I typically do not like dealerships or salesmen, but Jamison at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat dealership did not fit that stereotypical salesman. My experience was not pressured, no tactics were used, and when we got to the table to talk finances, this dealership did not use the 4-square method to break things down.The finance manager, Jamisons boss, everybody there was down to earth...much appreciated!
From start to finish this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I was in the market for a new car and wanted to look at the new Jeep Grand Cherokee L’s. Online it looked like this dealership had the model I was most interested on the lot so I called the store. Diane answered and let me know the car would be arriving sometime in the next few weeks and she’d call to schedule a test drive when it was in. She called me back when it came in and set up a time to come in, when we got there she introduced me to Michael White and he took over from there. He was knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole process stress free. Finance manager Sam was also great to work with and explained everything thoroughly. We usually hate going to dealerships but this was such a great experience all around. Highly recommend this dealership and the employees we worked with.
Fantastic service! While vacation at Fort Walton Beach, FL my check engine light came on on my 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. I called and they immediately got me in the next day and serviced it for me and it was all covered under warranty. They really care about their customers even the ones who are from Indiana! I had trouble with the screen and had an ABS code come up. I took it in and Carly and the rest of the people in the parts department were very professional and courteous. They diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the same day. They were all very helpful and answered all my questions!I highly recommend them!

My daughter purchased her vehicle here in may experience was great thanks to Terrence! But after that we are now in September and mike the finance manager is full of bs many car notes have been paid but she still hasn’t received her TAG! Something that was paid for! In august they sent a letter to sign and send back now second week in September still no tag! Horrible service
This dealership has a boat load of new and used vehicles. Prices are fair and they are low pressure salespeople. Unfortunately, my salesperson never followed up with a call or email even though she said she would. Would recommend if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.
I bought a Ram 1500 a few weeks ago. The actual salesman, Rob, was outstanding. He did an excellent job and I have no qualms or issues with him. When you get back to the finance office, what a snake. I get it, its a business, and they are out to make money. However, when you intentionally jack an interest rate higher then what I was qualified for, youre a snake. I saw him do it, called him out on it, and was lied to saying, its another clients rate, not yours. Ive called for weeks to try and talk to this guy and I get the run around. He was caught lying and wont face me now. Stick to your guns if you feel like youre being taken advantage of because you are, trust me. I will NEVER do business at that place again, EVER.
We were in the market for another work truck, and they had exactly what we were looking for. This was probably the best experience that we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was awesome to work with!! They will definitely be our first stop when we are ready to buy our next truck.
I took my truck to have the drivers side window fixed that I was told had a short. After 5 days, I was told that the window could not be fixed, that the part was no longer available and that I just needed to buy a new truck! At 82, I will not be buying a new truck. After being told this, I took the truck to a local mechanic who fixed it in less than an hour. This was absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. They clearly had no interest or intention of fixing the window. I assume it was too small of a job for them bother with. Dodge owners beware of this deslership and service department. Totally unacceptable.
The manager Mr Gojkic took great care of us. He went out of his way to resolve an issue we were having with our Ram 1500. Definitely a place to get your vehicle looked at if you are an active duty service member with a busy schedule!
The Express Lane is less than express to say the least. I have owned New Chrysler vehicles since 2015, starting with a dodge charger which at one point for an oil change upon pickup had a busted passenger side window, which they stated didnt happen there must have been dropped off that way. Secondly was a Jeep Cherokee purchased from Crestview in which the owners manual was kept during an oil change visit, i was told they didnt have it nor would they have had it. Thirdly is a New 2021 jeep Wrangler in which has been to Crestview on two different occasions for an oil change and has taken over 2 hours each time. When I call and try and schedule service for my vehicle as soon as they hear oil change they say no appointment needed, just use the express lane. Keep in mind all of the above happened each time when my vehicles were there for nothing more than an Oil Change. This dealership needs to address there service center and understand what an express lane means to their customers.Jiffy lube can perform oil changes in 10 minutes!!!!As for the sales team I have had good relations and this review is not directed at them in any way.Im more than sure this review wont accomplish any corrections, but i felt obligated to inform the public of my experiences here at the Crestview Chrysler dealership and my sincere dissatisfaction of the service department.
Best dealership i have ever dealt with. Service department is amazing. I have been running with issues with my warranty company regarding my vehicle and getting a rental. Carly and Edin worked hard together to be able to get me a rental and deal with my insurance who was being a pain to all of us.

