I have never been treated so rudely at a store. As you can tell from the eight point star next to my picture, I leave many reviews chock-full of pictures benefiting many businesses in the Daytona Beach and Orlando area.For the most part, I do not leave bad reviews. I believe anyone can have a bad day. I also believe that a business should not suffer just because of a grumpy employee.I was verbally chastised across the entire store, in front of every other Patron while taking a few quick snaps of the location. I have included the pictures so that you can see how benign they are.After being yelled at embarrassingly, I politely walked up to the counter and requested the cashiers name. It became plainly obvious that the female cashier had no intention of giving it to me. Her husband, the owner of the store, who just popped up from behind a desk, made it very clear that there was no justifiable reason that I would be taking pictures.He did NOT care when I tried to explain that I actually thought the store was awesome and was going to leave a positive review.I have shopped at Citi Trends in this plaza for years, as well as Roses Express, Rainbow, Looking Good Menswear, and DTLR. Its a shame to have such a blight on such a awesome Shopping Plaza.

I go to moya model instead of here farther than my house I was busy shopping looking for hair grease and I noticed the lady following me. I went to another section to make sure and she followed me and then when she noticed I noticed she acted like she wanted to help. Politely I talked to her and she directed me to a product that doesn’t do well with my hair. After she left I went to the right section but I noticed her watching me. After that incident when the store owner followed me around the store I chose never to shop here again. I don’t see why you own a store that sells products for black people and don’t trust your customers. They’re also overpriced.

The last people who worked in the store followed you and were rude as I dont know what!!! They have done younger men who are helpful and not as bad now... I wouldnt recommend it but I would shop there on occasion if need be.

It was a nice store for inexpensive bling bling and hair products but I noticed an extra item that I was charged for that I didnt choose to purchase which I thought was strange so I brought it back and got my money back

Big store. Nice help. The variety of hair is 50/50, lots of hair but the styles doesnt give you the option of having it short or long. What ever comes short doesnt come long.

I decided to go in and purchase clip in extensions for the first time. Human hair.... I left the store happy only to find out while browsing online I found the same exact hair ONLINE FOR $$35.99.When there I payed 89.00. Sadly I liked the place. I will not be returning. I could’ve saved so much money. Instead got ripped off.

They have such a big selection if hair! If you cant find it here, it doesnt exist. The guys who work here are also super nice and helpful.

This place has a large selection of wigs to choose from and I love that, the staff has always been kind and very helpful. Even tho theres a limit of wigs to try on they always let me try as many as I want. The prices are not bad, cheaper than most places I have purchased wigs at.

Ive been going to this store for years, many items to choose from and they always have new products coming in. I feel bad for the store owners because a few times while I was there, people were trying to steal from the store. So dont be surprised if they watch you a little bit, I dont blame them. After a while of being a regular, they eventually get to know and remember you. Very helpful and knowledgeable of what they have.

Wide variety of items to choose from at relatively affordable prices. You are always provided with a friendly greeting upon entry to the store; however, you are watched like a hawk by the employees, even though there are multiple cameras in store.

The people who work there (I assume it is the owner and family) are rude and act like they are doing you a favor. They need to get it together as there are too many options available with other stores and online available. I will not be spending any of my hard earned money here and would not recommend them to anyone. Selling predominantly black products but treating black people like trash (I have heard many complaints in the community), no thanks they can keep their products, and attitudes and I will keep my money for somewhere with better customer service
