Terrible experience!I have gone to Verlo my entire life and never dealt with such a rude salesman.They had told me that they couldnt go any lower than $600 for a new mattress and thats all I needed was the mattress.The salesman had the audacity to tell me that home of the sparrow would be more in my range. Definitely uncalled for. He could have simply just said that he didnt have anything in that range....so rude!

I had been to another major mattress store in the area and didnt head to Verlo first because I thought it was above my price point for a simple guest bed set-up. Wrong. Verlo beat the prices of the other store by a mile. Weve had 2 king-size mattress sets from Verlo over the past 25 years and are very pleased w/ their knowledge and service.

Customer Service was outstanding! I had been struggling to find a custom sized mattress for an antique bed and Tom knew exactly what I needed. I gave measurements, send a few photos and everything was taken care of. Reasonable priced, very professional delivery guys, mattress and box spring were a perfect fit. Will 100% call again.

We have been going for years to Verlo whenever we need a new mattress. They are friendly, have more services that other bed companies,and a cheaper delivery fee. Things that might happen to the mattress that would void warranties elsewhere, dont void them with Verlo. The prices are also lower for the same or better quality product. They make their mattresses locally and they are not a chain. The sales people rotate working in the store and in the factory so they know the product backwards and forwards.

Verso mattress is not like the big box store. They make you feel like a person not a purchase.,

Needed a custom mattress for our RV and Verlo was the place to go! Our sales associate, Waz, was great in determining our needs and helping us to find the type of mattress we wanted. Very patient! We are impressed with the quality and the fact that all mattresses are custom made. And, then we bought a mattress for our home. We are delighted with the service and quality and enjoyed our first nights sleep on our new mattress!