Truck has air suspension ride, modulator went bad, Rebeca the service manager told me the valve was on back order, it came in notified me and set up an appointment, today the truck went in and was fixed, it was covered by warranty and I paid the dedutible.Great coordination with Rebeca, Kayla and Mike the shuttle driver! 100% satisfied!
Carly saved our Memorial Day weekend! On Friday 28 May, my 2019 RAM had a dead battery and my closest RAM dealership (Fort Walton Beach) said to have it towed in and they could look at it at 11 am on Friday 4 June. Seven days before they could even look at it. Please see my Google review of that experience. I really wanted the work done at a Ram deaership because my truck is still under warranty so I called the next closest dealer to see if I would get the same response. I spoke with Carly in the service department of Crestview Ram and explained my situation to her. I really needed my truck fixed quickly so we could use it over the Memorial Day weekend for pulling our boat. No truck, no boat, no fun. Carly said their service department was also very busy but she would see what she could do and call me back. She called back in less than 15 minutes and said they could look at it first thing Saturday morning since it was already after 4:30 pm. She also reminded me the tow would be free since it was still under warranty and gave me the Ram roadside assistance number. I had the truck towed to her dealership Friday night. Carly called first thing Saturday morning to let me know my truck had arrived safely and the technician had already started on it. By 10 am she called back to say battery was replaced and truck was ready to go. What a difference in two dealerships 20 miles apart owned by the same company. And the difference was all made by one person willing to put in extra effort to help a customer. Thank you Carly!

Service Rep is 5 star, mechanic needs to get his act together, rotate tires check the pressure, didnt, i checked it of the screen and went back in, left and looked at sticker as the oil change it was in for wasnt did a u-turn back to get the sticker changed Kayla went and got it for me shes the 5 star!When are you going to get nitrogen to fill tires, I have to go to another tire shop to get it! Step One DODGE get with the program stop being cheap! Gilroy DODGE and Mesa DODGE have it!

Came to Crestview Fl to Purchase my jeep even though I am from Ga. The salesman was extremely eager to sell me a vehicle and I did not have any issues until after the purchase. My loan was not funded until March because the dealership could not get the paperwork correct. I had to resign the loan papers because they FORGOT to add certain charges to my loan. This was done two months after I left the dealership. I purchased in Jan and didn’t get any paperwork from the finance company until March which was a late notice. My loan was not even funded but I was getting late notices. It is April 10 and I still can’t get my tag because the dealership has not sent the proper paperwork. I have called and left message after message with out a return call. I finally contacted the finance company myself and found out my loan had been funded and the dealership had the money for my taxes and tag. I have never experienced the amount of trouble purchasing a vehicle.

Everyone that was apart of my purchase experience was professional and polite. what I appreciated most was even when they didnt initially have what I was looking for, they didnt try to sell me on something I wasnt. no compromises just to make a sale. whatever you happen to be looking for, if it can be found, theyll find it for you!!
Would not recommend this dealership to have your vehicle serviced. Took our van because of check engine light while still under factory warranty and all they did was clear the light because they couldnt figure out what caused it and told us to bring it back if it happens again well it happened again and worse so we took it back by this time our warranty was expired so we had to pay out of pocket found the same issue and same thing couldnt figure out what was wrong with it and cleared the light. Now our van is not drivable for the same reason and is being serviced at a different dealership and was told that they shouldnt have charged us for the second visit because it was the same issue before the warranty expired very unpleased with the service department at Crestview dodge!!!

