I will finish my review when I cool down. Im not happy with this place.Shop around, find somewhere else.My furniture I left to get a glass fitting was not cared for and it was brand new. The legs were loose and parts missing. What started out as be ready in two weeks turned into over a month. Honestly, just go elsewhere.

Support a local historic business. They are awesome. I had an old frame that I took over and they cut a mirror for me and wrapped it nicely for the ride home. I popped the mirror in the frame and used some finishing nails and it was a perfect fit. They are very nice and efficient and I am very happy with their customer service.

DISGUSTINGLY RUDE on the phone with me. Customer service was horrific. I grew up in the neighborhood, and my family has been in that part of town since 1915, so supporting a local business is something we do. I wouldnt even purchase a 2-inch pocket mirror from these people. Found a place in Denton and drove an hour north to handle my job. I will never do business with vulgar uncouth employees... ever.

Worst experience we ever had. First time they delivered our table top glass, it was cracked before it arrived at our doorstep. They then said well its not a big deal and its for a window anyway. No, its not for a window. Its for a tabletop, like we originally asked. Sent it back. Then they arrived with the next glass. For our conference room table. 2 hours after having it, it cracked. They did not offer to refund or even offer an explanation. We had to buy another piece. We got another piece a week later, and it broke a day later. We finally asked if they were tempered, because it should be for table top and they said no it wasnt tempered because its not much stronger.Really?! Who makes table top glass, that has a lot of human interaction and lots of objects on it all day long NOT tempered?! Worst customer service, and refuses to help us out or compromise on replacements.

Yesterday afternoon I visited Oak Cliff Glass and Mirror. I walked into the front door and was looking through the showroom. We recently renovated our home and have some very specific needs for wall mirrors in our home. After walking through the office, three separate employees were at their desk and saw me. Not one said anything, nor offered to assist me. As a person with a long history of Customer Service I was appalled and promptly walked out. I hope people ask me about this business, as Ill be more than happy to share my experience. I only give it one star because it wont let me post with no stars.

Brought in a coffee table that needed a new glass table top. Jose did a great job and had it back to me within just over 24 hours. Will come back.

Went in same day for replacement glass for picture frame, the staff were very nice,friemdly and helpful. Was able to be in and out less then 30mins for the glass replacement I went for. Thank you for the help.

Ordered glass for a picture frame, and they missed the size by an inch on one side. Said it would take two weeks to send someone out to fix it. Poor quality control, and poor response.

Had a shower door that wouldnt close right. Called EVERY glass shop in DFW and even some outside of. Oak Cliff Gass was the ONLY company willing to come out and look to see what was happening. Every other company would only come if I were replacing the shower. Well, all that was missing was a screw that fell out over time. They fixed it, free of charge, and earned a customer for life. Thanks guys! Cant wait to do business again.

Ilove this place for customized glass cutting. I brought in an antique wall pendelum clock that had a broken glass door. The technician that fixed did a Fab job. The clock hangs in our living room. This is the place for customized glass cutting!

The glass was nice but they cut the wrong size. When I called all they could do is cut to size only if I brought the glass back- The girl Cynthia thinks this is a mistake free world “I do this all the time don’t know how I made that mistake “ response that’s the problem people get complacent and think they will never make a mistake - bc they do it all the time - Oak cliff glass and mirror was a last resort for my obscure glass - Got no apology I even asked if they wanted to meet half way but they wanted there glass back- I don’t want it I have no use for it - Well, its in the ghetto so what was I expecting- 7.2018

If glass is concerned, this is the right place from A to Z, yes, little expensive, but excellent place with very friendly staff.

My first time I buy here and a disappointment. The receptionist in very nice but one of the cutters No. starting to work and could not attend me because I was on break at 9:00 am. That nasty.
