Our salesperson (Emir) was very knowledgeable about the vehicles(more than most!) and nice. We made initial contact by phone/texts as we live 2 hours away. The problem arose when we had discussed the price of a vehicle on the website that was not on the lot, yet. I was texted a purchase form showing me the fees, taxes, etc. i verified the price and made sure there werenβt any other fees or markups that would be added if we drove the 2 hours to the dealership from our place. Arrived at the dealership, looked at another vehicle to get a feel for the options and color of the one on order. When he brought the purchase agreement from the GM, it was $4,000 + tax higher. I had all the texts showing my verification, etc. GM wouldnβt honor it. So, we left and drove the 2 hours back home empty handed. Too bad for them, I guess, because was shown another vehicle that I wouldβve come back and made a deal(I liked the truck so well after Emir showed me all the features). Sure, theyβll easily sell the vehicle we tried to buy, but, could have had 2 deals.π€·π»ββοΈ Emir apologized profusely for the error. GM never came out of his glass house to apologize or try to work anything out. I guess business is good.
Bought a used ram from this Dealership, the sales person Andrew was great, but thats where the greatness ended. The Used Car manager was very un personable. I was promised a second key and the rear window was to be fixed from a leak. After signing the deal I was informed that the sales manager denied the repair and extra key. Apparently the truck was listed online at the wrong price, I was told I could pay the price they were going to list it at and they would do the repairs, or I could pay the price online and they not fix anything or get an extra key. Then once I got home I found the vehicle had not been properly clean the under the rear seat was molding on the carpet from the rear window leaking when I notified the dealership the sales man asked me to bring it back and they would clean it properly, the sales manager comes our and acts like it an inconvenient for me bringing the truck back. If HE did he job properly the first time. I would have to waste my day driving back and forth from navarre to Crestview multiple times.
Nathan helped us with our new car and did a fantastic job. He was very thoughtful and truly wanted to help us find what we wanted and met our budget. He even came in on his day off. I highly recommend calling on Nathan and all the team at Crestview Ford for your car buying needs.
I bought a 2020 Ford Escape Hybrid when I lived in Charleston, SC. When I moved here in May, I started having problems with the lane warning features coming on when they wanted. I also had water inside the left taillight. I carried it to this establishment to have in diagnosed. This is the results: The issue with the lane warning is a defective camera. They ordered one. The water in the taillight is a different story. These are SEALED units and nothing should be able to get in. However, the service rep told me that ford says This was an allowable amount of moisture and no replacement is needed. Really? A sealed unit. Well, I stopped by and made an appointment to get the camera replaced (no call by the way) and asked again about the light. This service rep was different. He actually agreed about the seal and said he would address it. That was Monday the 1st of Nov. Its now Thursday the 4th and I still have not heard from this place. I have repeatedly called for status and each day they promise to call before closing. Im done! Going to go get my car this afternoon and regardless of the repairs I WILL NOT RETURN!!! Service after the sale here is a joke!
I sold my car and needed to cancel my extended warranty. I tried to get ahold of someone on the phone but no luck. Went to the dealership on a weekend and dropped off my odometer reading. I was told I would get a call that day but did not. The same day I went back and was told they were busy and would submit my information to cancel the warranty the following Monday. I asked if the employee would call me, text me or send an email confirming it was done. It has been several weeks I have left nearly 10 voice messages and received no call back. I want to know if my extended warranty has been canceled? I want to know if it has been submitted who I need to call because I have not received any reimbursement?11/4/2021I called step one and talked to claims. I was told Ford handled their own cancellations of extended warranties and would need to call Ford. I explained I had visited twice and called many times with no success. This individual agreed to email my wholesale form with the odometer reading to Ford early this week. I still have heard nothing. I need to know if my policy was canceled and when I should expect a refund? I also do not know who the extended warranty is with.
The sales personal were very nice. The finance person Caleb was nice as well but not forth coming. We were rushed through the buying process, I later found out why when I took the time to review the contract. The sales price on the vehicle was $13,989, but on the final contract it was $16,595 or there about. All vehicles I have ever purchased the dealer went over the sales contract line by line starting with the vehicle price tag, tax, title, minus down payment, with the final amount being financed. This did not happen here. My guess is because if Caleb had done this we would know the price was different. Not a very reputable thing to do. Very unethical. My fault for not making him slow down.