Had a great car buying experience over the weekend. We drove over to check out a few vehicles at other dealerships first, and they all turned into duds. Crestview Chrysler was hands down the easiest people to work with. Chris answered all our questions and was very personable. Mike in finance was very helpful as well and even kept my 5 year old entertained. We showed up just before closing but they all stayed late to help out. This will be our first stop next time we’re in the market for a new ride.

We just purchased a 2021 wrangler rubicon from step one auto in crestview . Their customer service was excellent from the minute we walked in the door. Jameson our salesman helped walk us through our purchase, was friendly, and communicated well with us through the whole process. Erik was very helpful with financing and helping us be where we wanted to be. The whole experience was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend them, and use them again for all our future Jeep purchases.
I thought I had wanted a Ram 1500 so the wife and I figured we would go and test drive one just to find out if it was what we were desiring. Was promptly and professional met by Chris who listened to our needs and had a completey no-pressure approach to our window shopping. Test drive went great so we decided to talk numbers. Left that night to and was back the following day to take delivery of the immaculate Ram 1500 Rebel. Horrible experience! We had been looking for a specific Jeep and had finally found it at this location. We had already filled out an application online and let the young lady we were dealing with know that we would be in to finalize the deal. She said she would call us if anyone else came in to look at it before we could get there since we were coming from 45 minutes away. We show up and it takes 20-25 minutes before anyone even approaches us. The sales person who came out to help us says he is sorry for the delay and that they are short staffed but meanwhile there are 3-4 other sales people sitting inside right by the front door/windows and only one other customer there who was with another sales person. We let him know why we are there and as we are speaking the Jeep that we came for is literally being driven off the lot by someone who had just bought it. So nobody called us, and of course there are no other comparable models. The sales person looked online to see if they had any at their Fort Walton Beach location in which they did not, and when we asked when they would be getting in more inventory he said he had no idea and just let us walk out. It was as if they did not care if they sold anything or not. We even told them we would just go somewhere else and they did not care at all and just referred us to a location in Milton. Very lazy effort and we will not go back.
Back in 2015 I had my van in for a recall, the mechanic couldnt turn the key off or remove it so he left it on all night. The next day because he couldnt get the key out he just ripped it out. In turn it ruined my tipm which they charged me a 1000.00 to replace. I havent nor will I ever return to this place and good luck to anyone that does

Called on Thursday to put a deposit on a car to make sure it would be there for first thing Sat morning. Had preapproval in hand and verified they dealt with our finance company. Was told they won’t take a deposit so I made an appointment for 9:15 Saturday with Lisa to see that particular car. She said there hasn’t been any interest in that particular vehicle and she would call me if there was any interest or offers on the car. So my husband gets off work early on Friday, and drives the 78 miles one way to check out the vehicle. He arrived a little after 3:30 and was told the vehicle had been sold. Definitely a bate and switch sales tactic. Would not recommend.

I purchased a one owner 2018 Chevy Suburban on Monday afternoon and less than 48 hours later it would not even turn over. Even though this was not part of my warranty, they came to my house and towed the vehicle to their shop to evaluate as they were not initially sure whether this was a battery, alternator, or computer issue. As it turned out, it needed a new starter. They pulled out all the stops to work my vehicle into their lineup, get the new starter installed, and get our family moving again, all free of charge as they stand behind their products, even if they are used and not a part of their new brand line up. Thank you to Tim the general manager, Rebecca the service manager, and Josh our salesman who all made the choice to operate with INTEGRITY and treat us a valued priority!

This is the second truck I’ve bought from this dealer. Made an appointment a few days ago to have a passenger side exhaust leak checked out. I live in Santa Rosa beach which takes an hour to drive to the dealer. After arriving an older gentleman asked for my keys and took my truck around to the shop. I stepped into the service writers office and was basically completely ignored or unacknowledged for about 10 minutes. Finally they called my name and discussed the exhaust leak and asked me if I would be waiting on my truck and I replied yes. They told me great and that I could wait in the waiting room. Roughly 20 minutes later a gentleman steps into the waiting room and called my name And said that they needed the truck for a full day and said they may need to order parts. I went on to ask if they troubleshot what the problem was so they could go ahead and order parts. It was very apparent that they didn’t wanna work on the truck today Even though I was willing to wait. This is my third ram truck and all three have had passenger side exhaust manifold leaks which has always been a broken manifold bolt which you would not think it would take that long to repair. Not happy that I drove all the way over and killed almost 3 hours of my day for nothing Not to mention they did not even troubleshoot the problem while I was there.

