessa came to my rescue and hooked my hair up. I had photos of what I wanted and she told me the pros and cons of each style. She knows her job and is great at it! I will definitely be back.

This is an updated review: I recieved a very professional call from Vanessa about the bad service experience I had and offering of free haircuts because of that. I appreciate the call more than anything and the explanation that it is better to call for appointments rather than make them oline. It was great but this appointment only is going to coast you a lot of money. If I cant get in when I have to I will go elsewhere.

Crystal cut my hair and put highlights in. She cut it the right length and the color of highlight was what I wanted. She took time to listen to what I wanted and she came through. Will use her again.

I love this place they r always supper friendly.i take my 2 year old son here for his hair cuts.joey is his stylist he does supper job with him he plays with him so he is comfortable with whatt he is doing and he lets him use his table and he does a great job at cutting my sons hair

My appointment at another salon was cancelled at the last minute so I called FS. I was nervous because I was losing 6 inches of hair and had no idea what style I wanted. Vanessa greeted me as soon as I walked in and she helped me find a style that I was comfortable with. My husband went in to get a haircut and the staff was very friendly. They listened to not just my wants but his as well, and they even caught that he needed his beard trimmed up! Would recommend all day, every day. And this is not a spam review either, unlike some of the reviews on this list.

I did some research and found this place had great reviews about many of the employees here so I thought I would go to them to get my hair cut. Keep in mind, I hadnt had my hair cut since Sept 2017, before I moved down here. I was nervous about getting it done but when I walked in they welcomed me and asked me what I was looking to get done. I told Terry that I didnt want to cut too much of it off but I wanted the unhealthy looking ends gone. She knew I was nervous and got me to relax by letting me watch the first cut. It really did help. We chatted while she cut my hair and even showed me what I should use on my hair and how to use it. It smells amazing and Ive definitely seen the difference since Ive been using it. I was very pleased with the service and the results from my hair cut and I will be going back to her in the future. I didnt get the name of the person who cut my hair, but she did a great job !!! (woman with long sandy blonde hair worked Sat 18th, I was in about 11:30 am)My only criticism is...one of the other stylists (woman with dark hair, who was in the back., I never saw her cut hair). Decided to complain about food, how she had to pay for food, she wasnt rich, food at Wendys was $20.00, she hadnt won the lottery. why did food cost so much...blah, blah, blah...food.

Had a picture of what I wanted. Certainly didnt get it. She did not see what I saw. Now my hair is so short. I am not going again! But I guess she did her best. Good try.

Ive been going to the one in Fort Walton Beach since the 90s. I only strayed from there twice and regretted it both times.I just moved to Crestview recently so decided to take the plunge and try out the one in Crestview instead of driving all the way into FWB just for a haircut. I had my haircut by the manager ( I cant recall her name, I apologize). Needless to say, it was my best haircut ever. She did a phenomenal job. I was extremely satisfied when I left. Never go anywhere else as long as I live and as long as I dont move to another town. Thank you

Getting a hair cut can be a risky gamble, and when you find the right spot you cherish it and hope it will always be there. In Crestview it took a few months for me to find that spot but now, two years later, I couldnt be happier with the service, quality, and consistency of this spot. In all honesty Im moving to Fort Walton, but I will probably still drive back to Crestview for my haircuts. Thank Yall!!
