I went to mattress warehouse after going to 7 different places. The 2 men that were there were very kind and super helpful. They gave me an amazing (affordable) price on a really great quality mattress and box spring for my daughter. They even loaded it and secured it for me. I am so greatful that there are still nice, amazing, helpful people left out there that are not wanting to take advantage of you and overcharge you. What a breath of fresh air.

We bought a King mattress for the master and a Queen for the guest bedroom. Don arranged to have both delivered and set up for us. We actually slept on the Queen first so we would have the guest experience. We chose a little softer product for the guest bedroom, and we rolled into each other all night. We decided that this would not work for our guests and called Don to request two twins in exchange. Don made it seamless, painless and pleasant. This man is one of the few left who truly understands customer service. What a gem! Thank you!

Just bought a mattress today. Came last week had had a wonderful experience with the manager Don. He gave me tons of information and was not doing the typical pushy sales routine. I bought a bed from this place an have exchanged it 3 times it sinks in doesnt last long. Better to go somewhere else. Dont spend your money. You can find better. I actually got a mattress from Ikea over a year ago and no sinking in for only $379. Shop around.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS!! Went there with my son, he wanted to buy a mattress. They sold him a ComfortAire and it was even stated on the Sales Order. They delivered a totally different mattress then stubbornly refused to correct and provide a refund. After threats, they gave him a partial refund due to the switch in mattress. Mattress and Protector were of extremely poor quality and failed after about 5 months. Finally replaced after weeks of complaints. NEVER AGAIN with them!!!!

I bought a new queen size mattress and box springs there a few months back and received a great deal and the sales man was very nice and helpful. He loaded them on top of my little Toyota Corolla and of I drove. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a great deal.

Jimmy was wonderful no pressure to make a choice on a mattress right that second. We did have to go to port Orange to grab the one we wanted, but we were able to pay for it and just swing by the other store. The gentleman were extremely helpful with giving us our options if we wanted delivery or just to strap it to the car and go also explaining their 10 year warranty. They had a pretty good selection to try out which is wonderful and everything is sealed in plastic.

Great prices! Wanted to spend under 400 for a mattress, ended up paying 420ish for a full size mattress with warranty along with a bed frame and box spring, GREAT prices compared to the 400$ for a mattress at mattress firm, plus the box spring and frame, would happily come back in the future

We called in to see about getting just a box spring set for our King mattress. Guy on the phone was super nice and helpful, reassuring us that he could tie them onto our little Toyota Hybrid (expert at the tie-down!). The whole process took 10 minutes and we were out the door. Fast, friendly and inexpensive.

Absolutely do not go there they lie and sucker you into going thru there finance company and do not tell you there is a huge interest rate. 1500 for an 800 bed that isnt even worth that. They also tell you its guaranteed not to dip. Well thats another lie.This bed is the worst. Huge dip. And has caused me even more back issues. Waste of my hard earned money. I regret getting it

Its a complete scam. 7 months later and having tried 3 different beds, the company still WILL NOT refund my money.They will pretend to be helpful and continue offering exchanges for more defective mattresses until customers give up from frustration. The mattresses are extremely cheap quality and have problems immediately after purchase.My first mattress was defective and assuming it was an isolated problem, I exchanged it for an identical mattress which was immediately faulty also. Several months of heeding their advice of rotating the bed, I made the terrible choice upgrading to a completely different model and paying the difference. Less than 3 days into the 3rd bed, it was already causing severe back pain. Save yourself the trouble and back pain. Avoid this mattress chain at all costs.
