Love this place good for Barbershop and salon owners.

Don’t go here. The lady working was extremely rude and was talking to me like I’m a animal in a zoo. She insisted on seeing my cosmetology card right when I got inside of the door, as if I was lying to her. She claimed thats the protocol however I’ve been here before and they usually check for proof at checkout. When I went to pay she had an attitude and claimed she doesn’t have change for the item I was buying. What kind of a store does not have change? The service here is awful and I don’t recommend anyone to waste their time here. They have very limited product selection and most of the items there are collecting dust. 0/5 stars.

Had to pick up color. worked with Jessica there at the Dayton location. she could not have been more helpful. she has a terrific eye for color. she can match a photo perfect for color selection. what a change from the sabrina lady that is in there too-she is rotten to her core. my suggestion, only go if Jessica is in the store. I show a photo of hair my client wants and Jessica know exactly what to recommend. she needs to be doing hair not ringing up sales! girls talent is wasted in that store.

Tried calling the store for two and a half hours straight because I need to place a curbside pick up order. Nobody will answer the phone at all. I need my order in an hour from now and yet no one will answer. Tried contacting corporate customer service, to help me and no one answered there either. Sent emails and messaged this location on Instagram still no response. How can a store be specifically only doing curbside pick up, yet can’t answer the phone when someone needs to place an order. Ridiculous.

The store is clean, friendly and had everything I needed! I was so fed up with salon centric I am switching to COSMOPROF! I sure miss the days when the industry was not monopolized. Products from all over the world and service was great because they HAD TO COMPETE. The way free enterprise was intended. If this doesnt work I will switch to THRIX COLOR pure pigment. Sick of the CORPORATE BS MYSELF! 🤞🙏

Manager is not fit to be manager. Belittles her staff making them feel uncomfortable in there own job leaving physical visible signs of Stress on longest employed employee. Store was great until new manager. Has lost numerous repeat customers for her attitude to customers.

While on vacation, I had the opportunity to stop in to this location. Jessica & Jenna were very helpful, and the store was very clean and organized. It was a great shopping trip! 👍🏼

Both associates were very patient and helpful answering any questions and showing me where the products were. Love this place.

This store is only doing curbside pickup during covid19 however they don’t answer the phone to take your orders after calling 23 times. They also don’t answer the door to take product orders either. Even when they are open the device is terrible and slow. I hate coming to this store and will never do so again.

Staff is helpful and friendly. Knowing the prices would be more helpful before proceeding to checkout.

Cashier unable to assist with questions I asked. Most products didn’t have a price tag, so you have no way of comparing prices unless you bring everything to the counter to be scanned. Not allowed to use restroom in store, had to go next door to Jimmy Johns.

Great selection of products and the staff is so very staff good lol.

It is not a place where you can get in and out quick. Ive been to the store three times and each time the experience got worse

Little pricey and I dont like that I cant come in if I dont have the card and I am a licensed cosmetologist. They turn you away if you dont have their card. I even showed my license and driver license.