Canβt thank the entire staff at Ford Crestview enough for helping me with my sons 1st car! Jacob Simmons was an incredible sales person, managers Mike Hatfield and Jason Hinton went above and beyond to make this experience quick and easy. Always a pleasure with Step One Automotive Group!! Thank you
I would not advise anyone to purchase a vehicle here. Although the salesman who had helped was nice. The used sales manager was unethical. The used sales manager will try to nickel and dime you anyway he can. We were in the process of purchasing a vehicle here and after signing all the paperwork and having to initial an βas isβ contract not once, but twice per the used sales managers request, he then decided to try and tell us that the deal was no longer valid and it was going to be an additional $300 since our vehicle was registered in Arizona. We were completely transparent from the start. They were very well aware that our vehicle was from Arizona. It had Arizona plates and we have an Arizona license. On top of that they evaluated the vehicle and drove it to value the vehicle not once, but twice. Did I mention that the second time we went back to look at the vehicle we were quoted nearly $1,000 more for the same vehicle. This was after the vehicle was on their lot for 61 days. After we decided that we did not feel confident purchasing the vehicle and leaving the dealership, they called back to let us know they would split the cost with us. We declined, they again called and told us they would eat the cost of the transfer. The finance manager then tried to elaborate as to why there was an additional $300 fee and as if we were incompetent and didnβt understand the first time. He then continued to tell us that he was doing us a favor because they were losing money on the vehicle. He the asked us to leave a good online review since they were doing us a favor. Mind you this was a $36,000 used vehicle. A 2019 to be exact. I think we are all aware of how dealerships work, they purchase a vehicle at a wholesale cost and resell at a higher price to make a profit. We understand this concept being that it is a business. On the other hand we all know that there is a certain amount they will accept so they are not in the negative. Long story short we did not end up purchasing the vehicle since we no longer felt comfortable with their business practices . This was our experience at Ford Crestview.
Recently bought a Kia Telluride from This dealership. The sales person, Rick, was outstanding and very upfront with everything. I really appreciate his going beyond the norm when he made a personal trip to return our house key that we left behind. A great guy and very personable. Itβs great to do business with this quality of person. I totally trust him as a salesman.
On March 24, 2021 I traded my white 2015 Ford Explorer base model for a silver 2016 Ford Explorer Limited. Andrew Corley was my salesman. To be so young, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicles that were available. He let me test drive a 2021 Limited, but the price was way more than I could comfortably live with. He showed me two used Explorers and I chose the 2016 Limited because it looked practically brand new. I wasnt sure if they could make it happen with what I still owed on my 2015. They did!! I got to take it home that evening with payments I was hoping for. If you are in the market for a new or good used vehicle, GO SEE ANDREW!! They have all kinds of incentives going on right now! Thank you Ford Crestview! I am very happy with my choice.
I bought my car yesterday and Jacob helped me find a car within the range I could afford and he was absolutely fantastic he answered all the questions I had. I definitely will go back and ask for him when it comes time for me to buy another car
Giving one star is a stretch. Please take these poor reviews seriously if you are considering this company to service your vehicle. This company lacks professional customer service skills. It is near impossible to reach anyone on the phone or have someone return your phone call. If you file a complaint and request to speak to management, you will hear nothing. My vehicle was at Ford Crestview from August 18th-September 23rd needing the transmission to be replaced for the second time in the last 5 months. After our car sitting at this location for 2 weeks without getting any attention from Ford, and then multiple inquiries with the warranty company, we were finally able to get Ford to file the claim for the new transmission to be ordered. The new transmission was delivered to Ford on Tuesday September 14th, but then they werenβt able tell us when the new transmission would be installed. At first we were told by the end of the first week. Then it was the mid-next week hopefully. This situation wouldnt be so upsetting if their employees and management would communicate and make you feel like they cared just a little bit. Please dont respond to this review and tell me to call a number. We have called all the numbers and get nowhere. We finally have our car returned but it is running poorly, and now we are having to find someone more reliable who will take care of us. We will NOT be returning to this business.
Horrible service. Went in for an oil change that was scheduled. Guy in front of me still waiting to pick up his vehicle, hour later the guy is still waiting, Iβm waiting. I just left. They never have anything on the lot that is worth even looking at. Best bet is going to Pensacola, nothing but crooks around here!
Good luck trying to buy from a distance! I tried two times to attain two different vehicles but they got sold while I was supposed to be getting a call from the virtual store. I even called and left a voice mail Unless you can be there with cash in hand you will likely not have much luck.
This dealership may have come under new managment but its the same old garbage service. As a customer I felt like a number and not valued or made a priority. Its nearly a month wait to have a simple service done and customer service reps scold you for being upset about unreasonable wait times. I will not be doing businesses with them in the future. I recommend that you stay away from this dealership as well.
