Made an appointment, was there on time. Waited 20 minutes longer. When we was waited on, we received the new phone that they did have in-stock. But we was told they would not activate it, because they was too busy.Thats very poor customer relations when you are paying $1200+$35+ a monthly charge for their service and they cant even get you started!People use Covide as an excuse! There is NO excuse for not being courteous to people that is spending a lot on your store, buying your product and paying you for your service!And people wonder whats happened to this great country?
If you ever go to Verizon in Crossville Tennessee look up Matt . Great gentleman Very knowledgeable and always willing to help. He stayed over to help us even though he was off the clock to get all of our stuff downloaded to our phones and get them turned on and ready to go. Thank you so much mat highly recommend
Nothing against the employees but they dont do much besides sell phones anymore. They give you a list of numbers and point to the one they think can help you with your specific issue. I spent 2 hours on hold out in the parking lot yesterday...but my phone works now 🤦♀️🤷♀️😁
Very disappointed. My request was a simple fix. I Put in a micro SD card in my phone. Needed help to make sure what to do next. Phone kept saying dangerously low on space. No one at the crossville Verizon store could help me. I was told They only know how to help with I phones. What a bad experience that was. However, They did tell me I could go down the street to a place that fixes phones and they may be able to help me. Why cant they help with galaxy phones? terrible customer service representatives.
Ive been a Verizon customer since the beginning. This experience was hands down the best Ive ever had. Julie answered every question I had, she is very knowledgeable. She double checked every detail of my transaction for new phones. Dont hesitate to visit this store. THANK YOU!
A gentleman came in store while we we being helped, if you could call it that, sales associate ask for his name his reply just going to pay my bill. He was directed to kiosk, customer replays I need help with that, I cant read, sales associate replies rather loudly what you cant read and then repeated the whole thing. I was outraged, and still am. There is no excuse for such behavior. We ask the gentlemen if we could help him, as the Verizon associate was going to make him wait at least 20.

After moving from NJ to TN I upgraded my phone and Melody was the best customer service rep Ive ever dealt with. So friendly and patient. She made sure all my data was transferred successfully to the new phone. Best store experience I ever had. NJ stores tend to push you out the door and leave you on your own after a purchase. They dont take the time to complete the downloads and then make sure they were successful.This store is highly recommended.

My mom was on her way home from a trip when her brand new Verizon phone stopped charging. The store had just closed but employees were in there and they ignored her. So yeah now shes stranded hours away from home.

Both their coverage map and tech support say there is 5g nationwide in the area. So I order the iPhone 12 and after being on the phone for an hour and a half checking phone settings and all of their network settings, no luck with getting 5g on my phone. The Verizon towers in this area have not been upgraded to 5g yet. I know it is a very competitive business for wireless customers but Verizon needs to stop claiming something that isn’t. I like Verizon and have been with them a long time. But my ordering a 5g phone phone was based one more than one source with Verizon saying it would work. No one knows when the local towers will be upgraded nor when 5g will be available (since they say it’s already here lol). Love to see Verizon’s answer to this. Anyone else have this issue?Update to owner answer!Is there nationwide 5g in Crossville and where specifically because I’d like to try my phone there. The coverage map shows solid 5g for all of Crossville which is not the case.All of the settings on my phone are correct after 90 minutes on the phone with tech support, trust me on that. I don’t think you have the access tech support does to help.So two questions if you could please answer them for me: 1. Are there any 5g towers in this area? 2. Where specifically is 5g coverage in the area of west ave and 4th st in Crossville? Can you have Verizon change their 5g coverage map to indicate correct coverages? Verizon wireless has always gone above and beyond and bent over backwards to help me. They will resolve any issue with you as long as you deal with then appropriately and not with hostility theyre more than willing to help if you are willing to calm down and speak appropriately and politely anger and hostility will get you nowhere they have always worked with me one other people did not pay their phone contracts when I lost my phone they went above and beyond they ordered my phone for me they did it all because I have no glasses so I cannot see to do any of it Verizon wireless is an amazing company they work with you if you are reasonable
High prices, unscheduled unknown website outages, 1 out of 10 employees know how to navigate system issues to help resolve customers requests. I only give 3 stars for the 1 guy who solved my problem. Bottom line, they have a monopoly and they know theres no competition so they dont care to offer better.
Verizon is one of the WORST companies I have ever had to deal with. They dont even deserve the one star I gave them. I have been requesting they remove lines from my plan for two years now. Each month, I call and they tell me the same thing, we will take care of this and you will not have a problem with this next month. Two years later, Im still having a problem and being billed for lines I dont use. When I went into the store the general manager was very rude (West Jackson & Willow) and acted like this was my fault that Verizon has yet to do what they said. He basically told me he couldnt do anything for me, and sent me on my way. When I started calling the 800#, the sales rep. told me the manager should have accommodated this request in the store. The sales reps by phone are not very competent either because they have difficulty following through with deleting phone lines on an account. Each month I have to call and get this fee waived and they say, it will be deleted from your account next month, but it never is. This company rips people off please check your statements from Verizon to watch for hidden fees. I usually do not like to give bad reviews, but after years of being treated poorly by the same company, I am ready to share my experience in the hopes that it helps someone else.

Wanted to switch my device from AT&T but it wouldnt cooperate. He tried for almost an hour to get it to connect properly, but in the end we failed to accomplish it. Gave almost 300 in trade for it and I walked out with an upgrade for my Note and 178 dollars to put towards my first bill. Very happy with this store all around!
Went to upgrade my phone. Found one on Verizon website I liked. Wouldnt honor because I was a current customer and did not want a new line or new number. Very poor service to current customers.