So I as a disgruntled vet, I usually complain about service and things not being like they used to these days (because it’s true) BUT I have to say the lead manager over at the service station there Edin is the real deal. I came up there first because there was was an issue with my oil change right, so he immediately told me this was unacceptable had the oil change errors fixed, and even offer to clean my driveway where some oil had spilled. (You don’t find businessmen like that these days). Next, I had a small bit of residual oil after the engine and was concerned about a leak so called him and he answered. I told him the issue and he was like can you bring it by now? I said I can but just finished mowing my grass so I’ll need a minute to clean up. He then says I’ll drive toYou. Comes out looks under the hood with me, and then takes the truck back to the shop has the oil cleaned off, then brings it back. Just wanted to give credit where credit is due. A lot of times these days people don’t have pride in their work or business, but This guy is definitely someone you’d want to take a vehicle to.

I am not usually impressed with dealerships and seldom have positive experiences, but this not the case with this dealership . Thomas Amason and Kayla,, neatly dressed very polite, courteous up beat really every one was (,especially the younger ones) well at 67 I guess most were younger.. If one cares about how they present them selves they also care about the work they do.. Btw 1st time ever i got a call back asking if I was satisfied. Yes I am ... very much so . I was busy. I was dirty and not well dressed actually I looked homeless, I usually have to wear my bowties to get any one to greet me with any respect! truly i was completely blown away with how i was greeted and processed and though my truck was dirty they treated as it was a Limousine, Thats what call service. My generation tried to destroy America with dress down -free love and I am number one attitude, but My visit to Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat CRESTVIEW FLORIDA and seeing a GREAT Attitudes In this younger generation, like I saw in Thomas and the young lady Kayla? there is hope for America. I went there a couple of days ago, And then again yesterday. Chris was the sales person who helped me, he was on the phone trying to help another customer that came after me but had already decided on a vehicle, not knowing I was buying too. He completely ignored me..I was buying a brand new vehicle and had questions, but he missed a sale. Went to another dealership where the sales person treated me with respect and answered our questions. You have beautiful inventory but your customer service is horrible for the money people spend.
I had two recalls that needed it to be performed on my ram 1500 that unfortunately I did not buy from this dealership, Thomas my service advisor, was very professional very helpful and ensured that the truck was taken care of in a timely manner. The parts department at this dealership since being taken over by step one automotive group is much better than it used to be.
Awesome experience with the service team. Answered all questions that I had and called me back in a timely manner for an oil change and tire rotation (less than 2 hours, and I wasn’t waiting there). Everyone was very nice and they took care of my truck relatively quickly. The only reason for the 4-star rating was poor communications. Had to call to find out my truck would be kept overnight and had to call next day to get another update. For the work done, I would say the price was reasonable. Dillon and the Service Manager, Rebecca, I think is her name, were helpful and friendly.
They are ok a little expensive but for minimal visit is okay
I took my 2016 Chrysler300 in for repairs. It had a engine code showing number 6 cylinder misfire( engine light reset itself). The service department told me that they needed to remove the cylinder head and inspect for a bad valve or rocker arm. They said it was not a coil pack problem.Even though it had a engine code that said it was number 6 cylinder misfire. The inspection and tear down was going to cost $625 . And the total price for the repair could be up to $2,500 . If the cylinder head was found to be bad. I elected not to have them repair it. I took it home and replaced the defective coil pack the problem went away. Keep in mind I have absolutely no mechanical aptitude I even had to buy tools to do the repairs. The price of the coil pack was $37. Im wondering why they chose to tear apart my engine instead of replacing the part the diagnostic codes pointed to.I called up the dealer and talked to the service manager Rebecca I informed her of my problem and she was less than helpful. She even offered to give me the number to Chrysler customer service when I said that I might Lodge a formal complaint. I asked to speak to the general manager she would not even let me do that.I would never take my vehicle for any kind of repairs to this place again.