I bought the car last week and I came here last Tuesday to request for a front car plate holder to be taken out. The mechanic said that the bumper has to be removed for him to take them out and I have to pay him to do so. I told him I just bought this car and I would like it to be nice and clean looking on the bumper. He said that its ok because he has a truck that has it. He suggested that I buy a plate with the design that I want and just put it there. The reason why I came to the dealership is because I dont want the front car plate holder. There is no use for that. In Florida there is no license plate required in front of the vehicle. You put your own advertising in front of the new car for free. You have no idea what I went through in the process of buying this car. I shouldve walked away from the dealership but the agent has already processed our car loan even without a test drive or checking the car posted on your website. My husband and I waited 3.5 hours to be exact! If I havent bought the car and requested to have no car plate holder in front, Im pretty sure you would do anything to honor that request but since I signed and bought the vehicle theres nothing you can do.
Very poor communication from service department. They left me stranded and never called me back as promised.3 weeks wait for a service appointment when you are stranded without transportation is ridiculous and the lack of caring or follow up as promised is unforgivable.
What is the purpose of scheduling an appointment at a certain time (1100) for an oil change when it is not done until 200? I understand that the tech will not see the vehicle right at 1100 but wow. 1 hour drive time there 3 hours waiting and 1 hour back. 5 hours for an oil change.
Walked in the dealership on a Saturday morning to test drive a a few carsβ¦. Mike seemed bothered that I was thereβ¦. Told me I could only test drive 2 carsβ¦. Once he knew I wasnβt buying immediately he seemed uninterested and even talking to me and said he could find someone elseβ¦. Walked offβ¦ we waitedβ¦ then we left
Called ford scheduling on Wednesday afternoon, had appt for Thursday morning, for computer updates. the updates were current and Josh service Manager was extremely helpful and I wasnt charged for any time. I see GREAT IMPROVEMENTS with time and courtesy since this time last year!!! GREAT JOB!! team Crestview
Very nice and helpful. We had an unexpected βcheck engineβ light come up on our way home from vacation (8 hours left) & had to stop by the nearest Ford. Cameron Lawson was our service advisor and really helped us out. Not to mention everyone there was friendly & welcoming. I definitely recommend this place, theyβre fast and good at what they do! Thanks again!
Iβve been in and out of car dealerships across the country for work, but Crestview really went above and beyond. We blew a wheel bearing 600 miles from home. These guys welcomed us in like family and had us back on the road in less than 24hrs. You sir, have top notch service writers and hard working mechanics. A true team that will make any department a success. Thanks again for the help!
Had a great experience here with my salesman Andrew. He was easy going and made my transaction easy. I drove in from Texas and he had everything ready to go when I showed up and had me out the door in no time. Can say enough about them and I wouldnβt hesitate to do business there again!
Rickey and the team was more than helpful. I know why the trucks they have sell so quick. Real great customer service and such an easy process with them. Definitely would go see them in the future!
You know that feeling of sharks circling you at car dealer lots, then when you mistakenly bleed in front of them they move in and eat you alive? DOES NOT HAPPEN AT FORD CRESTVIEW! My wife and I highly recommend this dealer for your new/used car purchase. Jess was our salesperson and made herself available when we needed her. No pressure, just helpful. No badgering, just responsive. She assessed our needs and wants and helped guide us to the vehicle best suited for our lifestyle as well as our budget. Isnβt that her job you ask? Of course it is, but our experience with Jess as well as James (Financial Manager) was that they actually cared. They both put their name on their βworkβ, which didnβt seem like βworkβ at all. If I saw either in a store one day Iβd probably high-five them. Ford Crestview is clean, professional, friendly, and attentive to all your vehicle needs.
Tried to purchase a vehicle here. After confirming the price of the car over the phone with marie I was quick to fill out an application online. I contacted them back after multiple notifications of my credit being ran and Marie insisted to me that they hadnβt received my application it was a glitch in the system. Finally 20 mins before they close Marie calls me back and letβs me know my co signer was holding me back from getting approved. The next day when I call back to see what kind of down payment I would need to bring to get approved the price of the vehicle has been raised and they let me know thatβs why it was a mistake. After I question why my credit was ran if the price was incorrect, then they deny running my credit at all. A LYING DEALERSHIP CANT BE TRUSTED.
We had a great truck buying experience with Ford Crestview. Our salesman, Rickey Whitfield worked with us to get a good price on the F250 we bought. He was professional, patient and a very warm person. He had very good knowledge on all the workings of the truck. Thank you for our Ford truck, we love it!
