They never round up carts so you have to go back and find one in the parking lot. It wasnt terribly crowded so no reason for that inconvenience.

The young girl that waited on me at the bill pay counter was very nice but another young girl came behind the counter and continue to interrupt her as she was having trouble getting my transection to go through she just continued to interrupt like i wasnt there and made it hard for the worker to do her job It was awful for the attendant and for myself. I felt bad for the attendant to have to go through that.

Typical walmart 🤣🤣... However the attendant that helped me at the end was very friendly.

Generally dirty and disorganized. Staff at deli counter seemed irritated by my 640p presence of a request but no problem to stop and talk with previous employee for a few minutes. This was a Tuesday evening.This is far different than on Sunday afternoon at this same location. The staff at deli and general store very nice and it is much cleaner and organized.If there was 2.5 stars I would give that just convenience of location and sale prices.

There is enough homeless people I do like your machines we need to put people to work not machines put America back to work

All the shopping carts are in the parking lot. How useful is that!?

There should be someone at the front with a key for the cigarettes at all times I set up there today in what is 30 minutes and still could not get nobody up there I rate yall very poorly today

WalMart is always fun to go to for whatever needs you have the reason I gave it a 4star is because almost every time I arrive there is no carts/baskets available and I have to walk all the way back to the parking lot to retrieve one or I have to wait for one available.

Very basic grocery store. If one has food allergies, there are no alternatives, other than soy / almond/ oat milk. No non dairy yogurt, or rice pasta.

I love this location but only in the morning. Regular workers are all super friendly and know me when I come in. The shelves are always stocked full, too. Plenty of self check lanes. Night brings out the bad folks, so I avoid it then.

I love this walmart and must say it is getting better. I would recommend this store to my friends and family. The only frustrating thing is the beggars in the parking lot and a little concern for safety after dark ., but daytime if great!👍

Better than the bigger Walmart. The bags are setup so you dont have to stretch an already aching back. Customers dont have to get their own cars before shopping.

One of the workers Lauren didn’t help this one customer he was trying to scan some bananas at the self check he was calling her to help she ignored him so I went over there my self and i went over to help him I never write reviews about places but I always shop at Walmart and she is always having an attitude with other customers she needs to chill out for real

This is my go to neighborhood store. I have noticed the prices have been creeping up, lets hope that they dont go much higher. Most of the staff are kind and courteous and there isnt too long of a wait time to check out.

Shelves were stocked so that is nice. Workers are friendly, another positive for the store. Only downside is that no one was at the registers. Checkers are made to help people use self checkout. BAD IDEA! Luckily the manager was smart and put an employee on a register for me. It would have been the 2nd time today that I would have left a cart full of groceries setting there. This manager much smarter than the one at Marketplace. I will ONLY SHOP WHERE THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE TO CHEXK ME OUT. Think on that Wal-Mart as I am sure I am not the only one.

From no carts that roll, to check-out lines with not 1 employee. Reevaluate your life if you must shop at this location

This walmart is the closest to my house, but it is the worst. There are never any cashiers and the line for self checkout always extends down the aisles. It takes me half an hour just to get through the line. And theres no express line if you only need a couple items. I really dont think you should come here unless you have a whole day to waist

Typical big box Walmart just scaled down a bit to make it a neighborhood variety. Nothing special about it. They are doing some remodeling, for what I do not know.

This walmart always has bread fresh baking in the mornings you can smell it 😋😋😋😋. Wheat is very good if you havent try it.

Erica that works in this particular Walmart will give you a hard time using Walmart app for a return and dont let her see you in customer service twice in 6 months she will give you a hard time its crazy because I always have my receipt saved on the Walmart app so I dont lose them and she always gives me a hard time and Ive only returned there twice in the last 6 months. I see her deal with white or Hispanic customers shes the nicest person in the world soon as she gets a customer color she is always snobby short and rude I just dont understand it I rather drive out of my neighborhood to give a different Walmart money then come there and ever have to deal with her! Brandon is an outstanding worker on the other hand love dealing with him very nice and very helpful!

Too many shopping cart wheels damaged and the problem is growing. Some of the carts are impossible to use and no one is doing anything about it. At least 30% of the carts have at least one damaged wheel. Looks like bad management

If i could give no stars i would ! Worst place ever!!!!Specially the girl checking me out today 7/27/2020 at 6:50 PM . Place closes at 7 pm . I was standing in line for 8 min before she even abroches me. By the time she did she had a line of 4 people behind me. A day before i had called See if both medication as were ready to pick up both . She only gave me one and was still missing one. Stated that they were closed and don’t had time to look for it. That Rx will be ready by tomorrow at 3pm. I told her i had called a day before to check of my medication would be ready because i live in PLANO . And it’s a far drive to come to mesquite since i just moved. She said she didn’t cared and can’t do nothing about it . I have HS and needed my medication . WORST PLACE EVER !!!!

I asked a young girl who was working in the dairy section a question about an item I was looking for,she said its not her job in the rudest way possible.. when I worked in a Grocery Store (Tom thumb) back when I was younger,it was our Job to help Evey Customer no matter what department you worked in.I didnt get her name because for one thing she didnt have a name tag on,and she refused to tell me..This is actually one of the worst Walmart Neighborhood Stores,and I will try to avoid going back as much as possible.. No customer service except the deli man, he welcomed me... Not alot of selections and its a Walmart grocery store, I found more @ the supercenter and some.. didnt find what I needed again, so I left and went to another Walmart. I wish I could of gave you guys a 4 or 5 or even a 3 but there was no satisfaction for me and customer satisfaction 👍 goes a long way!

A little better since it was renovated but it still gets incredibly packed and busy. Because the street is being worked on, it makes it hard to get in and out. Otherwise, its got everything you need without being overly huge and bustling.

Not taking enough safety measurements in this pandemic, employees sometimes remove their masks and they need to take better sanitizing measurements with the carts.
