Jeff is amazing to deal with. Its rare these days to find someone so friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. I brought in my 30 year old Miele canister vac that I had a few minor issues with. Not only did he have the parts I needed, but was able to fix it quickly. He gave me tips on how to keep it running at its best, and educated me about common problems to watch out for in the future. I had used this store last year for maintenance and no problems; however, something has changed. I left my vacuum and called and called and called and never get an answer. When I finally did, he couldnt talk. I decided to pick up my vacuum due to its condition, but when I went to pick up it - no one was there. Others were there as well - open sign was on, but no one there. Tried calling the phone # again - no answer. Not sure if I will ever get my vacuum back or not. But the hours they post - they arent always there Very disappointed.The owner called back - he had an employee willing to meet me the following Saturday so I could pick up my vacuum cleaner. The employee was very polite.

I had a great experience. I was just looking to buy the Oreck handheld vacuum. Jeff treated me like I was buying the most expensive machine in the store. I purchased my first Oreck vacuum 15 years ago at the Daytona Beach store. I loved my vacuum and had great service all these years. When it was time to replace my vacuum, Jeff answered all my questions regarding the pros and cons of Oreck and Riccar models. He is extremely knowledgeable which made my decision much easier. I would definitely recommend checking out this store if you are in need of buying a new vacuum or in need of a repair to your existing vacuum.

Jeff is a happy cheerful person if you go in to purchase a vacuum. . However if you have a problem and go back to him, he is a different person. Took my original vacuum in to his store in December and he said it had picked up water and couldn’t be fixed. I told him it had not picked up water but he insisted that it had. I live alone with no pets and I told him that did not happen. I ended up buying from him a rebuilt vacuum for 200.I asked him what parts he had rebuilt and he said the only problem was that it had had a terrible odor but that everything had been taken care of. He would only give me a 30 days warranty which he hand wrote on the receipt.After taking it home and after the 3 rd use the terrible odor returned. I could still smell it in my house the next day. I took the vacuum back and he said he didn’t remember telling me the vacuumhad had a bad odor and again insisted this vacuum had also picked up water. I told him it had not picked up water and again he insisted it had. I ask him if he was accusing me of lying.? Things got heated because he insisted he was right about the water and I stood my ground that it had not gotten wet. He ask me what I wanted and I told him I would buy a new vacuum if he would give me a credit on that one. He said he had a 400 vacuum and he would give me a 100 credit so I said fine.Then he said he had to check the price on his computer in case the price had changed. I was afraid he was going to up the price.I told him not to check the computer because he already told me the price was 400 and I knew that was right.At that point he told me to leave the store and he then set my vacuum on the sidewalk. I immediately called Oreck customer service and explained what happen and they gave me a generous discount on a new vacuum.

My wife wanted a new vacuum and as always she did some in depth research prior to going to a store. She wanted to see a Miele Vacuum. After a demonstration and in depth review of the product at this store we made a purchase. The gentleman was extremely helpful and sold us the proper vacuum for our type of flooring which actually wasn’t the most expensive one. He was honest and professional. We feel we were treated extremely well. I would HIGHLY recommend this store.

Jeff knows his stuff! I called and discribed the problem with my 1992 Electrolux, asking him if he could fix it. He immediately knew the problem, quoted a price for repair. When I dropped it off several days later, he remembered our conversation when he saw me and my Epic come through the door! Right then and there I felt Jeff was a man of his word! It was ready by the following day and runs like new! The whole experience, from start to finish was delightful!

I just left the store with two Oreck XL vacuums. Jeff was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions as I compared the merits of a few vacuums. My husband agreed Jeff went above and beyond to offer customer service.

Bought a new Riccar from Jeff who was very knowledgeable about the vacuum. He explained all the good points of the machine and had me use it right there in the store. Stopped in to get a belt replaced on a non-Oric vacuum cleaner. Couldnt find the belt anywhere but this guy had one and replaced it for no charge.Also provided a lot of information on which type of vacuums are best for different situations.Highly recommend.

Jeff, who works here, is truly wonderful. I have three small children and it is hard to get them all out of the car to come in the store. Jeff helps me every time by coming out to my car and getting my vacuum if I need it fixed or serviced. He even came out recently when I needed to buy new vacuum bags. I recently stopped by this store to purchase a Sebo Felix. Jeff, the manager, was friendly, very helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable on even the most minute details of his industry. I would highly recommend this store. In this age of doing everything online, its important we support stores like this that stand behind their product, engage in servicing, and support the item for its entire lifecycle. Its becoming apparent that its a real luxury to have a place we can go to in the off chance that something goes wrong rather than dealing with someone over the phone and shipping it thousands of miles away.I would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a good, quality vacuum.

Just purchased a Ricaar R10S from Oreck Vacuums - Daytona. I wanted to post my first impressions of both the store and the Ricaar. First, Jeff, the Store Manager, couldnt have been more helpful or knowledgeable about his product line. I believe I got honest and excellent product advice from him. I had taken my aging Oreck XL in for possible service if that would be worthwhile. It turned out to be well past its useful product life. Jeff explained a sensible alternative ... the Ricaar R10S. I took it home and was sold. Its almost self propelled and requires no effort to push the vacuum. Im convinced it will give me years of service.

Went in to buy a new vacuum and came home w/ a fabulous, shiny new Riccar. Could not be happier and thoroughly enjoyed meeting Jeff, who introduced us to this new (to us) brand. Looking forward to a long relationship with this store.

I called to see if they had a belt. (I have the belt part number). The clerk said its not a stock item, would take about a week to get. I asked if he had an idea of the price, He said not without punching it in. (Note* I had the part number and was inquiring). He didnt offer to punch it in, ask me if I wanted him to check (which I think was obvious), so I certainly will take my business to somewhere that finds it worthy of 20-30 seconds of finger effort...Talk about LAZY, and not caring.

Customer service is awesome, I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the service I have received!! Sean is the gentleman that works at this store and he has been beyond helpful and pleasant when I have gone in, I go in every couple of months for bags. One time when I was having problems with the suction on my vacuum, he looked at it and saw the problem and fixed it right there on the spot, no charge. Another time I brought it in for a its yearly tune up and I didnt have any paperwork showing when and where I bought it, he took the time, did some digging and found out that it was still under warranty, he then called me to let me know, which made me very happy that it was still under warranty and I didnt have to pay anything. As far as the customer who claims he reeks of alcohol, she must of been very upset that she was charged for the work he did and therefore had to say something nasty, I guess some people are mean like that!! I can honestly say that Sean has never smelled of alcohol anytime I have been in there and I have been in there quite a few times!! Sean is nothing but professional and is an asset to the Orek Company!!

The Daytona store worked on my air purifier which had a small vibration. I was told it would be $49 and about a week. After two weeks I received a call that he couldnt fix it but I still had to pay the fee. I went to pickup my unit which is now unusable. It only works on the highest setting and sounds horrible. I am very disappointed as I was better off without the repair. I WOUD NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE! The store employee always reeks of alcohol!

I came in with a broken hose and he fixed me up super quick!! Awesome service and he has helped me out numerous times! Will be back again!!

Not impressed at all. This is an Oreck store but the salesperson was pushing the very high priced Mieles. Store is tiny, and actually I was feeling a little creeped out in there.

Great store. Orecks light weigh vacuum and Steam mop has made my cleaning a breeze.
