Fantastic pick-up option! We probably use this service 2-3 times a week. Simple, easy, convenient, saves us time and money by ordering on-line and picking up without having to go in, or do anything else. The app makes it too easy! We havent been in the store in quite some time now, since we dont need to, except for specific items we want to pick out. They even refund you for errors without having to go back! Too easy.

Been to the walmarts in Mobile. None of them have stocking issues. Neither does Publix or Rouses. So no covid excuse. Carts are rarely up front by the doors. They either dont stock or order. The day I took these pictures the only had ONE self check out that took cash. Management needs to be replaced immediately. When the Walmart on the belt line in Mobile is superior there is a SERIOUS PROBLEM. They pulled up the linoleum and buffed the foundation. Seriously?

Last grocery pickup was a lot better. I was alerted of my Out Of Stock/Subs 10 minutes before the order popped. Overall it was a lot more pleasant than the last two experiences

Had everything I needed, lots of self checkout lines that were not long at all. Most of the things were on the right spot on the shelves. Thats a rarity lol. Only complaint is the parking lot. It is wacky when you come in and that cross road is right there. Not being from the area I almost crashed. Need a stop sign or something.

Great store with great selection of items. Also highly recommend you check their clearance aisle theyve had some really great items this past week.

Besides the hellions of kids not being parented and tearing a store apart. It was an all-around pleasant experience could use work on inventory

We moved here from Alexander City which has the worst Walmart Ive ever been to. This Walmart in Daphne, however, is the exact opposite! The cashiers are very nice, the managers are so helpful, its usually stocked well and clean.. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because one thing is always happening, self checkout is all thats available during the busiest times?! Weve lived here since February and come almost daily so I believe this is an accurate statement. Other than this, its a five star store for sure!!

Walmart this one in particular had great deals but was very slow .

We went in looking for a specific pool. We couldn’t find it so we walked back to the garden center thinking they had more back there. They did have more, but not the exact one we we’re looking for.A very friendly and helpful employee named Gabrielle (Gabby) overheard us discussing the pool that we were looking for and she led us to the one we wanted towards the front of the store. She waited in line with me to pay and also helped me load it in my truck.Gabby set a prime example of outstanding customer service. You could tell that she is the type that treats others as she wants to be treated. She must’ve been raised that way.Probably the most pleasant shopping experience that I’ve had anywhere in a while.For the record the lady that checked me out was very friendly as well as a tall lady (employee) with a Saints (Who Dat) mask on that talked to us while in line.It appears that the employees like working there which is probably because of the management.I think the world could use more Gabby’s.Thank you Walmart for the excellent service and experience!

A mess.Never can find everything you need.You have to go out in the parking lot to get your own shopping cart. You have to check yourself out.No one working the floor in each department when you need help and when you do find someone they say they dont work that department and they go to find someone for and they dont come back.

Waited 30 minutes for an electric cart as Im disabled and must use one in order to shop. Never got one. I had to leave and go shop somewhere else. A Walmart Rep informed me that they have only 10 carts. This is unbelievable!!! Very disappointed😡

I’m not sure if it’s just this Walmart or all Walmarts but regardless the quality of store has gone down tremendously. Inventory is awful (which I don’t blame them 100% for), I have gone twice and there are ZERO carts available, if you have cash you basically can’t shop there because they never have any cashiers, and the lines are super long because they do not have enough people on the floor. For the record, they have plenty of employees. They are on their phones, standing at the door literally doing nothing (they dont check receipts half the time) and always just walking around literally doing nothing at all. You will see plenty of employees at this location but plenty not Doig anything. There is definitely a management issue here and it is very clear. I will not be shopping at Walmart for the foreseeable future because my experience is always so bad.

The only reason I even give a 2 star is due to the helpfulness of some employees. Walmart is the absolute worst establishment. Poor in almost everyway. Yes the prices are good, but the quality of the company is beyond poor.

Horrible customer service. We will be taking our business else where from now on. Walmart has completely gone down hill from where they use to be. They dont care about their associates or their customers and it shows.

Employees were pretty friendly and helpful today. More of a selection of groceries. I had to return an item and the lady in this department was in such a good, patient and uplifting mood!

Ok I did give walmart a 4 star a while back but this is starting to become really bad. It is almost nearly impossible to pay with cash at all. There have been NO Cahiers a few times now(early mornings) the Self Checkout person is usually rude when asking about a cashier or a register that accepts cash payment. And alot of times using the self check and something goes wrong with it, there is no one to be found for nearly 5 minutes (yes I have timed it several times before). Most of the workers up front now are young and standing around on their phones not paying attention, the older folks there are great atleast and do what they can, mostly because they have been there for 10+yrs. What has happened to the quality of this company?

We find what we need almost always.We like the employees. They are wonderful, some need to smile a little more, but they are fine.We dont like the management. Why? We dont want and we dont like the SELF CHECK OR SELF CASHIERS.Why they always keep just one REAL CASHIER when many of us, the customers, are on line, a line of 5 or more?People like to talk to people, to ask for merchandise or schedule or the rearrange of their products. Apps and self... whatever are not for everyone, not because we dont know how to use them, but because we dont like them. They cannot smile back to you or answer your last minute questions.

Clean store, friendly staff. Good seasonal items.I use scan and go I scan everything except the items that need to be weighed, they must be done at the self checkout register. Once you get to the register weigh the produce, scan the QR code to add in everything else finish bagging and you are done. I even set it up so I dont have to scan my credit card, its all done on the tablet or phone with the Wal-Mart app.You can save 5 cents a gallon on gas with the app.