Took the work van to Ford Crestview and had the pleasure of working with Edin in the service department. The routine maintenance that I came for was affordable and finished quickly while I waited in their comfortable waiting room. So happy with my experience I came back a week later to replace a belt on the same van. Will definitely be taking my business to Ford Crestview in the future with any issues with my vehicles!
Took my 2020 F150 in for warranty replacement of the back up camera. Made an appointment for Friday and dropped it off Thursday around 1pm to avoid the traffic into Crestview. Edin and Chandler provided friendly welcome, clear communication. I got a text on Thursday around 4:30 that the replacement was completed early and ready for pickup. I got a ride up there Friday morning and picked up my truck. First rate service as it should be! Way to go Crestview Ford, I will definitely be back for my service needs.
This ford dealership is one of the few in the area that can install ford performance upgrade parts. I ordered a leveling kit and had the parts shipped and installed within about a week. There were a few setbacks with the rushed time line, but the service manager was more than willing to go the extra mile to correct the issue.
Drove and hour and half after being promised a price. Salesman believed I was a complete fool and presented a price 3 grand over what was discussed. Gave me a paper with unexplained fees and accessories I never asked for. They did not disclose car had been damaged either. Salesman are dishonest and do the classic bs you expect that has caused hatred for these dealers. Donβt waste your time like I did. Walked away.
Ever since step one auto group took over there has been a steady decline. Today 26SEP2019The service tech poured diesel exhaust fluid all down the side of my truck and just left it on the paint. After waiting 30 minutes to pay at the one and only cashier, the service tech parked my truck in such a way that the service associate wasnt comfortable driving it out (not her fault). They just left the disposable mat and seat cover in there. Feeling like a company cares goes a long way, a company that takes care in their work goes even further. The female service advisor Jennifer was the only saving grace during my visit.
I dont normally write reviews but Crestview Ford deserves me taking the time to do one. The General Manager (Nico Gara)is an outstanding man on my books. I had a lot of issues with my 2017 F150 Limited, he took the time to hear me out and went above and beyond to take care of all my issues, which resulted on me getting an awesome Raptor. He also took excellent care of one of my Soldiers and assist him on getting the truck of his dreams for an excellent price. Everyone in his staff is very cordial and ready to take care of the customers. I highly recommend Crestview Ford. James McConnell was my sales Rep, excellent guy to work with.
I found their service to be good. I personally would have preferred a update call on the issues found & service needed... felt like I was doing all the calling to find out anything, vehicle was there a few days shy of two weeks. All in all I was pleased enough with the experience & definitely use their service before any other Ford dealership in the area.
EDIT TO MY 5 STAR REVIEW:Please take my advice and DO NOT buy a vehicle from this dealership!!! I bought a CPO 2020 F150 Lariat in April and I have had the worst experience. I brought the truck to have the backup camera replaced and sat in the dealership for 8 hour to find out that the camera was not in stock. I made an additional trip to have the camera replaced and to have a clunking sound checked. This dealership said they would need to keep the truck for a solid week to fix and could not make any accommodations. I also inquired about the brakes not being to CPO standards and I was brushed off. Thankfully Gary Smith Ford was very accommodating and is fixing my clunking and brakes in one day! I highly recommend going to GARY SMITH!!
Rickey Whitfield was a pleasure to work with. Very polite never felt pressure to do anything. Made them a offer for a used F150. He got me that price. Very nice young man. So ask for Rickey at Ford Crestview
The service tech was extremely professional as well as friendly and helpful. All of the service members were friendly and professional! That is why I continue to do business with Crestview Ford! He was very thorough in explaining what my service would entail and going over my last service as well!I had a very pleasant experience at Crestview Ford!Thank You!
We purchased our 2019 Ford Explorer XLT as an CPO in May 2020. We brought the explorer in for regular maintenance into Ford Crestview and inquired about a trim piece that was lifted allowing water into the vehicle when we opened the door. They advised us the part was under warranty because we were still under the 36K manufacture warranty. We had some communication issues with the part coming in and I finally got into contact with Edin and he advised me of the process. Come to find out when I took my vehicle for the work my vehicle was over the 36k miles. Edin informed me what happen and went to bat for us with the Ford Manufacture. It was a great pleasure working with Edin. He is about the people and making sure we are happy with the Ford Product. I would definitely return to Ford in Crestview. I was given awesome customer service. Edin is personal, professional and about taking care of the customer. Great Job Crestview Ford!!!
