I received great customer service at this location. I was having trouble getting the sim card out of my Palm device, the Store Rep. encountered the same problem with the pin hole being too small for their key but he offered to walk a few doors down to the uBreakiFix and had them help to get the slot open.

Garrison was very pleasant to work with! I will definitely recommend this place to friends!

Stayce was awesome, came in on a time crunch and she was so helpful. I left my broken phone and came back in an hour and she had everything transferred and ready to go on my new phone. Will definitely be sending all my friends her way for their Verizon needs.

I purchased 2 phones from this store and have had nothing but problems. I have been on with Verizon over a dozen times trouble shooting the devices and my service. Verizon made an exception to return my phones to the store and cancel service since we are in a poor coverage area. When I spoke with the rep at the store I was told there is nothing they can do. The rep was very rude, spoke over me and dismissed my problems. I am now stuck with a $1200 nonworking phone and no service where I live. A special exception was made by Verizon because I was compliant with all of the trouble shooting they tried to do to keep my business which took well over the 2 week window that you’re able to cancel service. I will never do business here again and I hope others steer clear of this very rude business.

Stayce is fantastic. Great customer service. I came in today with my grandmother who is 81 years old. She was looking for her first smartphone - and she didnt know anything about them. At all. My grandmother is also hard of hearing. Stayce walked her through her new phone, went above and BEYOND to set it up, get a good plan, and made sure my grandma understood everything clearly. She even kept working on it while I took my grandma to eat, installing apps for her. My grandma is currently lying on the couch smiling ear to ear playing with her new phone!
