Horrible place, horrible service, horrible ownership. Heard nothing but bad stuff about this place but still wanted to give it a try, had a family member purchase a vehicle and not only a few weeks later it was toast, odometer jumped up, car broke down and they want nothing to do about it. DO NOT GO HERE, there are so many other affordable places with honorable salesman and ownership.

Not even a month ago I purchased a van for work that had low miles at the lot. Not even 30 with it when it just started shaking and stopped completely. Now the odometer says it has over 236,000. The dealer doesn’t want to be responsible for anything and the owner has no remorse for selling altered damaged vehicles. I spend close to 10,000 cash

Purchased a used car from here, owner came out on a Saturday to let me look around and test drive a few vehicles. Found one I loved and owner made the buying experience easy and very comfortable(always nervous when buying used) but he did a great job and made the experience awesome. Have had to buy a few things for the car but this was expected when buying used. Overall very satisfied. Would recommend anyone to go take a took at his lot in crestview.

MY SON PURCHASED A USED TOYOTA FROM THESE SORRY PEOPLE.THE CAR DIDNT EVEN MAKE IT HOME TO DOTHAN AND THE MOTOR BLEW. IT HAD A LEAKY HEAD GASKET WHICH SOMEONE TRIED TO COVER UP BY PUTTING SOME STOP LEAK IN THE RADIATOR. WHEN MY SON WENT THERE TO CHECK OUT THE CAR HE CAUGHT THEM ADDING WATER TO THE RADIATOR. THEY SAID JUST TOPPING OFF ALL THE LEVELS. AFTER THE ENGINE WAS REPLACED IT WAS RUNNING HOT DUE TO THE RADIATOR BEING PLUGGED WITH STOP LEAK. SO THE RADIATOR HAD TO BE REPLACED ALSO. WHILE CHANGING OUT THE MOTOR IT WAS NOTED THAT THE MOTOR HAD BEEN REPLACED PREVIOUSLY WITH ANOTHER USED MOTOR. TOYOTA ENGINES RUN FOR MUCH FURTHER THAN 150,000 MILES. HOPEFULLY THE MILEAGE WAS ACCURATE AND NOT REPLACED WITH ANOTHER CARS COMPUTER TO LOWER THE MILEAGE. IT SEEMS THAT THE CAR WAS PIECED TOGETHER WITH JUNK PARTS.THEY DIDNT WANT TO HEAR ABOUT THE PROBLEMS OR OFFER ANY COMPENSATION.I REALLY WISH MY SON HAD IT CHECKED OUT BETTER BEFORE BUYING BUT SOMEBODY ELSE SOONER OR LATER WOULD HAVE GOTTEN STUCK WITH THIS PIECE OF JUNK!

I purchased a car from here and it blew up on the way home from the lot. They wanted to replace it and replaced it with a vehicle they knew had failed inspection in California. They didn’t tell me any of this . I took the vehicle home and a week later had to put $4,000 in parts into this vehicle. I have 7 kids and limited income and they knew this and still continued to be dishonest. The warranty they sold me was also not much good because they put a 1,000 dollar cap on it. Since this experience I’ve heard multiple similar stories coming from people who’ve bought from here. My advice is DO NOT go here and definitely do your research on any used car lot. Read reviews and check with the BBB before purchasing anything

Very shady dealer. The people who actually have bought cars have had problems with their vehicles failing or needing thousands in repairs. Anyone who didnt purchase a vehicle is most likely a friend of the owner who he himself wrote a 5 star review. Checked out a vehicle, when you first get there they have a sign saying the only have one car owners. Car I looked at had three previous owners on carfax. One rental and two personal. Vehicle was alright but you could feel trans slip at high acceleration. Means the trans is going bad and will be out the window in a few thousand miles. They said the only thing was wrong was the messed up interior. Make sure you have a mechanic or somebody with good knowledge about buying used vehicles or how that vehicle is supposed to drive before you get it. Some people talked about their vehicles leaking fluids after a week or so after getting their vehicle and daily driving it. Most likely they used some form of a liquid sealer that pours into the system to prevent leaks temporarily so it seems like a good car at the time. I urge you to not buy any of these cars. If you have a decent amount of money saved for a car, save it and use it at a reputable dealership.

Horrible place bought a car from then in October the salesmen unplug the battery so all the problems reset.. bought the car check engine light came on took it to the repair shop well over 7000 to repair the vehicle. Very confrontational.. please don’t waste your time save your Monday hard times out here to lose your money or get stuck with a high repair bill not covered under the warranty.. please people don’t go here do much research before buying at this place..remember family and friends can always post a good review don’t do it stay far away...