Emir Todd was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience worth it and I will be recommending him to all of my friends who are in need of a new vehicle. I would also like to thank the lady who introduced us to Emir because she was already working with another customer.
The salesman that helped me was incredibly kind. Not the usual salesman kind but genuine. He was a nice guy, not pushy at all and really helped me get the car I wanted on my terms within the budget I had. I would recommend to friends family and strangers. Based on the one salesman. I cannot speak on the others as I only dealt with the one man named John.
On the Friday pervious to Memorial Day my husband and I traded in our truck for a Chevy Tahoe. We LOVE the vehicle. Our experience was great. Nathan Slaton was our salesman and he was phenomenal. Throughout the entire experience from start to finish he was never your typical pushy salesman. He made sure that we were genuinely happy with our purchase. Im currently pregnant with our first baby and while we were waiting for the paperwork process he bought me lunch. Ive never had a salesman go above and beyond to make sure his customers were happy and comfortable. Thank you Nathan Slaton!! If you buy a vehicle from this place make sure to request Nathan as your salesman if you want to be treated like an actual human being.
My 2011 F150 has over 252,000 miles. For the most part it has held up. However, Ive had to take it to the Ford dealership in Crestview before and have had issues with the service just about everytime; so I stopped taking it. Under new management, I tried taking it again recently for a couple issues. I was expecting to pay over $300 for a diagnosis. Come to find out the truck was in good condition, considering the miles. I understand business and the companies have to make a profit. However, if more companies understood what staff under the Step One Automotive Group understand, which is that there is more profit in the truth and quality customer service, the business/consumer world would be much better. Thanks for all of your help.
Dropped my truck off for a check engine light and bad coolant flow sensor. Jacob was very honest about time frame and kept me updated almost daily with the progress. No issues with my first ever repair at Crestview Ford! Hopefully I wonβt have to be back for any issues anytime soon, but if I do I will definitely take it here!
Disappointed, completely let down by my FORD service experience. Only part of my appointment was completed, then the service advisor tried to make it sound like because they had 55 other cars in the back mine did not matter. I would not recommend using Crestview Ford. This is nice to know ahead of time before we buy a new vehicle from them!
Had to pay late charges because they wouldnt do title work. Now they owe me $1,441.39 that I overpaid for taxes. New car manager and general manager will not return calls!
Yes I will. I appreciate Jacob and his crew for going that extra mile to check my car out. I kept feeling a vibration in my steering wheel that I never felt in my 2014 Escape. When I took it in and they checked it, at first they said they didnβt feel nothing. But I believe they knew how much it was bothering me, so they kept the car and did an extensive check on it. Jacob called me and explained it was because there were more gears on the 2020 Escape. I know Iβm not explaining everything but he talked to me and explained everything. So, I guess that is what it suppose to do. I appreciate it being checked out and explained. Just bought the car 3 months ago and needless to say I got aggravated. But itβs been checked....but I donβt appreciate that I have to sign paperwork telling thatβs itβs been checked. I believed the explanation. So I thank you again and appreciate your help.
I took my car to Ford for oil change works package service and replace tire. Dean did an outstanding job of making sure these needs are being met and completed. He along with the technician working on my car showed me picture of nail puncturing through tire as well as a moldy AC filter that needs to be replaced. I will definitely come back here again.
Went last year (October) to get my cars transmission shudder fixed as it was an extended warranty issue and not a recall. It was fine for about 6 months and now the shudder is back. Seems like a bandaid fix. Now that Im out of the warranty time period Ill have to pay out of pocket to get an issue fixed that was already supposed to be fixed.
Wonderful experience. They worked with me and got the car I wanted at a price I could afford. Highly recommend. Theyβll take care of you.
There are really no words to describe how grateful I am to Crestview Ford. The entire staff, especially EDIN in the service department, couldnβt have been nicer or more helpful. Passing through the area we had engine trouble with our RV and were stranded. They agreed to help us.....and help us they did. Not only did they work to diagnose and fix the problem (Trevor); they helped us find a place to stay, (actually took us there) and lent us a loaner to get around town while we were stranded. WOW! Great service and wonderful people. Thank you so much. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Great customer service from Edin. I appreciate the communication and transparency of when my car would be available. He was knowledgeable about what I should do for the problems I was experiencing with my vehicle and gave me some guidance on how I should move forward. Also the rewards program is awesome!!
