Great auto dealership. I had a very easy and pleasant experience. Will definitely use again. Only down side was the financial side. Way to aggressive trying to sale extended warranties! I would give that portion a 2 star.
I was promptly met very close to my appointment time. Billy, the service advisor met me with a kind smile and with knowledge of my car. Because I wanted my first AUTO BUTLER treatment, in addition to my first service, he estimated an additional hour wait for that service. However, my entire wait was a little over an hour, much to my happy surprise. I am very happy with my visit to your shop!!

Mike Gray was amazing, after several attempts of trading in my Tahoe for a sedan and being haggled and plain out disrespected by the offers given for my Tahoe.. Mike literally gave me more than what I asked for my truck and got me in the exact car I wanted! Literally one of the best car lot experiences I’ve had! The best part is the listened to what I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. They did not try to over sell me or try to get me to go over what I said I would pay.

I purchased a car from this dealership on 10/31/2019 at a cost of $18,000. When I did my test drive the navigation system was not working I was told by the salesperson Leah that it only needed the SD card to work and she would make sure I got one. After 6 months of calling her every week and her telling me she would look into it and call me back. 6 months later I still have no SD card for my navigation system. This to me is very poor customer service and would never recommend anyone to go there when they are looking for a car.
I bought i car from here and within 32 days of me having my car them sending me my tag papers they decided they want my car back they said the bank that financed me didn’t want to finance me no longer but when i got in contact with that bank they told me everything was good on my end and that the car dealer ship pulled the application everything was just so shady . The finance manager Nicole was SO rude ! She even hung up in my face on me trying to explain something. This was the WORST first Time experience buying a car. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Very rude office personnel, can’t even explain the paperwork without rushing through then catches a nasty unprofessional attitude when you ask questions or ask them to explain anything . Quick to bite your head off if you call them out on anything. They will be nice until they get your signature on everything and get what they want out of you . I have had my car a week and have yet to get my “ life time warranty paperwork or any other paper work for that matter “ Feel like I got completely screwed over on my trade in Wished I NEVER Would have used these people . These people take advantage of you if you have poor credit . Go to Hill Kelly in Pensacola MUCH better customer service for sure .... Worst mistake of my life as far as buying a car . My situation was unique as far as me needing to trade and they knew it and took complete advantage of it . It’s ok what comes around goes around and people that screw other people over do not come out ahead in the long run . When I get back on my feet I can promise you where I will NOT be going .

Joey Davis lied saying he would send paperwork for me to have a second key . I called to confirm and he never did . I requested to be called back by a manager and I was repeatedly ignored . They make promises to you and don’t honor them because they don’t put on the “we owe” paper . I wouldn’t recommend him . He still haven’t attempted to contact me even after a week of me calling . He could of been honest and just said that’s something he can not do anymore . Just choose a different salesman . Also, after buying my car which is a Hyundai. I discovered one of the car charger ports wasn’t working and a seal was loose In the truck. They were so unorganized on getting it fixed . It was come this day, no, this day, kind of deal . I was sent to Hyundai for the repairs and they had no idea about my problems . I had to hunt Joey down just to get things broken fixed. Luckily, it was fixed at no cost to me .

Dont buy a car here. They have predatory selling practices.My mother was looking for a particular car last night at this dealership.The salesmen (if you can call him that) couldnt find the car. Not surprising since he asked for the year make and model 3 times in about 10 minutes.Anyway, my mother gave him a budget of what she was wanting to spend, monthly payment budget and the type of vehicle she was looking for. Not particular towards any brand really.This clown proceeds to walk us up and down the dealership aimlessly like he was lost in the desert for 20 minutes or so until I asked him to actually show her a car because he wanted to run her credit first. BEFORE showing her any car at all.I told him hes wasting my mother time and she doesnt know if there is a car here she was even interested in.Apparently he was offended by me asking him to show my mother a car to sell....Anyway, Mom was nicer than me and we walked inside. She explained she was pre qualified via there site but he couldnt find that information (figures since he couldnt find a car on a car lot) and had ran her credit again.Then, we wait. Waited about 45 minutes and we were told they were waiting on the finance people.Still, all this time, my mom still hasnt seen one car.The salesmen took this opportunity to try to sell another car to someone else.my mom gave up (she gave him an hour more than I would) and we just walked out.Miraculously, he comes running out to my moms car and said he has a car for her.Brings out the car to test drive, doesnt know the price. (I gave up asking questions about cars at a dealership at this point)She gets in, says its too small, drives it for less than 5 minutes, says its still too small and he says Ill look for some things and give you a call tomorrow.Thankfully, we dont have to worry about him calling because he probably missed placed her information like he does cars.Heres the problem with all of this.He didnt know anything about what my Mom wanted because he didnt listen and didnt ask the right questions to find the right car for her.He was condescending towards her which is the only reason I spoke up. And out of respect for my mother, I kept it civil.If you disrespect someones mother in front of them, you cant be trusted. This guy is better suited to sweep the parking lot than to talk to human beings.And as much I loathe this guy right now, Ill keep his name out of this publicly out of the miniscule amount of respect I have for him.

If i could rate zero stars, i would. Purchased a new Hyundai tuscon on 11-9-18. Assumed everything was fine, even have text messages saying everything is good, we learned yesterday ( 1-12-19) that funding for finance has not been secured. To add insult our trade in still hasnt been paid off and is now facing repossession. We have called numerous times over the past two months but eitherGet noone to answer the phone or when questions are asked we get hung up on. If the issue is not resolved, the attorney general will be notified for a yo yo scheme

10 years in the Military, three deployments, and eight more years of a different kind of battle dealing with service related PTSD. However, I had to come to the Certified Used Car Center to truly learn what it’s like to be treated like I didn’t matter. I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Azera and took delivery Tuesday, 16 Oct 2018. Excited about the opportunity to get a newer car for me and my three kids, I was excited to take them up to Virginia to see their grandfather. About half way up to VA, the check engine light came on... that is 58 hours after I took delivery of the car. I took it to an Auto Zone and had them read the code, they told me the code was “P0272 (cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance).” The person at Auto Zone said that it probably wasn’t a new code, and could have been cleared just before delivery in order to have me drive it off the lot so I couldn’t do anything about it. I knew that couldn’t be the case with the backing of Easter Shore Toyota and Eastern Shore Hyundai so I called the dealership to see if they would be willling to pay for a Mechanic in VIrginia to just diagnose the issue. The Manager, Greg McDonald couldn’t even be bothered to get on the phone. Instead he had somebody from the Business Development Center tell me that I bought a used car and “should have known how many miles were on the car (almost 38,000 miles)!” She let me know that I bought the car “as-is” almost three days ago and they had no intention of helping in any way. Shannon, my sales lady wouldn’t even give me a call back, proving that it is just a systemic lack of respect for customers at this dealership.If you’ve had some bad luck and need help getting financed, do yourself a favor and go any other place.

Sends spam mail with 2 different non-local numbers on them. Called the third party call center that they hired and they couldnt tell me any information. Very rude and unprofessional. Same people that own Eastern shore Toyota. Super sketchy!!!
Do not got to this dealership!!! They financed my mom for a car and then 20 days later they said she got denied because she lives in a camper?!?! 20 days later really??? Then called her car demanding the car back or they will take away from her down payment! This people are sorry as hell!!!
