Rick was our salesman, and although he was new, he had been trained well. He went through all the steps of questions to see what would be the best fit for us with our new mattress. Steven went above and beyond our expectations. My boyfriend and I had been sleeping on a 10yr old memory foam mattress and were long overdue for a brand new bedset. Using them in the past with other retailers we decided to apply for financing with Progressive Leasing so we had a solid idea of budget range. We walked into Mattress Firm with full intentions of purchasing and Steven made sure to ask where we experienced pain, if we were back or side sleepers, had preference in firmness and what ultimately we were looking for in a new mattress. We mustve laid on at least a half dozen mattresses and by the time it came to choosing our new setup decided that the adjustable frame and cooling elements were the 2 most important features. We fell in love with the BeautyRest pressure smart pillow top mattress with the 300 adjustable base model. As much as we enjoyed the instant cooling of the tempur pedic models they were a bit more than we wanted to spend so Steven showed us how we could maximize the coolness in our new beauty rest with the tencel mattress cover and the pure care hybrid pillows- those pillows are worth every penny! We have slept on our new bed now for 3 nights and couldnt be happier. Even though we went in with all intention to buy, we never once felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. We spent close to 3 hours with Steven and by the time we left we felt like we had been visiting a longtime friend. We highly recommend Steven to help you find your next good nights sleep!

They show you one thing in the store and give you another.I went in here and bought a bed this past Friday to be delivered today (Sunday). The lady showed me a bed that the legs and head both moved up. Talked for over an hour about how great it will be for my back and all that sales talk. She failed to mention that the base they were giving me wasnt the base she was showing me that moved both head and feet up. The one I received wasnt what she showed me in the store. I called and they gave me the you still got a good deal and that the base she showed me was 500 dollars more than the one they gave me. So they expected me to give them 500 dollars for what they showed me in the store instead.

Process was very easy and Austin was not pushy at all (like most salesman) lol Took about an hour from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. We tried out a few different beds and once we found the one we liked Austin got the paperwork going. It was quick and smooth. Can’t wait to get my new bed next week!!

I worked with two super sales associates, Roger and Steve.Bed purchases arent quite what they used to be, the tech and range of choices can be a bit of an overload, yet both of these employees went out of their way, exhibiting patience and expert knowledge of their product. We actually ended up spending more than planned so Id say these two are good at what they do and should be recognized for such great customer service.

If you’re going to go to a Mattress Firm location. Go to the NEW Location at Tomoka Town Center across from the Tanger Outlets and look for Roger or Tiffany. They took great care of my wife & I on a New King Size mattress & adjustable base. They didn’t just take care of me the day of the sale, but even followed up with me personally the following day. So... like I suggest... ASK for Roger or Tiffany!
