As a former employee of BB&B I was a bit surprised at how none of the staff ever approached me to ask if they could help me find what I was shopping for. Since in the past we were alway instructed to GOTAPEN.I left the store without making any purchases.On a positive note the store was well organized, however the shelves were a bit bare.My home store has closed in MA so I was happy to see this one still open for business.

I didnt find all the traveling size sprays I wanted but they were nice

I really like Bed Bath & Beyond. But since the pandemic there have been a lot of changes with returns. Just a little disappointed in that. But it wont stop me for shopping there 😂

It never ceases to amaze me what random things you can find here. Unfortunately I also get disappointed in the fact in the exact things you think that you should find they are out of or dont have.

I like this Bed Bath & Beyond located in Daytona Beach because it has a department for toiletries, most of the BB&B stores around this area do not have this section with shampoo and lots of other items to browse through. Parking is easy and the employees are really friendly. Their covid protocols are good lots of hand sanitizer and masks are required.

Recently I bought an OXO orange juice squeezer, a glass pitcher, some nautical red coral valances, and a cast iron skillet. I was enthralled about the skillet.

Needed a whole house of stuff but could not find anyone to help me, also out of stock with alot of stuff. I will find a better place to shop

One of my favorite stores the young lady was very helpful setting up my app..only thin is I left my shower curtain for a job and some nice washcloths there:( I hope she has them for me I was so tired will call in the morning as I need it for tomorrow

This place has a million things in this store but the one thing i needed, a black toilet seat. However, the customer service lady was wonderful, she ordered me one and gave me choices! Great job BB&B!

They have great covid protocols and make returning things you bought online super easy and pleasant. Due to this wonderful experience all my shopping that can be done at Bed Bath and beyond I do from kcups, to personal hygiene items to baby things! What a wonderful company! At this location all employees always have a pleasant attitude as well.

Spent over $100 on pillows and a cashier named Trina did not say hello or a greeting whatsoever. I was shocked at the lack of customer service. She literally said nothing and just pointed to the other register. I had to engage the employee because she did not engage Us at all whatsoever, she was just barking out numbers.

Always my favorite household store. Recently I was paying for my items and my two valances rang up $ 39.99 but mistakingly they had been put in the wrong spot they said because I was buying them because the sign said they were $ 8.99. Come to find out, the red ones werent they said. Only the Navy blue ones were. Someone had put them there. But they honored the price. They let me have them for the $ 8.99 price. Hmm I felt like I got a great deal. I was very happy. Very friendly and nice manager and cashier!

Helpful Employees took the time to look up an item out of stock and ordred it as well registered me for available coupons.

Always enjoy shopping here. They have some very unique products that will attract your interest. Plus home products you need throughout the house in kitchen, bath, and every other room. Even pet products. Pretty good prices. Somethings might seem a little pricey,but the quality is better in alot of things. They also offer a wedding sign up list if interested

Great selection of household stuff. If you take advantage of their sales and use their coupons, their prices can be very competitive - even with Amazon. Almost all our towels are from here. Weve also purchased a fair number of small kitchen appliances from here. We even bought some beach stuff here when they had seasonal stuff out for sale. I prefer buying from here over online because I can see what Im buying, I get it right away, and theres no hassle in returning stuff if something isnt right.

The only problem with this store is that I will go in for one thing and end up needing a cart halfway through the store! Great selection! Cool things! Love that the coupons dont expire! Exchanges and returns are made easy by a courteous staff!

Great customer service! I walked in not knowing where I was going to go when Corey who was on a mission and walking the opposite way stopped and asked if I needed help. I told him what I needed and he took me back to the glasswares and proceeded to check and see if they had exactly what I wanted. They did not but again he went the extra mile and searched the store on computer and still did not find anything locally. He then took the trouble to go online and order it for me. He provided a great store experience and got me the product I needed.

I think Bed Bath & Beyond survives on the basis of its discount coupons. Not sure how, but everyone, always, seems to be shopping with a coupon. We do. In fact, about the only thing I ever buy there is K cups, coffee, and only with a coupon and when on sale. Why? Because we can generally find the coffees we like at a very good price once the coupon is applied. Otherwise, beware! You easily can pay more, sometimes much more, for impulse buys. Dangerous place to browse, though. Could be needlessly expensive.

My wife & I had someone give us my pillow(s) as a gift but we really dont like them at all. So, we went to Bed Bath & Beyond & the lady was so awesome in helping us pick out pillows & said if we took them home & didnt like them we could bring them back & get something else. However we loved them! Ill more than likely always buy pillows from them from now on.

Im not usually sensitive to strong smells, but the last time I went in the smell almost made me drop. I dont know if it was essential oils or scented candles or whatever else they have but I could not stay in there too long. Bummer, because I really wanted to shop.

I had ordered a shower curtain online that didnt fit, so I brought it to the store to be returned. I went to the service desk and was waited on quickly and pleasantly. They even offered to search for the proper one. Then, I found what I wanted in the store, but had forgotten my coupon. The girl at the register offered to pull one up online on my phone. She found out and applied it to my item. I think theyre great at Bed, Bath & Beyond!

Another one of my favorite hangouts! The service is always excellent and the staff are knowledgeable and professional. I always seem to find the new kitchen gadgets Im looking for here. The only thing they could do better is put this place on an adjoining wall With Pier 1 Imports on one side, and World Market on the other. :-)

The store flow is good. Abundant selection in some departments. Crystal and fine china selections were small. Much smaller than the stores in the Northern part of the country.

They have a great variety of items. And always give you the discount if you have the coupon. Pretty friendly also.

One of the best places for household goods from pillows, mini-ovens, cookware, bed linens, curtains, etc. Its our go to place to get things with there everyday single item 20% discount via postal mail, text, or e-mail. We always fine savings and keep coming back when new items are needed.

Staff was AMAZING! One employee went to the stock room to search for an item that was in inventory but not on the shelf. Another employee gladly measured an item that we needed to determine if it would fit in our kitchen. I will continue to drive 30+ miles to shop at the Daytona Beach store. :)

Outstanding customer service from sales associates, Thom (spelling on name tag), and Mary, as well as store manager, Charles. Although my initial intention was to only buy one small item, I was immediately drawn to another display which had caught my attention. Thom noticed that I was browsing and politely inquired if he could help me find what I might be searching for. Thom went above and beyond in helping me to locate, and find, a product I had searched for in the past, but had apparently been unavailable. When Mary noticed that I was carrying this somewhat cumbersome, yet not heavy item to the register, she immediately offered to get me a shopping cart! Wow!!! What service!!! I will definitely be back, as well as share my wonderful experience with all of my friends, relatives, and business associates!

I only went here to get a bridal shower gift. This store is always so packed and people are bumping in to you rudely. Most of the employees are helpful which is nice. So I can get in and out as quickly as possible.

I like this store for the variety they offer. Their prices can be high on some things but on others theyre much more reasonable. I could spend a lot of time just looking around at ask the new gadgets and ideas. Too bad its so out of the way for me to go more.

Good place to get things u cant at other stores, just a bit over priced.

I found a tablecloth for a hard-to-fit square table, and it was for a good price. I ordered online and picked it up at the store within a day. The only problem i had was not being able to use my coupon. But i can go back and get the price adjusted.

Best kitchen supply store for tools and utensils in my area aside from World Market! I grabbed a wonderful shower head from this location and it makes my life so much better!!!

4 stars for all the stuff but a 1 for service. It wasnt good. Guy had no idea what the store had because he sent us to the wrong place every time. Also, the store didnt even have what we asked for.
