Love these guys. They make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. They are dedicated, courteous, attemtive, patient, super sweet and very friendly. When it comes to paying attention to every detail even to the very last cent these guys are on it. Anything you need these guys will make it happen
I have had experiences with two other Verizon stores in the area and none of them hold a candle to the professionalism and the level of excellent customer service that this store offers. So far I have dealt with three individual sales representatives and all three of them Have shown me The best demonstration of what a sales representative should be that I have ever seen. Due to the bad experiences I’ve had with other stores this is the only Verizon store I will be going to from now on. Whoever is training the sales associates deserves a award from Verizon.

Ricky James went above and beyond to help my husband and I today. We came in making a phone claim and he spent 2+ hours walking us through the process (it took so long because I couldn’t remember a lot of my info) he repeatedly reassured me he didn’t mind and made the process easy. This was the best experience we have ever had at Verizon and will be going to him for all our future needs.
By far the best Verizon retailer in the area. Melissa is great, but sadly only works at this store on Tuesdays. Would highly recommend you come here vs the corporate store in Malbis.
I got a new iPhone from this store in August. I traded in my older model, perfect condition iPhone for a discount off my monthly bill and THEY LOST IT. They guy says he remembers me giving him my phone, but either didn’t turn it in or didn’t record that I turned it in. I appreciate him being honest, however NOTHING has been done to fix this. We’ve called and gone in to the store multiple times and I still haven’t received a check or a discount off my monthly bill for the phone I turned in.

Between helping me with transferring all my info, and installing my new screen... I happily walked out with my new IPhone 11 Pro Max! 5 star service!

I had a lot of questions about my bill and Kip answered everything completely. I really appreciated his patience and his efforts to reduce my bill by combining some of the services. He followed up with me within about 15 minutes by calling me back to answer one question in even greater detail. He is great!

The staff promptly acknowledges you when you arrive and determines any issues or interests you may have. After that its a QUICK VISIT, best inventory, best salespeople, best EVERYTHING 5 Stars THIS IS THE STORE YOU WANT TO VISIT. We drive 45 minutes to this location just to avoid the store in Foley as we would rather spend 45 minutes driving than 45 minutes being insulted and ignored

Very disappointed with the young lady that started to help us. We are a little older 50 but not dumb by any means. We went in to get an upgrade and she asked for the account pin number, I didnt know the number Ive had this account for 16yrs and always paid online using a password. She told me that if I didnt have the pin number for her there was NOTHING she could do for me. Ive upgraded in the past and havent had any issues, staff always helpful but this young lady was very rude with the persona that she was above everyone else. We ended up going to the Fairhope store, Steve took care of us he was very professional and friendly, we walked out with 2 Galaxy S10s, we were in/out 30min. I recommend everyone else do the same.
I used this Verizon store in November when I was interested in upgrading our phones because of the many positive reviews. And, initially I would have given them a positive review. BUT, now I can not. In the upgrade process, I was enthusiastically sold LG G7 thinq phones. We were upgrading from iPhone SE phones (all 4 of our phones). Rick seemed very knowledgable about the different phones and features and options. However, we have had nothing but trouble with our phones and it is getting worse. I have spent weeks and many hours on the phone with Verizon Tech support with no resolution, but finally to learn tonight that due to the Verizon cell towers in our area all being 3G, the newer phone technology does not always work well with these towers (tower are suited to 3G flip phone technology according to Verizon tech support). And apparently we were not having trouble with our iPhone SE phones because Apple phones are smarter than Android phones and can compensate for the technology gap. I am now stuck with 4 phones that cost $760 EACH and paying for monthly cell service when the combination will NEVER be functional together! Verizon tech support can not help. Verizon customer service is being no help. I have 3 NEW teenage drivers WITHOUT reliable cell service - NOT a safe situation!As the original point of sale - you should know your area, know what towers are here, know what works best with our towers, DONT sell me a phone that ISNT going to work here!!!