Very misleading people. Advertised and told me over the phone the price of a vehicle. I drove over 2 hours to the dealership to be told the pricing was wrong. They so called, had the wrong incentives in the system but the incentives applied to all of their vehicles. The manager didnt even try to work with me and meet me in the middle of the mistake and the price they wanted.
Deceptive business practices.Hidden markups and fees on advertised prices. Blatant attempt to scam buyers. This has to be illegal. Also horrible communication on remote sales calls. So called virtual reps have no idea what they are doing. Huge waste of time trying to buy from here. Ford USA should be ashamed of this affiliation.
After a most tragic day at this Ford dealership and writing a one star review for the service I received, they reached out to me about the situation at hand. When I explained what happened Brad more than made up for the bad experience. He turned a really bad experience into a really pleasant one. Iβm glad they are willing to help and reach out when something goes wrong. Thank you
Ford Crestview uses appointment based scheduling for oil changes, despite arriving 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment I waited approximately two and a half hours for a simple oil change and tire rotation, never again. Staff was polite, however, their operation was very inefficient. I would not use them again.
Did not even try, i took my car to trade in, they never even looked at it
Brought my 2014 mustang on Thursday at 1pm. I had an appointment to get my radio check not working. Also to get tires rotated and oil change. They kept my car until Monday and still did nothing didnt even look at my car. So why did they set me an appointment if they could not fix it. Went and got my car they did nothing didnt even have it looked at. So I did without my car for nothing and had to catch ride to work. If they could not get to it why give me an appointment . Just saying things have changed used to be excellent.
10 stars if i could. 100% happy with the service i received today from Crestview Ford. My salesman Rickey was professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, HONEST! There is a stigma with car dealerships and in most cases they are true but, Rickey and Crestview Ford treated me better than i could ever have imagined. I will be bringing my wife back to possibly get her into a new vehicle as well. Thank you again.
John and his whole team went above and beyond for my husband this weekend to get him into a new vehicle !!! Thank you so much !!!! We will definitely be back in the future π₯³πππ
The first time I dealt with Ford Crestview for my 2016 Ford Edge was through OSA Dodge Chrysler a few blocks down 9/2020 It was a terrible experience from start to finish. I feel that was due to OSA Dodge Chrylser since it was there responsibility and duty to communicate honestly and uphold their word when we bought the car there, July of 2020. Details to follow..FAST-FORWARD TO TODAY. 5/22/2021, Last week, I received a recall notice and my check engine light came on within the week. GREAT, not how you want to start the week in a car youve had less than a year..... I remember my horrible experience from September and dreaded this experience in full depth. I scheduled the appointment on-line, printed all my paperwork, and arrived 30 minutes early. I believe fully in allowing the opportunity of making something right! This morning, I spoke with Chandler Bushing. I explained all that my husband and I had been through in September; My car was held for 5 days and no one called or returned calls. We were charged $123.00 for a service we were told was covered when we purchased the car under a 30 day 3000 mile warranty. We were finally told the check engine light was not on, and they were trying to diagnose the problem on day 5. Then we were told it was going to cost $700 to fix the car with no real valid reason for the repair that was supposed to be covered by OSA Chrysler Dodge under the 30 day 3000. I explained to Chandler that Im not paying anyone that plants doubt, if you cannot pick up a phone I may not feel you are capable of a $700 car repair. I explained to him all I needed was communication and honesty. He was patient, kind, and compassionate. I was at the dealership today for a total of 40 minutes. I felt like all my questions were answered. Chandler went above and beyond to be attentive to me as an individual client and was sympathetic to our mishap from September. Although the news I received about my particular car issue isnt fantastic, Im looking forward to working with Chandler and Ford Crestview in the upcoming weeks. Compassion and Communication go a long way. Thank you Chandler, my trust in the service industry is being restored due to your willingness to listen and hear. I appreciate this more than you know.
Customer service reps were solid. The service department recognized the problem with my truck. However, they could not find the culprit. Said they couldnt throw parts at it due to warranty flags. I was told the situation would have to get more severe before they could diagnose. My factory power train warranty is expiring in about 100 plus miles or so. This is the second ford dealership to fail to fix the problem.
I enjoyed friendly environment at ford of crestview dealership, people were helpful and knowledgeable. Special thanks to Chandler at service department, I deeply appreciate it.
Edin was real helpful. He made sure I was updated on the progress of my car and made sure I had it back by the time I needed it. He also didnβt let anyone screw me over as this process was going on, it was the first time I bought a car from a dealership.
Great sales staff. Very knowledgeable when it came to the vehicle options. Quick process with the financing.