I just purchased a 2021 Challenger (vroom-vroom !!). The purchasing process was a snap and stress free thanks to the help of Jonathan Womack in Sales and Tim Jones the Gen Mgr, he came over during the buying process to make sure that everything was satisfactory to my needs. Friendly, knowledgable support staff. Waited for my wifes vehicle to get services, so waited with other customers. Not many customers felt masks were important, but that wasnt the dealerships fault. Turned the vehicle around relatively quick.
Bad experience in trying to purchase a vehicle for my husband. Taking our business to somewhere who wants it!!! This location really need to start training the team on how to handle customers!! Made us feel like we were less important buyers because we were out out state and not right at the dealership.

The customer service personnel in services could use some training on accountability and taking pride in their jobs. I dropped my vehicle off at 7am for a service that takes 30 minutes to complete. After 8 hours & no phone call, I call services to see what the problem is. They inform me my vehicle has been ready. When I get to services to pick up my vehicle, I ask how long the service typically takes because I’m curious to know why it took 8 hours and I received no phone call telling me my car was done. The service representative’s response: “I don’t know how long it takes, I’m not the mechanic.” I can clearly see he’s not a mechanic so the sassy response was extremely unnecessary. Then zero apology for the lack of phone call while my car was already done. Take some pride in your occupation. If your team makes a mistake, address it & own up to it. If a customer asks a question, find someone who knows the answer rather than take no effort to answer it. You all can do better than that.
I was having a tough time removing a bolt to install a aftermarket sound system in my vehicle. I took it up to the dealership and they removed it free of charge. I also go there for my oil changes and the customer service is second to none. It’s a positive atmosphere and the employees are beyond helpful whenever I need assistance with Ram.

I had the best experience !! I have purchased a lot of cars in my day and this one was the best I’ve had !! Great group of people worked with me !! Ruth and Diane from The Internet side and the Jonathan with the sales department !! ❤️I would like to update my review... although Jonathan was wonderful and the experience of buying the car was wonderful, I now would like to leave a ZERO star review... I purchased an extended warranty when buying this vehicle with the instructions that it could be canceled at any time which is why I took the risk. And yes indeed the contract says you can cancel at any time just contact the dealership. I have called and called and called and left a message after message after message I have emailed the appropriate paperwork for the cancellation but I have yet to receive a call back or even an acknowledgment to my email. I was told by the receptionist, after refusing to leave the line until someone talked to me, that the finance man said I must come in to get this done.. I live an hour an a half away. The instructions say if you can not cancel in person to just summit in writing of your cancellation along with a few other documents. I already did that but heard nothing back. I have been trying to reach them for over a month and could have made that trip much easier during the holidays if anyone had just called me back to tell me this.

Step-one automotive was great! They have a lot of jeeps to choose from and we found the Jeep we wanted. Jonathan, our sales person, was very helpful and sent us a video of the Jeep before we arrived. He handled the sale negotiations without pressure; he gave us a great price on the jeep and our trade-in. The sales manager was friendly and the finance manager found the right extended warranty for us. My wife and I are very pleased with the experience.
I acquired a flat tire while driving on Hwy 85 to Crestview In a brand new tire. I stopped in to a local tire repair facility in Crestview and was told they couldn’t repair it. On my way back to Fort Walton I stoped in the Performance cars Crestview because I have a 2020 Dodge Ram that I purchased from its sister dealership in Fort Walton. Kayla Truett in the service center was on top of her game. She had another tech come and look at the tire. Under the assumption that I Would have to purchase a new tire she saved me money by giving me a second opinion. The tire could be repaired. She squeezed me in at the end of the day. The tech fixed mounted put all the tire change gear back in its storage under the seat, even put the spare back without charging me a dime. Thank your Kayla and the whole Service Team you guys rock!!!!!!!
