Beautiful show room!! Before ordering go and see what they can do! You will find everything you need related to glass and mirrors. Customer service was excellent! I give 4 stars because my table glass top was graped up on paper, I was expecting something more protective, but it arrived safe to my house. I will definitely recommend Alamo Glass and Mirror!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. They were able to come out and give us a quote for window repair (free of charge!) and when we decided to move forward, they were quick and responsive, I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. Actual installation took very little time and I am very happy with the service I received. Thank yall so much!

Sometimes you just have to write a review after receiving horrible service. I contacted this company this morning after they did prior work for a client of mine that was satisfactory. The moment the unprofessional man answered the phone he seemed annoyed. After asking for information on obscured glass to replace a window above a tub, he proceeded to be incredibly negative in all of his responses. He proceeded to say that they couldnt get to my client for a few weeks. I told him that he was being very difficult to do business with and that I would contact someone else. I contacted Dallas Glass and Mirror next and the gentlemen from the start was incredibly friendly. He scheduled an appointment immediately and was extremely professional. Will use and recommend this company from now on but will never contact Alamo again. I see their reviews are less than favorable for a reason!!

If you dont care about service this place is not bad. The guy I dealt with was clueless about customer service. He seemed like he was the owner or manager. Really annoying and struck a nerve what he said and how he said it. The problem was I already ordered the item and was just picking it up. Otherwise would not give them my business because for me service is part of the overall customer experience. There are other deserving business that give it their all with customer service.

They had a difficult pattern to cut around my bookshelf. Perfect fit. The employees are professional and friendly. Great value for the quality. I recommend Alamo and will use them again

I have been using Alamo (formerly Inwood Glass at least for my location here in Dallas) for nearly 20 years....they are simply the best! They have executed frameless glass shower walls in two home, a sauna wall and door, and lots of small projects. Most recently they replaced a broken mirror in a wooden French Antique Mirror frame. They even repaired a 1966 Shelby GT350 Mirror! Ann, Robert, John, Terry et al are simply great to work with. They will get it done right.

I needed a large mirror and with polished edges for my Daughter, I live in Canada. I called Alamo a week before my arrival in Dallas and they had it ready for me when I arrived. The mirror was well wrapped and they gave me the appropriate mounting hardware. Great service guys!

Alamo Glass did a temendous job installing my new framed shower door. Thanks business is courteous and efficient. Ann, Terry, and Aaron worked very hard to see job was done well in a timely manner. The pricing was fair and so glad I chose them.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a mirror or glass work in the DFW area. I needed a replacement on my bar-cart and it took them 24 hours after getting them my cart to cut the mirror, plus the price was very reasonable! Everyone I met while in the store was very helpful and friendly.

Fantastic company! I broke my big wall mirror and called Alamo. Gave them specs over the phone and they installed the new mirror in just a few days!

I purchase glass and parts for my business these guys are OVER-priced compared to competitors.

Scheduled appointment for install estimate. They were a 90 minutes late. The sales rep spent more time talking than completing the estimate that was never received. Needless to say I didnt hire.