From the moment that I arrived, the service staff was eager to assist me with my needs and answering all my questions. EXCELLENT service!
I made a service appt for an oil change and tire rotation on my truck. Jacob assisted me while I was there and he was great. He was very polite, helpful, and did a wonderful job communication the results of my multipoint inspection. I would definitely recommend working with him, as I will be again in the future.
I want to thank the Crestview team for their assistant and their service . Their Salesman Emir, was on point and very helpful n assisting me on getting things done.Your Service Department were very courteous and respectful. They took care of the service maintenance on my Ford escape n a timely manner. I was explained everything by the service manager n detail. I compliment ur entire staff.
The service department here is an absolute joke. Tried to get a warranty repaired per Fords recommendation I bring it here and they only do the work that Im physically paying for and dont actually do the warranty according to Fords guidelines. Never can get anybody to call me back about the status of the part ordered and when I go in the service ticket says that they did work that they obviously didnt do because they didnt have the part. How can you run a service department like this?
Thank you so much for the outstanding service provide by Edin and staff. We appreciate his sense of urgency in getting our truck repaired and back to us. Thank you.
I took my truck to Crestview Ford for warranty work and from the beginning the service team, specifically Dean and the mechanic Steve were beyond any expectation. Both of these service professionals represent the highest standard of what the service industry should aspire to provide to the consumer. Its increasingly rare to experience such commitment to providing both personable and quality attention to the customer and vehicle respectively. They worked together quickly to identify if the issues on the vehicle were covered under warranty and discussed options of service clearly as well as were transparent through the entire process. Dean was exceptionally responsive to any questions I had and returned any missed calls in less than an hour with a detailed message explaining the process & progress of the repairs.Due to COVID19 restrictions affecting the service industry, procuring parts posed a challenge, but Dean was forthcoming and diligent throughout to find the quickest solution possible. He relayed progress in near real time to keep me informed and was empathetic regarding the unforeseen and uncontrollable delays of the process.Steve was knowledgable, professional and performed the work on the vehicle methodically and meticulously to ensure no underlying issues were left unaddressed and that the vehicle was in top operating standard when complete. Thanks again to the service team; whatever model you are following is proving to be successful and is greatly appreciated.
This is the worst service experience ever in my Life. No communication between the people who book appointments and the actual dealership. Called last friday was told I had a appointment for Wednesday brought it Tuesday night for the Wednesday appt. TOLD they couldnt get to it till friday may have an answer on monday. Now they are referring me to have an appointment for Monday? Drove an hour to get here???? Step one Automotive get your stuff together
Edin and his team were fantastic!! Great customer service throughout! Kept me informed of everything they were doing.

Extremely simple purchase like it should be. Found the truck I wanted on their site. Called, told the salesman what I wanted, they picked me up at my house in Destin, gave me a ride to the dealership as I requested. I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks guys! I will be back
Came in yesterday for my service appointment! and let me say this! from the moment I walked IN AND WAS GREETED BY BLONDIE and her big welcoming smile! to the boys in blue getting me in and out...fresh coffee great conversations i usually never leave reviews but this one deserved it!
Outstanding service! Purchased a great truck from Hub City Ford a couple weeks ago. John Novak, Senior Sales Consultant was fantastic! Got the truck at a very reasonable price--lowest in 200 mile radius. Chase in Finance was great--seamless and all the paperwork was completed in a very short time! I live about 50 miles from Crestview, but the drive was well-worth it. Totally impressed with Hub City Fords service and commitment to excellence!
I took my vehicle in at scheduled appt time, was greeted by very nice person to take car to service bay. I met my service advisor and filled out paperwork. I was able to enjoy a cup of coffee and before I knew it, my vehicle was ready after a full oil change, fluids check and new air filter. Very pleased with the service and professionalism here... Would recommend
Friendly, clean and has a beautiful fragrance in the Showroom and the bath rooms also.
Ricky was a pleasure to deal with excellent Service and very knowledgeable and I will definitely buy another car from him
This is the worst dealership Ive ever delt with trying to connect with the service department on the phone. Firstly, if someone doesnt pick up within about 3 minutes (which is a majority of the time), you will be transferred to a recording to leave a voicemail. Secondly, on more than one occasion Ive been hung up on waiting on hold.
Everyone was excellent. Came in with an old Chevy impala. Walked out with keys to a 2016 Fusion. Jason and Austin were especially helpful. I originally wanted a mustang, which they almost bent over backwards to get me behind the wheel of one, but with barely any credit history, they did what they could. Gave me a fair price for my trade in and put me behind the wheel of a much nicer car than what I previously owned. They were professional in every aspect. Iβll definitely be be back for that mustang in a year or so.
