Came in with issues with my phone. I met again with Tim Smith. He fixed my phone, was very honest and truthfull about evreythng. I want to say good job with evreything you did and communicated to us. Its hard these days to find one so dedicated and honest. I bet upper management has no idea how valuable this employee is. I would do whatever it takes to keep this man. He represents us cellular very well....

This time was very good but some what confusing but the man was very good at answering my questions but but well wait till Monday to see what happens ? Lets see if I can give him one more star ? Are one less !

Friday hours posted online as 9am-9pm. I drove 48 miles, one way, just to have help with fixing my phone. Arrived at 7:06pm on FRIDAY-December 14 and store was closed!!! Its the closest U.S. Cellular store to me since I moved. Evidently, closes 2 hours earlier than what is listed on line as store hours. Ticked off!!! Going to U.S. Cellular was my ONLY reason for going to Crossville. What a waste of my time and gas!!!

They are so slow... Go to just pay your bill its a 20 to 30 min wait. Other than that its ok.