Returned an iPad cause I was told I was not paying a fee for data. I assumed as when I bought the first iPad many years ago you could get a WiFi version. Store employee when asked about it,he told me,Well you pay yours off early and can always cancel the plan. I though for a brief second as it was busy around the table we were at that the plan was included in the $45 monthly fee and he did not rightly come out and say,yes it’s $20. Yeah, not so and I of all should have caught this right away. Device fee of $45,$20 data then add $12 for insurance and you come out at $77 added to bill not including taxes and fees. I also was never told about a restocking fee of $50 even though it says it in receipt but who really reads fine print now.. he put in his notes when I returned iPad the next day that he did tell me. No,he said I have 14 days to return the case if I did not like it.. Notes were read by billing phone support when I called in on the *611. Now if he did and if I looked at fine print why in the world would I waste my time calling billing support. Another worker chimed in and Rudely said, if you want a WiFi version then you better go to Walmart or Apple and pay full price... ha lady if your reading this, I strongly agree with you and I don’t need your plan to buy a phone or iPad. I can pay cash for these and multiple devises at that. I pay off my phones in a matter of months so no worries dealing with you folks again. If your gonna loan me $1200 no interest then why not make payments but I won’t again.I do like to be told everything when making a purchase though. Don’t put in your notes that you did your Job to cover your lack of responsibility in your job. It’s not always about how many plans you sell in a day, customer service is your job and customer service is what you should provide. I’m done with this store, and as I see that the store owner is replying to the reviews then please train and retrain your employees. My fault for not fully knowing the product pitch better but I will not let this happen the next time.. won’t be one.And billing support for issue me $50 credit toward my bill by the way. Very helpful person she was. Not by giving me the credit but listening to me..
We’re not helpful w any of the problems I was having on my 3 children’s lines. Guy wouldn’t even help me check the settings to make sure it wasn’t something simple. Gave me a phone number and didn’t listen. Went to Knoxville for some pictures and stopped at the verizon in the mall and they helped me fix all three things that I needed to have done wo one problem. Super rude in Crossville

Darrell ( Verizon store in Dunlap TN ) answered all questions without being a b****, took time to answer my questions and didnt try to get me to get the tempered glass screen for my note s8, unlike the people in Crossville.They need to work on customer service... cause they do work on commission. Surprising they still have a job.

If you have a choice between verizon and another big company, I would urge you to reconsider choosing verizon. They have the worst payment system. every month is a night mare. You pay and they text you they received it and then they cut your phone off, and you cant call them from that phone, you must go to a store, in todays world that is unacceptable.
I actually got some action. I had a LG v20 phone that purchase and September brand new within 45 days the charging port would go hot so I had to get another phone they give me another one in November. Then that replacement new one the touchscreen was bad so they had to get me another one. They had to give me another one because the tap pattern went on and I can put it on there and to find out all these phones Replacements were refurbished or used ones and never did give me a new one for the new one you said I cannot give you the email to unlock it so I got me another phone but when I have now well now its going bad screen is not touching you anymore touch screen and the phone overheats and gets hot and doesnt charge properly. So now theyre going to give me a brand new v20 or I may have a brand new Galaxy 8 well I took the new v20 cuz you cannot take the battery out of the Galaxy so thank you Verizon for let me get a brand new V20 instead of used one now thank you very much thank you. been a customer of yours for 18 years and looks like we have some more to go thank you

I took my 90 yo mother in as her phone had quit working. Waited for 20 minutes to be helped. We waited patiently and when the guy walked over to help us I showed him the phone and told him I thought it was still under warranty and that we needed to see what was going on with it and likely replace it. He opened the back of the phone and said it looked like it is damp what did she do....drop it in the toilet? I told him I knew nothing about it being wet or dropped and my mother was shocked by his statement and said she did not drop it in water. He asked for my phone number to look up the account and I gave it to him. He then asked for my license. It tried to explain that I had driven up from Nashville today to get her phone fixed and had forgotten my wallet but that I could give him her license or any info he would need to help us take care of the phone. His response was....lady you need your license, its the law to have it to access your account and Im not going to lose my job over you!I began to tell him please help us as it is her primary line of communication and as you may already know....Its supposed to snow like a mother f***** this weekend. I was not yelling nor threatening just made a statement of my concern of the weather and my mom needing the phone. When I made that statement... and yes maybe it wasnt appropriate, but it certainly was not loud nor threatening...As we had already been tollerating his attitude and previous comments..He threw his fist up and pointed toward the door and began yelling....Thats it!! Get out....Im calling the cops!!! Again....I remind you that I am standing there attempting to get help alongside my 90 yo mother who is physically shaking by his actions and tone. I asked him for his name and he refused....I asked again and he finally yelled its Brian and my boss is right over there so go tell him!! I went over to his boss....older man grayish hair and told him what had transpired and he said well theres not much I can do. You are in a public place. I helped my mother out and we left.I drove 2 hours back to Nashville....went to a Verizon store...walked in received help, showed them my mothers phone they asked for my phone number, looked up my account, answered a couple questions that I had regarding my bill... he then took my moms phone and said it is still under warranty and we will have one overnighted to you as I understand ahe is older and we need to get it to her. May I also mention they didnt ask for nor demand my license to be shown!!I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years and I forgive you due to your lack of skills with the public.So this is for You Brian as I have Never been treated nor threatened by anyone of you lack of caliber in my life so I will post this in an effort you wake up and IMPROVE and receive further customer service training in an effort to improve your attitude.

Worst customer service and business ethic I have ever encountered. They will flat out our to you to make an extra buck. Told me I couldnt switch current prepaid plan to new phone and Id have to pay for a new month. Fail to realize that they lose money in the long run when they practice these principles
