Unfortunately they delivered and install a substandard damaged product. Promised to replace the panel on several occasions and have yet to do so. Now they have resorted to slandering my name and my companies name for their claim of lack of payment. Luxor received a fifty percent deposit before installation with the balance to be paid on completion. I am more then willing to make payment in full with a COMPLETED project. Until then unfortunately I can not recommend the use of Luxor glass. Do the right thing here. Finish the project and move on. Be a man of your word.

Ordered a shower glass door from this company. It was installed with a scratch that the owner tried to buff out (which warped the door).He offered to take $100 off in exchange for a good review and we keep the warped door OR hed bring a new door and we pay full price.We asked for a new door, paid half the cost at install and STILL waiting for the new door...... two weeks later.BTW - the pic you posted on your reply is not our phone number... So before you start slandering your customers, you should make sure youre contacting the right people. I can send YOU a copy of the phone conversation that shows we have been waiting for the glass to be installed.

Luxor mirror and Glass were great to work with, our frameless shower is beautiful. Adrian was easy to work with, fast and very reasonable.

I was renovating a home out in Sherman for client and Jo reached out to me via facebook. I sent him pictures of the shower glass I need and was super quick to send me a fair quote. We coordinated a time for them to come out on Wednesday and do an estimate and he came out with Adrian to take measurements. They had it installed by Saturday (a lot quicker than the other quotes I received) and had great communication with me every step of the way. I was very impressed on how easy the process was and will definitely be using them for my future projects.

Adrian is a respectful,courteous young man who does excellent work. My company was pleased and the customer was very happy with his repair of lead glass window, re-cut and install of mirrors and new install of seem-less shower door. I would highly recommend him to anyone. The only issue... his delivery time.. he works with a glass manufacturer so you need to leave a little extra time for breakage or recuts...allow a few extra days...but well worth the wait
