I don’t have at thing good to say about Verizon service department. I didn’t get anything resolved. Had to purchase a new phone. All this after speaking with at least 3 Verizon representatives. They wouldn’t give me any warranty on a phone that was only 8 months old. All that being said the store manager Sidd was very helpful and spent a lot of time on the phone trying to help me. You should have more employees like him.

I came to get some help. My Gmail had some passwords issue. The gentleman Sid was very kind and helpful. He helped me setup my gmail and reset my passwords. I loved the service and his patience.Must checkout this store. Very genius man!

Came into the Verizon Store never thinking I would walk out with Verizon Service. Sale Rep Sidd helped me and by wife bring over 5 lines from Sprint. He helped us out alot and was very patient. He told us every promotion Verizon had going us and what benefit us. He also gave us a bundle saving on iphones and apple watches will be coming back here definitely. If anyone has trouble some were esle this is the best store location to cone to ask for Sidd.

I went by this past saturday and the manager, Juan, there was super helpful and sweet. Hes made every experience with this store great and pleasant. He helped me understand my bill and everything and however the other employee came in gym shorts and a tee shirt and kept circumventing his attention from our conversation and taking over the interaction/transaction. It made me feel uncomfortable and i thought it was unprofessional. I hope he isnt there when i return.

Located the nearest Verizon store on my computer. I went to this location. They ported my phones all was good, said my monthly bill would be 150-155$ which is half as much as I paid with AT&T. 4 days pass and I get my bill and its 329$. The store I went to made me pay activation fees for about 35$ each for 3 phone lines, which I figure is common.I review the bill on my Verizon computer and try to figure out why its so much. I see that there is 3 one time fees for activation for 55$ each which I found odd. I called 611 and this store is just a franchisee store.Word to the wise : GO TO AN ACTUAL VERIZON STORE, DONT GET SCAMMED BY THESE FAKE STORES.

Walked in here with a water damaged device. Store tried to get it to work, but after best efforts I had to get a new device. Stephen took all my worries away and retrieved all my information to my new device. He worked hard and made the process seamless. I dislike getting new phones because of the setup. I am happy i stopped here and will continue to support this store.

These guys are very dishonest and sneaky. What they say and what’s in your contract are two different things, so be sure to read all the fine print. Stick to what you want and don’t let them convince you that you’re saving money by adding more products to your plan. This location insisted that by adding at “free” tablet and “free” Hum device that I’d be lowering my total bill by bundling them. That was a blatant lie.

I had lots of problems with my old phone and went in to switch to Verizon. Customer service was amazing; they stayed on the phone for over an hour to find out how to port my number. Both of the workers were outstanding, Rick even offered me great deals and helped me save money. Oscar was awesome too! :) SO satisfied!

He quickly diagnosed it and scheduled new one sent. When the new one arrived I cracked it. I went back to him and he was very prompt to repair it. Their sound business and technical knowledge allowed me to focus on how I could save more money, and allow me to still invest in a new phone, without going over my budget. Went to the other store in Plano and they tried to screw me always looking to upsell, Don’t go there!!!! Come in and ask for Oscar he did a superb job activating my Mom’s phone and transferring her from sprint to my account he even got me a phone the same day! 10/10 service! I went to this store last Saturday afternoon to switch my plan from T-Mobile to Verizon. The gentleman working there, Oscar, is just fantastic! It took him around one hour to help me set up a new plan. He was super patient and super nice to answer all my questions. He also helped me to order a new iPhone 8 on Apple website. I went to there today to activate my new iphone. Nice and hospitable as usual, Oscar even helped me to transfer all my contacts, set up a new Apple ID. I have to say, his customer service is just beyond 5 stars! I do appreciate his help.

Oscar and Rick beyond my expectation for service. I always get great service with verizon. However this location showed how much they take care of customers. As they were closing at 5 pm on Sunday, I was pulling up. They asked how can they help, and they stayed past hours to assist me on updating my plan and picking out new phones. Very friendly and helpful.

Upgraded my phone here. It was quick and easy. Oscar, the store manager, answered all of my questions and was very professional. I highly recommend this location. Only downside is you might have to wait if the store is busy as they usually only have 1 person working the floor. But most of the Verizon stores in the area are the same way.

Answered all my questions, gave me info that saved me $10 on my bill, searched for my company to see if I could obtain corporate discounts (which I did). The attendant that helped us was extremely nice. Even though we came in 15 minutes before closing and stayed a few minutes after so that we had everything taken care of. He wasnt annoyed at all and was very helpful.