Great guys doing there best in the service department even though it was swamped i am happy to say i enjoyed my time there, and am glad that Justin was my service dude he was professional and made things easy! As a veteran they made it a point to thank me for my service and also gave me a discount, front desk lady was a sweety and loved the smile.
Had a problem with my f-150 sunroof. Service department took great care of me. Everything was covered under extended service plan, premium. Got the truck back the same day. Great job, friendly folks.
I appreciate that the technicians were professional, courteous, competent...a rare experience in most of my interactions with service establishments of late.
Very easy and quick service while making sure you know whatβs going on 100% of the time.
Friendly knowledgeable staff from check in to check out, clean location, they wore face masks and used plastic to cover car seat and steering wheel.
Worst experience at a Ford dealership service department ever. We have owned 7 ford vehicles over the last 19. We have used many different Ford service centers in multiple states. We have never received such unprofessional and flat out rude service. Between the promised phone calls never placed to keep us up to date. To being unable to perform a simple test drive to diagnose the vehicle problem. They also had our vehicle for 2 weeks and two days. My husband also asked to have the oil changed. That didnt happen either. Only when we showed up to pick up our vehicle, did they want us to test drive it with them before we left. Let me add we live 5 hours from Crestview and dropped it off there due to my husband working in the area. So we drove down there and drove back home to only have to drop it off at our normal dealer for service. Mr Justin in the service department was not apologetic at all. And dismissed us and our complaints. You are a poor representation of Ford Motor Company. You all should be ashamed. As a militay family we believe in honor, courage, and commitment. Crestview Ford hold none of these values. And please dont send me some response about contacting the service manager, Brad. When we left I was told he would call us and guess what. No call.
I went to Rickey and he hooked me Up! Process went by smooth i wasnt pressured into anything and even after he took care of me. Make sure you go see Rickey
Ongoing dialog, and great customer service. Only disappointed that they did not have the vehicle ready by lunch, after promising it. Vehicle ready at end of day.
My salesman was James (last name I cant remember.) My husband and I stopped to look at a particular used car I saw on Cargurus but had no pictures of it. The car was in fantastic shape and James accompanied us on a long test drive. We were cash buyers so it didnt take us long to work out a deal. There was barely any back and forth. We left with the car we wanted and they had us in and out (test drive and all) within an hour and half. Thats the shortest amount of time I have ever been at any dealership. My son is very happy!
Customer service was awesome! Rickey was my sales guy....he killed it! He was patient and personable which definitely made life pleasant and the experience comfortable. He was also very honest and upfront with me. When things didnβt work out at first, he answered all the questions I had about a different vehicle and hung back while I thought about things. It was nice not to have a pushy, in-your-face sales person. The finance department was also great and listened to my expectations...then met them and some. They went above and beyond to help me out. Every single person involved even worked overtime to help get me in the car I wanted. 100% recommend. Will definitely go back for my next purchase!!!!
EXCELLENT service and was kept continually up to date with repair progress through text messages. The experience could not have been better!
BEWARE of buying a used vehicle from them. Bought a used F-250. 2nd day the check engine light came on( the code that came up,they had to of reset it to sell) the back glass was leaking, back passenger door leaking and top that off we didnt get the master key to truck(didnt know at the time we bought) has limitations on the truck from the my key They will not fix any of the problems!!! Left 2 messages with Sales Manager,Service Manager, cant get ahold of either, wont call back! They dont care to right the problem,we are out money, thought wed be safe buying from a dealer, nope. Very disappointed and angry! I will post on anything I can to get the word out about this dealership,so they dont scam anybody else. Any other reviewers want to get ahold of me on FB,maybe we can notify the media.
Best Experience i have had ! i gotta say! i went for service last week on my F150 and between the service guys Justin and the front desk cashier Marie! i gotta tell ya made my wait fun and great conversation!
Work was done ok but I spent an hour filling out what needed to be done when I made the appointment. When I showed up the service advisors didnβt have a clue. Had to go back through it all again.
I was here yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation, and from the greeting from the lady at the front to the quick setup from service all around happy with the new team! As i waited i chatted with Marie at the front desk! HUGE thanks to Jacob for the help you guys rock!
I walked in hoping to get my oil change without an appointment, they were able to get me back immediately and they said it would take about an hour and it actually only took like 30 minutes. Overall pretty satisfied with my visit
I had to get a new key fob and the service was excellent.