They sold us a GMC! Thought everything was good until it started to pouring out oil in less then a week! They Wouldnt make it right! Costed me almost 5 grand and another 800.00 to get it fixed ! Guess they dont check out their vehicles before selling! Watch Out!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM BAKER AUTO SALES IN CRESTVIEW! Horrible people, Horrible cars and Horrible Place. This is the same people who owned and ran the place in Baker. You know it is bad when the owner Jessie Jordan writes a review on his own company. The cars/trucks are high mileage junk or just plain JUNK. It will break down the minute you drive off the lot.

Never go here. These people are terrible. They sold my wife a lemon, rushed us through the paperwork, and despite my great credit we ended up with a 22% interest rate (maybe my fault for letting them push me around and rush to sign). As soon as we drove off the lot the vehicle started to fall apart. Luckily we were able to pay enough on it that we got rid of some negative equity and went to a reputable dealership to trade in that bucket of bolts and get a beautiful brand new car. Dont go here and end up upside down on your car from the moment you sign.

At first very friendly and willing to help. Then started dealing with problems with the owner. Had to fight with him to get the papers for my tag, then after a month the transmission starts going out. Then after that the vehicle I bought from them starts having more problems. I have already replaced the transmission, timing chain, fuel injectors, and now trying the computer. Its still not running right. I had it for 10 months and maybe drove it 2 months. Thankfully we have 2 other vehicles other than the one we bought from them. I will never ever go back and definitely tell others that asks about them. By the way I do have all paperwork proving my end $7000 to buy it and another $7000 trying to fix it.

In our case the ones leaving a review are not great customers either. Two sides to every story. Vargas failed to mention we jumped right on getting her radiator replaced, apointe failed to mention she lied about her address to save money because we are required to collect tax and tag fees at time of sale and then refused to pay those until state office made her do so. She used vehicle as an excuse. Holcomb under her own will came in and paid off her vehicle Friday because she stiffed us for a payment all of last year. Amazing how your the bad guy when your the one waiting for a payment. The guy with 22.99% interest is mistaken. Baker auto sales does not finance, we help our customers obtain financing depending on credit. The lower your credit score the higher the interest rate, nothing we can do about that. And lastly our sign says the we have one owner vehicles not that every vehicle is a one owner vehicle. We do offer a free carfax report on every vehicle for $800 a month at our expense so you can see the background on our inventory.Reviews don’t show the whole story. Before you judge us look us up on Facebook. We are local people with other businesses in town. If we do bad business we have to answer to our family and friends. No car dealership can guarantee every vehicle on their lot. We send to a mechanic and offer a carfax for every vehicle. We do our best to offer quality used vehicles and be honest about anything we know. We also recommend that you have the vehicle inspected by a mechanic of your choice before purchase. There is a poster stating that at every sales desk.Reviews are honestly a joke. But 2 years in business and over 450 vehicles sold and to only have enough bad reviews to count on our fingers is pretty darn good business. You can never please everyone, especially this day and time.

Stopped by a few days ago to look at cars for our daughter. Two of the three cars we opened the doors to look inside smelled horribly and were incredibly dirty. Will not bother going again, as we continue our search.

It has been over 90 days and I still have not received the title . The dmv has no record of the sale. Now Im having to file a complaint and fight for the title on a car I paid for with cash.

Recently bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 with all of the money i have saved up working constantly this whole school year and summer. i needed a car for school because this is my senior year and i had worked very hard and saved up 7 grand. I went to this car lot and test drove the car, i loved how it drove and my dad told me that i needed to make sure to have his auto shop friend check out the car to make sure it was okay, the man that sold me the car said we can only take it to auto shops that were close because i live in destin, so he told me and my mom to go to the auto shop up the street. me and my mom have the guy at the auto shop check out the car and he tells us the engine is in great condition and there will only be a few fixes but it will work for my drives to school everyday (destin->fort walton). i loved how the car drove and the auto shop guy told us the car was all clear so we go back to Baker Auto Sales tell the guy my situation with needing to get to school and he tells me it will definitely work. The next day i pick my car up from the Auto Shop after it got 2 brand new tires and a oil change and light fixed to clean the outside and make the car look pretty, as i’m cleaning it i find out there is roaches infested all in the car and many many other problems. the car even overheated the next day while i was driving it literally 6 miles down the street and when my dad has his auto shop friend check out the car it turns out it has been underwater and has rust all up in it to top off the roaches and my car overheating. There’s no way to get my money back that i worked very very hard for this past year and now i’m stuck with a car that barely works. just thought i would give anyone looking for a car here a heads up on the reality of these cars that i did not know and wish i did.
