Amazing Customer service. This is the only T-Mobile store that I will ever go to. Store Manager Carlos, was very helpful and was able to get me a great deal on my phone and Live TV, now I dont have to deal with cable companies!!!

Very friendly and caring customer service from everyone at this T-mobile store! Kimberly was amazing at giving me exactly what I wanted! I left with 2 iPhones, a tablet and T-vision live while still saving me money. Best customer service.

My experience is this store was what I was expecting. Jefferson and salud was able to set me up and move all of our family pictures over to our new devices . We thought moving 5 lines would be difficult but they made it extremely simple. This is the T-mobile next to biglots/las palmas.

Let me just start off by saying the staff at the local store here are really nice and very courteous and helpful people. Sprint on the other hand... Omg absolute worst decision of my cellular life! This company has the worst customer service the worst billing and the worst cell coverage that you will ever have the misfortune to experience. Sprint suuuuucks! Whatever you do do not change your coverage plan to these people. You will have 18 months of the most disappointing customer experience that you could imagine.... ever! Do not, I repeat do not convert your coverage plan to Sprint!

Last time I went in, I was told Sprint doesnt care about your loyalty. They only care about getting new customers. Go to Verizon if you want. Theyll pull you on cheaper in the beginning, and then theyll charge you more anyway and youll be back. This is a third party, and they are not empowered to help.

They customer service started out fantastic, however, when I would call the store, they either would not answer their phone or their phone would cut out (not surprising since it is Sprint). Then whenever I went to the store, they were too busy to talk to me yet I was the only person in the store. The only thing I got out of the whole experience with Sprint was that it strengthen my relationship with AT&T whenever I switched back.

If no stars were an option they would get it. The reps lie to you to get you to buy from them. They tell you they are a third party retailer and do not have to follow sprint policies. There is a major recall and I have to go all the way to Chattanooga to get my phone replaced. They will tell you oh well if you show them where Sprint is promising something. Go to Chattanooga do not deal with this store

The rep lies to me and tells me that they have to order sim cards and that they dont keep them in store and tells me, tough luck because Im not a sprint customer and they can only help sprint customers. If there was an option for negative stars, I would definitely give it that.

If I could rate no stars or even negative I would. Experienced terrible customer service.. Worker joked about not being able to hook me up with a free phone.. But instead with his Snapchat and free dick.. And he had the nerve to say unlimited..I was appalled.. On top of that my 8 month old child was with me. Ive never felt so disrespected as a woman in my life. Took services to straight talk didnt have any issues there

Super misleading. They intentionally leave out taxes in cost estimates, even when you ask multiple times what you bill will be each month. So if you go there be prepared to pay more every month than they tell you! Switched from verizon for a cheaper bill... now i pay the same as i did before and have worse cell service.

Sprint is a great company but these guys dont know what there are doing. Even sprint when i called said everything they yold me was wrong.
