This USED to be my favorite beauty supply store, because when I first got here, I saw a lot of bad reviews about Kims beauty supply and this place was new-ish, so I decided to try it. The lady was ALWAYS nice to me. However I went in not too long ago, and I was asking about wigs, and the way she spoke to me.... was off the wall. Im not sure if she was just having a bad day, but I dont like people trying to be condescending. How tf do you know my hair type? So you just assume all black people have kinky hair. It was damn near like she wanted to say nappy. So I shot back with... no, our hair is usually CURLY, not THIN like yours. If i have to get out of character then you arent where I want to shop. Simple. Ive never had any problems at Kims, so thats where Ill continue to go. And theyre open on Sunday, in which THIS beauty supply, is not.

Wonderful spirit very friendly! The store was well organized and clean. I’m very particular and a stickler for customer service. I left satisfied with a new hair piece 😉

These ppl have the audacity to follow you around in the store !! Like really.. I HOPE AMAZON PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS. When you purchase from AMAZOM at least you can get a refund . Here as soon as you walk out the door it’s a DONE deal. I’m a professional there’s nothing I would like to have as a five finger discount. I PURCHASE every thing I want & need. Honestly it should have been a non-Star. SMH BACK OF THE WOODS country TOWN !

Walked in store no problem when I was looking around little Asian man follow me around the whole time 8 ft away from me and watch me the whole time. The power is in the dollar not everybody steal. Poor customer experience.

This is the best beauty supply store in crestview. Great quality products, huge selection, and discounts and sales. Staff is very helpful and polite. I love going there. They always have everything I’m looking for and all the newest products, wig styles and human hair.
