I never review anything publicly but felt compelled to in the case of these employees and the service they give. They serve on average a very elderly and less than tech savvy community. The do so with grace patience and extreme willingness to help. My parents were struggling with transferring over their plans from Verizon and they were able to resolve everything for them. Hats off and definitely good to know that my parents have such a good resource for any technical questions they may have.

Dustin is Superb, dedicated to providing Outstanding customer service. A professional in every way. He is a problem solver and solved our problem after a complication arose from moving to a new location. He is competent and provided sound advice regarding rural internet service. Any future ATT business will be conducted at the Crossville ATT store. We have been with ATT 18 years and have always received excellent customer service. However, Dustins commitment to excellence goes above and beyond. Thank you Dustin for the job you did for us. What a fine young man. Best wishes for the future.

Best customer service ever! Shawn P was helpful, patient and a joy to deal with. Victoria and Dustin, a real pleasure to deal with. We couldnt be more impressed with our experience. We both come from customer service backgrounds and cant praise these individuals enough. Even though a sale wasnt made, we were convinced Shawn P aided in keeping us loyal AT&T customers. I spent over 4 hours in store on Saturday to upgrade my phone from an Apple IPhone XR to a Samsung Note 20. I was unable to upgrade phones due to a coding error. I was told to come back on Monday to fix the problem and they would put my phone back with a post-it note to not sell the phone. I returned Monday morning only to be told that they had sold my phone and that they didnt have any remaining in stock. Extremely dissatisfied with customer service and store manager Kayla.

Having retired from a life in customer service, it is always a pleasure to find a place where they actually seem pleased to have your business. These days that has unfortunately become a rarity. Our Crossville TN AT&T Store is a model of how to greet and treat a new customer. While I was there I watched them interact with other current customers and saw smiles and heard laughter. The manager, Clarence, was my guide and I left feeling proud I had bought from him. Thank you for such a rewarding experience.

Sign on door saying you have to wear a mask due to local mandate. Even though there is no mandate currently. Employees had theirs pulled down until I came in. They would not serve me because I preferred not to wear a mask.

The ranch our home is on is apparently not serviceable for high speed internet via fiber optic and satellite is not recommended by neighbors. So I turned to At&t wirless hotspot to wifi my home so we can stream and stay connected. The staff at the store was stellar service wise as my order became a goose chase for a few diffrent reasons. I appreciate Callie and Kaylas efforts in getting my order and big thanks to store manager Clarence for pushing it through and resolving all the odd issues. Finally we are connected and streaming!!!

Kayla G. was hands down the best sales rep I’ve had the pleasure of working with! It was tax free weekend when I went in to switch from a competitor to at&t, it was also a Sunday and Kayla was the only one working. At one point she had 5 people at one time but she handled it like a champ! She was very knowledgeable and so nice! We had problem after problem but she never got frustrated with me and she even stayed 2.5 hours after closing time just to get me finished up! I really appreciate her and all her hard work! 10/10 recommend Kayla G. and the Crossville AT&T!

The wife and I switched over from a competitors service to AT&T yesterday and upgraded our phones as well. Kayla made the experience very easy, especially seeing as she was the only employee there and the place was busy. I had an amazing experience at this location. The person who helped me was named Tara. I broke my phone and thought I was out of hope and she saved the day and helped me tremendously when I thought things would be much more difficult. I recently visited the Crossville AT&T store to make a payment. I was greeted immediately as I entered the store. Two individuals asked if they could assist me. I asked if I could make a payment & they assured me they would be glad to help. The manager, Clarence, took my info and proceeded. I mentioned that I needed help with some other items. Clarence handled these requests with ease. Even though I was not a customer of this store I felt like I was. The company should be pleased with this type of service and employee. I know I am. I will use this location in the future. Thanks to all.

OMG!! A store full of customers and only one very patient Employee! Kayla did a fantastic job keeping everything moving along, multitasking, greeting everyone as they came in the store. Katelyn and Matthew are the best.Ive been fighting AT&T for 3 months to settle disputes caused by negligence of unqualified customer service representatives. In that time Ive made 13 calls, spoken to 7 managers, been lied to, hung up on and over charged for services I wasnt receiving.During this 13th call I let the customer service manager know that I was on my way to the AT&T retail store. It was very obvious that I was beyond infuriated upon my arrival. After ten minutes of debating basic arithmetic with this customer service manager Katelyn and Matthew stepped in to help sort this situation out. It took them no time at all to straighten out the situation.I cannot say how thankful I am that I came to their store with my dilemma.Thank you so much Katelyn and Matthew! You two are the best!As far as the 13 customer service representatives, 7 first tier managers, and 2 second tier managers (whom never called me back). You should quit your jobs and find something youre more qualified for, such as taste testing antifreeze.

Wasnt told my phone was not in stock before I did all the paperwork. Manager was not. Intrested in finding me a phone I could take home that day. He said he would have to reverse the sale and it would take. Awhile to do so. Told me to be patient and it upset me. I left the store and my son took care of the transaction. He was rude and patronizing . I hope he isnt there when I go back and get it activated. Very poor business practice.
