Stephen installed a custom frameless glass panel for our shower. He was very helpful in determining what would work best for our situation; other installers insisted they would do whatever we wanted but did not offer suggestions based on their experience and expertise. We’re very pleased with the quality of the glass panel, brackets, and support bar that Dallas Glass and Mirror ordered and installed. Stephen was very conscientious of the aesthetics of our shower and chose matching hardware that complemented that. Dallas Glass and Mirror’s price was equal to others we received but Stephen was more responsive and better communicated the scope of the work, options for improvement, and timeline to completion. Wow! I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I had a vintage piece I’ve had for years and the glass broke that was inside and All the places I was calling in Dallas were quoting me crazy prices and the customer service wasn’t good over the phone so I honestly was going to leave my vintage piece as is but when I called Dallas Glass & Mirror, A lady picked up the phone and she was very welcoming which made me visit the location and drop off my piece of glass for a quote. The price they quoted me was amazing and my vintage piece now looks so much better with the new glass they did for me. I’m so thankful. I had two large mirrors that broke in transit from the retailer and had them replaced with protective backing by Dallas Glass & Mirror. They look perfect and the pricing was very reasonable! Called this company about a month ago about enclosing my dining room into an office space with all glass or enclosure system.They recommended the Herculite wall system and someone called me to come out and get measurements on March 26. He said he’d be out the following week.I’ve tried contacting the estimator multiple times and also left a voicemail for the company. Didn’t have any luck and not sure what happened... but found another on Friday who measured my spaced today.This company has good reviews and not sure what happened.

One of our front windows of our lobby was hit by a rock and had a large crack in it. I called Dallas Glass and Mirror and let them know what had taken place but that the window was still in place. Even though it was not an emergency, they made it a point to come by and measure after they left the job they were working on. 4 business days later, they were on site and quickly replaced the glass. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT - I called for an appointment and I was told they could put me on the schedule the following Friday - so in that week I didnt call any other companies - believing they would keep their word - I text the morning of my appointment and I was told they would get to me late in the day - I never heard from them even after texting at 4PM to see if they were still coming - they no showed my appointment and left me with a broken shower door in my guest bath with family coming to visit - Unprofessional and dishonest!!!! I wish I didnt even have to leave one star!!
