Its nice to walk into a clean, well organized store and have someone greet you in kindness. It is also nice to get simple yet precise answers and a direct quote. I dont mind paying for good, quality service. I believe this business wants to provide a good service and did a great job on my sons phone today and it only took a little over an hour.

Took my phone to get a new battery put in. Got home with it that evening and put it on the charger. Woke up the next morning and the screen was messed up. Looked like pressure lines along the edges of the screen. Took the phone back that same day and the guy behind the counter said the best he could do was half off on another screen. So another 80 bucks. No thanks…

I called and made an appointment for Friday at 5pm and the gentleman on the phone was super nice and courteous. When I brought it in, there was a different gentleman there but he was just as kind. He explained how everything would work, told me it would take 24 hours which I already knew and was fine with. Later on that evening I get a call that my iPad will be ready the next morning at 10am! I seriously didn’t expect to get it back until Monday. At pick up the gentleman was also very nice. If I ever need any screen replacements again I will definitely be back!

Went in thought i had a bad port. they were very nice and professional come to find out the port just needed cleaning he was done in about 10 to 15 mins and it has worked perfect sense thanks for a great job. i will recommend them to my friends.

I went in with n iPhone XR that I had dropped off of my motorcycle and it had been ran over by a car. It had an Otter Box on it and the screen was cracked but it worked. I replaced it with an iPhone 11 and they offered me a good price for the XR. I sold it to them and then bought an Otter Box and tempered glass for my new phone. Great place.

I called prior to coming to Quick Fix and was told I would get around $40 for my iPhone 7+ that only had a cracked screen. When I got there I was given ten bucks in the form of a check (sign on the door says “CASH FOR PRE-OWNED PHONES”). What the man on the phone told me and what the sign on the door says are absolutely not true. Man at the desk was very snippy and rude, speaking in a demeaning tone the entire time, and basically forced me into taking a $10 check that should’ve been cash in the first place. I could’ve easily went and sold the phone on an app or eBay but I decided to give them my business. Never again will I make such a poor decision.

A totally great experience, they have easy road access and great parking. Customer service was all American and genuinely warm. The repair work was perfectly done and faster than expected.

My wife and I took our phones in a few days ago and the two guys that helped us were terrific. They took time to listen to us about the issues we were having with the phones and were able to quickly fix the issues. We appreciated how patient and professional they were in dealing with us.

As such, I cant begin to tell you how much I appreciate Quick Fixs expertise, honesty, integrity and customer service.Ive written 2 google reviews in my entire life. I work 70 hours a week or more. Im in the middle of a work day yet taking time out of my day to write this review. Thats how impressed I am.Ive had multiple interactions with Thomas and his staff. At no time have I ever even suspected that they were being less than 100% honest, fair and reasonable with me. They fixed a laptop screen for me for less than anyone else in less time than anyone else could. Not only that, after the screen replacement, I required a new motherboard..... I was willing to pay hundreds of dollars. They got it fixed for next to nothing. They KNEW I expected to pay 3-400 dollars and still charged me less than 100. Come on...how many business do you know that have that level of honesty and integrity.If you need a trusted expert for personal electronics, youre crazy to go anywhere but here.

Phone never worked after screen replacement. Two days later screen started going black. Bad attitude and weak excuses is all we got.

Getting my iPhone battery replaced at QuickFix was a great experience. I was able to get an accurate quote on the website and then was able to book an appointment for my repair. Super easy and convenient!The location I selected was clean and comfortable with great parking. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted by a very professional staff member who was expecting me. I typically dont write reviews but this experience deserves one. Quick Fix could have fix and upgrade my iMAC and make several hundred dollars. However, they opted to tell me that it was not necessary and I would experience other problems due to the age of the iMAC. Extreme high level of integrity displayed by the manager/owner Hayden. I would do business with them again solely due to the high level of honesty and respect that was provided. Integrity over money, this is the reason why I would send my business their way.

Wow! What a great place. Always visited the other store location on Highway 98 and this one is on my way home from work. Hands down THE BEST service anywhere in Mobile or the Eastern ashore. Hayden and his staff are fully trained to do what they do. I appreciate Small businesses and his is at the top of my list. A local Daphne guy who also donates to our local schools.

Very unexpectedly amazing service!!!! Ive never had to use a phone repair store before, so i assumed it would be a lengthy, expensive, and a down right hassle of a process. These guys took my phone in for repair as soon as i walked in with no appointment and it was ready within an hour!!! They made something that could have been an awful experience into an easy and seamless one.Needless to say, i highly recommend!!!!

I took my phone in because it had an FRP lock on it. Unfortunately, the phone could not be fixed. Thomas suggested I buy the Google Pixel phone you had for sale; Thomas indicated that he loves his Pixel phone. He described how it was better than the Samsung J7 that I was considering and was also for sale. I bought the Pixel phone, Thomas charged it, got it set up, loaded my contacts and showed me how to use the phone since it was a little different. He was SO helpful & caring and even said that he wanted me to have a fabulous experience. And I did.

I brought in an old iPad that wouldnt charge and he tested it and said it might need a new battery, but price-wise i would fare better if I just got a new one. Well, that wasnt going to happen, but he had a used (newer) one he could sell me for just a bit more than repairing it. I bought it and he even threw in a free charger and box. Great service and very friendly.