Good shopping experience. Main issue was that most of the self service check out lanes were close and there really is no help to check out. You have to do all the work. Scan, bag, checkout etc.

I asked for a manager at this store to look for a stroller that was not on the shelves. The manager had me standing there waiting for more than 20 mins after he said he would go check the stock room. I took it upon myself to go ask the stock associates if the had seen a manager come to back with a pink shirt and some jeans. I was told that he had not even came to the stock room at all,but would look for him. He later approached me and claims that he would go look for the stroller then,but I believe that he did not even look. Do not go to this walmart .

We went to the Walmart in Robertsdale to buy phones. Foley was out of stock. The people in the electronic dept. were not very helpful when buying our phones. The phone tech that is suppose to help u with your phone was useless. He would not help at all. Walmart hires them from a different place to help with all phones. Even the no contract phones. He basically couldnt be bothered since ours was a no contract phone.We ended up at the Daphne Walmart. There was a young man Omar that was very helpful. Along with his other associate Barbara. They went out of their way to help us. They know how to treat customers. We made sure the store manager knew how awesome they were. Daphne is out of my way but I will go back and see them.

They were missing a lot of stuff so some restocking definitely needs to be done, but its a holiday so thats probably why. One of the best Walmarts in the area though.

Never order online delivery, first and only time ever ordering the order never left the store, by the next day over 12 hours later it still was stuck in preparing, store doesnt answer their phone meaning you have to go through corporate support just to get help cancelling the order, or any status updatesNever again.

An associate kept a count of those entering but did not ask shoppers to wear masks. Many customers in the narrow food aisles were not. There were no available carts and several of us waited several minutes.I hadnt been inside WM for almost a year but since I had 2 shots and wore a mask I thought I would try again. Not going back for a while,if then.

My wife and I were leaving the store after paying at self checkout and was stopped by a very rude lady that checked every single bag I had just paid for like I was some sneak thief. I own a business and do most of the work myself. It was 2200 I had been up since 0500 worked all day and was exhausted I will never go back in that walmart.

Always a great experience. The pharmacy and staff is outstanding, courteous and helpful. The staff at the registers are always, courteous and friendly. Daphne is my favorite Walmart.

It is so 1960’s. They are still asking for the receipt for purchases from blacks with one item but not from whites with an entire shopping cart full of stuff. I know there must be a ram a reason to it beyond what I’m saying but it just doesn’t look like it. And if this was the first time, maybe I would feel better about it but it’s not. It will definitely be the last time because I will find somewhere else to spend my money. Unfortunately, this app will not allow me to leave zero stars.

I ordered a gift online and had it shipped to Walmart in Daphne, AL for free shipping. It arrived a day late. Then when I went to pick it up I asked the person by the front door if the pickup for online orders was in the back (not my usual store), and he said yes.I get to the VERY OBVIOUS pick up area where no one is and see a sign that says to call a number. It rings for about a minute before anyone answers. When the girl does answer, she lets me know pick up is in the produce section (even for online regular orders). She tells me she is sending someone to me.This began the waiting game. Through the open doors, I shout to someone i see walk by, after about 5min, and I am ignored. They actually sped up.About 5 min after that, I had a woman approach me who I figured was sent for me and she said she was not. Since I was being helped she continued.Thankfully about a minute after her, a man I assume was a manager came by and asked if i was being assisted. He then asked if i had called the number and a few other questions that insulted my intelligence. He then took me and the online receipt I have him to the FRONT of the store where a very small sign was off to the corner. I addressed my concerns and irritation to him about this process and he agreed it didnt make any sense but also said the person at the front door doesnt know about any pick up services.Is it just me or shouldnt your door greeters who are essentially the face of the organization know about where to direct your customers?Lets just say, I was reminded why I spend my money elsewhere. No issues with Publix and Amazon.

Bougie is an understatement! Might be the cleanest and best stocked walmart Ive ever walked into.Just be warned. They only seem to keep one side of registers open. This includes the self check out lanes.

There were 2 cashiers on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Also, boys have a regular selection. But If its not August, there are no school clothes. There were 2 pairs of jeans for my daughter but a hell of a lot of shirts and everything else. Make this make sense. The only time I ever buy groceries there is because I need something other than that which is available less and less. Shopping local.

Best prices, and love the amount of self scan registers. Makes my trip quick, and sometimes I use the pick up service which is outstanding. You place your order, set a time, and then go and it is ready, no hassle!

WalMart is not the leader in customer service but it should be. This particular store has no help in locating items, i.e.red bull, which they keep by the cigarettes for some reason nor any indication theyre back there. Check out girl had a poor attitude and they over charged for the red bull which I have to go back to get credit for. The company will never change and we will always shop there but this particular store definitely needs leadership training.

Theyre gonna be losing a lot of my business and other peoples because they dont have cashiers after 7pm anymore and i among a lot of other locals refuse self checkout because it takes away jobs. And i cant get there any earlier than 8pm most times. And im a daily shopper.

Wal-Mart has been doing well to stock many new items and fresh meat and produce. The manager was very kind on a recent visit the staff is generally helpful and friendly. It seems to be making more effort than in the past. I appreciate their service and new efforts of friendly staff and greater selection. It isnt rouses but both have their purpose. We generally go to both for different items. Rouses has great produce wine meats flowers many varieties of food. Wal-Mart has many extra items we needs for home pets light hardware.

Front end manager told me there was no way to load money on a card. I use a Bluebird Prepaid card for my online bills and it can only be loaded at Walmart. No cashiers open, only self checkout. Very disappointing.
