I stopped into this Honda dealer service center while I was on a road trip. The inside panel of my Odysseys sliding door had fallen off earlier on on vacation. While another Honda dealer put it back on, the lock mechanism wasnt lined up correctly and I needed it moved slightly so it would work again. So we stopped into Tameron Honda to see if they could simply pop the panel off a smidge and move it so the lock would be in place. I was in the service lane and someone finally came to see what I needed (after helping every car behind me first). I dont know the employees name, but he was very short with me. Stating it would take 3-4 hours but he could squeeze me in. While I know I didnt have an appointment and others did, this was a quick fix. He said hed have to wait for a technician and gave me every excuse as to why he couldnt help me. He was very clearly trying to make it unappealing for me to wait. He seemed very stressed and overwhelmed and had no interest in helping me. So I left. Its frustrating because Im on a road trip and the sliding door wont lock leaving all my belongings exposed. Yes, It was my choice not to wait the 3-4 hours I was quoted, but based on my conversation with the service employee, I wasnt sure if they would just keep bumping me back in priority over appointments and who knows how long I would have been there. I am giving them a 1 start review based on how my interaction with this service dept employee was. He was unhelpful and lacked customer service.With all that said...when I arrived back home, I took my car into my very friendly, customer oriented, Honda service dept. and while I didnt have an appointment (though I offered to make one if they thought it would take a while) they said We dont want you to risk your personal belongings being stolen. Well get you taken care of. I was in and out in 20 minutes.

He too is an amazing man he definitely worked diligently on getting us financed and that is what makes him unique in his own way. When we arrived for an appointment to see a car I was interested, there was some confusion about who our salesperson was. This was caused by the fact that the Internet Salesperson I was originally dealing with, was NOT working at this location. We finally got Bryan to help us out, however, the vehicle that we were there to see, wasnt even cleaned up from when the prior owners traded it in. In fact, they prior owners had NOT yet closed on their deal and we were told we would need to wait, but for how long? We passed on the deal. Bryan was great, everything else was just circumstatial.

My wife and I were in the market for a vehicle saw exactly what we were looking for at Tameron Honda Eastern Shore online and had called before we drove over an hour, spoke to Krista Weeks and she said the vehicle was still available. Well after driving over an hour with our one year old grandson we found out we had been lied to. Then she would not answer her line afterword. We asked to speak with the manager and he wouldnt come out to speak with us. We are very disappointed with the customer service of this dealership and how we were treated after the fact it wouldve been different if they wouldve said sorry and said it was a error but none of that was done, we left and went to World of Ford in Pensacola and found something even better with better customer service.

Once again, I am blown away by how easy and simple it is to take my car to Honda Tameron. In the past dealerships have consistently tried to sell me far more than I need, but here the employees always say exactly what they’re selling you and don’t overcharge. And they’re polite and easy to work with.

Thank you Tameron Honda! I needed an oil change, tire rotation and 2 new tires. I know everyone is short staffed right now, but having said that, I couldnt even get my regular car place to answer the phone. Even though I knew I would have to drive a little bit further, I called Tameron in Daphne, AL. To my surprise and delight, they were able to schedule me for that same day! Tommy Barnett, my service rep, was very professional. The waiting room was very nice, but I decided to walk across the street to have lunch (several options in walking distance)...by the time lunch was over, my car was finished! Bonus- they wash your car too! Sometimes, you have to drive to a neighboring state to get things done...but well worth it with Tameron Honda Eastern Shore!! I cannot THANK YOU ENOUGH!!!!!!

This place harassed me for months to bring in my f150 because they wanted it on their lot. I brought it in and sold it to them and was told I’d have a check in 15 days. It’s been 3 weeks, I still haven’t seen one dollar from this place while they have had my truck in their possession this whole time. Not to mention I had to do paperwork twice due to incompetent staff. I thought you possess the product you pay for it. BEWARE- Buy or sell anywhere else!!

Worse experience I have had looking for a vehicle. Told me on the phone everything was done just needed to come in n show my lic n proof of income. Long story short i made an hr drive one way after being reassured several times i would leave with a vehicle. I did not! They lied to get me there i sat by myself for 4 or 5 hours(worse customer service i have experienced) just to be told there was nothing they could do. The sad part is they actually have some decent fairly priced vehicles, but because of their customer service(or lack thereof i should say) I would not purchase a vehicle there.

First off let’s start by saying I hate car salesmen!!After dealing with Tameron Honda staff it opened my eyes that all aren’t bad. My experience with them was just WONDERFUL. I chose Tameron Honda over a closer dealership, because the first phone call I had with them started off exceptionally. An odd issue with my transmission was completed within 2 hours. Tommy Barnett kept me in the loop the entire way through the process and I felt comfortable making my decision to repair the transmission. Their waiting lobby area was also comfortable enough for me to work remotely while I waited.

We purchased a used vehicle for our daughter here a few weeks ago. They charge a docs fee of several hundred bucks when buying a vehicle. That would be fine if they would actually handle their end of the deal of filing docs appropriately. Our temp tag has expired and I called to follow up on our docs so we can actually register and tag our vehicle to discover they are still sitting on them. So now I need to drive over and pick them up because they failed to overnight it like I was promised when talking to them two days ago. I think I’ll ask for a refund on the documents fees since I’m having to track them down and hand carry them. On top of all this my wife tried calling our salesman (Austin Johnson) two weeks ago to look into this only to not have her calls returned. So don’t expect much good customer service after they have your money on a used car.

Had trouble reaching someone in service by phone previously. But when I came for my service I met Ciera. She took care of everything I needed...even getting an extra item done before closing so I didnt have to make another trip to Daphne. She also gave me information I needed to get a couple of other things done in the future. I will definitely reach out to her again...a pleasant, helpful service advisor.

We were driving to Panama City from Arkansas and had a flat tire near the exit for the dealership. Even though it was a busy Friday in the service dept. and we were not driving a Honda, they got us right in. They were so kind and friendly. Having been pre approved for financing with the dealership and with their high pressure encouragement I caught a ride from fowl river to Malbis feeling positive i would get into a vehicle and be able to get back easily. As in my application I made it clear I had 0 deposit. The response ( several text and at least a dozen missed calls and voice messages stated they have a special program for people like myself. I have been devastated by Covid 19. Having lost my well paying job of nearly 10 years due to mercenary corporate restructuring. ) never the less, Tameron Honda encouraged me to come out and have a look. I now have to figure out how to get back home . A trip of about 40 miles.I know there was no promise of a deal. But their irresponsible tactics leaves me 40 miles away from home and a job to be at by 9 am tomorrow. Poor form...

I bought my Honda Odyssey new in 2015 from Tameron because they went out of their way to get me the color I wanted, which they did not have on their lot at that time. I live in Florida, so it takes me 3.5 hours just driving round trip to get my oil changes, etc. It is well worth it. Professional, courteous, friendly, accommodating personnel, top notch reliable service, and nice clean comfortable waiting areas has kept me going back. Especially Leslie! Since 2015 she has always had a smile and warm greeting, whether they were having a slow, busy or overwhelming day. She gives you updates on how things are going and gives you estimated time your vehicle will be ready. I will be in the market for another van in about a year or two. Honda needs to make a hybrid or all electric van with fold down 2nd row seats. If that happens I will definitely continue doing business with Tameron.
